As the mid term 2022 elections approach, there is an expectation that with thirty Democratic House retirements and the continued unraveling of the Biden Administration that the Dems are about to experience historic losses in both the House and Senate. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

However, the evil geniuses within the Democratic party have identified the Fourteenth Amendment as a vehicle to thwart Republican dreams of achieving a massive political realignment.\u00a0 <\/span>Therefore, it may be shortsighted to count what was once the party of Jefferson down and out until their last glimmer of frenzy has been extinguished.<\/span><\/p>\n

Section 3<\/a>,<\/span> also known as the Disqualification Clause, was added to the Fourteenth Amendment in 1868 allowed that No Member of Congress or a State legislature <\/span>\u201cshall have engaged in an insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof<\/i>.\u201d \u00a0 <\/span>In other words, <\/i>any such official sworn to uphold the US Constitution may be banned from holding public office if engaged in what might be defined as an \u2018insurrection<\/i>\u2019 or \u2018rebellion.<\/i>\u2019 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Soon after the 2016<\/span><\/a> election, one hundred senior government staffers with links to Never Trumpers, former Obama White House and Open Society Foundation staffers were organized by Marc Elias, Democratic party Super Duper Fixer and top brain trust strategist.\u00a0 <\/span>Elias is credited with the ultimately ineffective Russiagate scandal and establishing the Transition Integrity Project<\/span><\/a> which now reads like a blueprint on how to remove Trump<\/span><\/a> from the White House if he won the 2020 election.\u00a0 <\/span>Elias\u2019 efforts concede that if the Dems cannot win with public support on the issues, they must then resort to whatever nefarious deception they can concoct.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

With the Fourteenth Amendment in his back pocket, Elias has now taken the lead promising that\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cBefore the midterm election, we will have a serious discussion about whether individual Republican House Members are disqualified by Section 3 of the 14th Amendment from serving in Congress<\/i>. \u201c\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

While a joint session of Congress was to scrutinize and certify each State\u2019s 2020 election results during the January 6 (J6) certification process, the \u201cStop the Steal\u201d Capitol demonstration became the ideal foil to allege that a violent assault was organized to stop Congress from declaring Joe Biden to be the 2020 winner.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As the 2022 election is upon us, the Democrats have begun\u00a0 <\/span>a robust campaign to accuse certain\u00a0 <\/span>House Members of Fourteenth Amendment violations as a recent mailing from the 315electionfund.org\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/a> states that \u201cNearly 70 Republicans who participated in the January 6 attack on our Capitol are currently HOLDING elected office throughout the country<\/i>.\u201d \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Once a first rate investigative journal, Rolling Stone<\/i><\/span> magazine<\/span><\/a> relied on anonymous sources who provided no facts, no evidence and no\u00a0 <\/span>corroborating information while accusing seven Republican members of the House of Representatives who acting as \u2018insurrectionists\u201d in planning and participating in J6.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Those named included Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows as well as US House of Representative Members Paul\u00a0 <\/span>Gosar (Az), Andy Biggs (Az), Madison Cawthorn (NC), Marjorie Taylor Greene (Ga.), Lauren Boebert (Colo), Mo Brooks (Ala) and Louie Gohmert (Tx) who claimed<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0there was no evidence of an “armed insurrection<\/i><\/span><\/a>” and that “Not one person has been charged with bringing a firearm to the Capitol<\/i>.”<\/span>
