The media rarely covers contaminated Covid vaccines. But when they do, the vaccine manufacturers are never held accountable for their failure to provide “best manufacturing practices”<\/b> and effective “quality control” procedures<\/b>.\u00a0 It’s always the state and local agencies that discover or suspect the contamination… not Pfizer, JJ or Moderna.

1\/18\/2021 — California\u2019s top epidemiologist told healthcare providers on Sunday to stop using a batch of Moderna\u2019s COVID-19 vaccine after a \u201chigher than usual\u201d number of people had apparent allergic reactions at a San Diego vaccination clinic.<\/p>\n

Dr. Erica Pan, the state epidemiologist, said Sunday that \u201cout of an extreme abundance of caution,\u201d providers should stop using the doses until federal, state and company officials finish an investigation.
