A foreboding new\u00a0Security Council<\/b>\u00a0(SC<\/a>) report circulating in the\u00a0Kremlin<\/b>\u00a0today first noting\u00a0Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov<\/b>\u00a0arrived this morning<\/a><\/b>\u00a0in\u00a0Tunxi-China<\/b>, that will\u00a0host a summit<\/a><\/b>\u00a0on\u00a0Afghanistan<\/b>\u00a0on\u00a0Thursday<\/b>, attended by the\u00a0United States<\/b>,\u00a0Russia<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Pakistan<\/b>, says after his meeting with\u00a0Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi<\/b>., they vowed that\u00a0Russia<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0China<\/b>\u00a0would work to achieve \u201ca multipolar, fair, and democratic world order<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d\u2014a vow preceded by unipolar fanatic\u00a0Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden<\/b>\u00a0having\u00a0White House Director of Communications Kate Bedingfield<\/b>\u00a0issue the statement: \u201cHe said yesterday that he would be willing to meet with President Putin again or talk to him…I\u2019m not going to set preconditions for a conversation between President Biden and President Putin, except to say that we have been very clear and President Biden has been very clear that there needs to be tangible de-escalation from Russia and a clear, genuine commitment to diplomacy<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

With no one in the\u00a0Kremlin\u00a0<\/b>having any desire to speak with anyone in the socialist\u00a0Biden Regime<\/b>, this report notes, the reason for this being so was explained by\u00a0Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia<\/b>\u00a0yesterday, when he stated: \u201cThe actual causes threatening the global food market with serious turbulence are not in Russia\u2019s actions but rather is the unrestrained sanction hysteria the West has unleashed against Russia giving no thought either to the population of the countries of the so-called global south or to their own citizens\u2026The attempt to isolate Russia economically, financially and logistically from the years-long cooperation channels is already entailing an economic crisis of the historic scale\u2026It is clear even for an unsophisticated person that only the refusal from unilateral illegal restrictive measures can ease tensions in the transport and logistics, and financial ties, to ensure uninterrupted supplies and to stabilize international agricultural and food markets<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

With the centerpiece of the \u201cmultipolar, fair, and democratic world order<\/i><\/b>\u201d being established by\u00a0Russia<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0China<\/b>\u00a0being peaceful relations between nations based on mutual respect, and the settlement of differences made through diplomacy, not war, this report continues, this morning it saw\u00a0Middle East<\/b>\u00a0energy giant\u00a0Saudi Arabia<\/b>\u00a0joining both\u00a0Russia<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0China<\/b>\u00a0in this historic remaking of the world order when it\u00a0announced a halt to all Western colonial funded military operations in Yemen, with the aim of reaching a permanent diplomatic solution to this 7-year conflict<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n

Causing\u00a0Saudi Arabia<\/b>\u00a0to shift away from these warmongering\u00a0Western<\/b>\u00a0colonial powers, this report details, is the newly created multipolar\u00a0Russian Petro-Ruble<\/a><\/b>,\u00a0that is presently battling against the unipolar\u00a0Petrodollar System<\/a><\/b>\u2014a battle that today sees it being reported: \u201cThe ruble is staging a comeback that could soon see it making up all of the losses it suffered in the weeks after Russia invaded Ukraine…The currency has strengthened in 13 of the past 14 trading sessions in Moscow<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d\u2014and today it saw\u00a0State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin<\/b>\u00a0stating: \u201cEuropean countries have all the market opportunities to pay in rubles…There is no tragedy in it…The situation is much more terrible when there is money but no goods…Furthermore, it will be proper where it benefits our country, to expand the list of goods exported for rubles: fertilizers, grain, oil, petroleum, coal, metals and lumber<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d\u2014a statement now joined by\u00a0Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev<\/b>\u00a0declaring that \u201ca new world financial order is coming<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d that the\u00a0West\u00a0<\/b>won\u2019t have a say in anymore, and factually revealed that the \u201chellish<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d sanctions imposed on\u00a0Russia<\/b>\u00a0by the\u00a0Western<\/b>\u00a0colonial powers over the conflict in\u00a0Ukraine<\/b>\u00a0have failed to cripple to the country, but are instead \u201creturning to the West like a boomerang<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

By\u00a0Russia<\/b>\u00a0now backing the\u00a0Ruble<\/b>\u00a0with its\u00a0world\u2019s largest $75-trillion in gold and natural resources wealth<\/a><\/b>, as apposed to the\u00a0Western<\/b>\u00a0colonial powers, that back their fiat currencies with nothing, this report notes, today it sees the\u00a0United States<\/b>\u00a0comically claiming it can still support the worthless\u00a0US Dollar<\/b>\u00a0by making the\u00a0Europeans<\/b>\u00a0buy it so they can purchase liquefied natural gas (LNG<\/b>) from\u00a0America<\/b>\u2014is\u00a0American<\/b>\u00a0liquefied natural gas that\u00a0costs 40% more than Russian natural gas<\/a><\/b>\u2014and today it sees international energy experts noting such factual realities like: \u201cHow much more gas can the US even export?…Limits on both exporters’ capacity and Europe’s infrastructure and ability to absorb gas imports by boat suggest that, for the foreseeable future, the notion of offsetting Russian energy exports is pretty much a pipe dream…The US says it aims to add 15 billion cubic meters of LNG to the EU this year, with more in the years to come…It didn’t specify the origins of the gas, noting it would “work with international partners”…By comparison, Russia currently exports 155 billion cubic meters a year of gas to the European Union<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

With\u00a0the deadline now down to 24-hours before Russia cuts off all natural gas supplies to the European Union unless they make their payments in Petro-Rubles on 31 March<\/a><\/b>, this report continues, yesterday it saw\u00a0Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki<\/b>\u00a0declaring: \u201cToday, we present the most radical plan in Europe to abandon Russian hydrocarbons – oil, gas and coal\u2026This plan is necessary for the recovery of Europe\u2026And will impose a total embargo on Russian coal in April, at the latest in May<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d\u2014a declaration followed this morning by the\u00a0Yamal-Europe<\/b>\u00a0gas pipeline, that transits\u00a0Russian\u00a0<\/b>natural gas through\u00a0Belarus<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0Poland\u00a0<\/b>into\u00a0Germany<\/b>,\u00a0reporting its gas flow fell to zero<\/a><\/b>\u2014which means that\u00a0Poland stopped the transit of Russian natural gas to Germany so it could reverse the flow and stock itself up with Russian natural gas from German storage facilities<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n

As this deadline nears, this report notes,\u00a0French President Emmanuel Macron<\/b>\u00a0made a panicked call to\u00a0President Putin<\/b>\u00a0claiming \u201cit was impossible<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d for\u00a0Western<\/b>\u00a0clients to pay for\u00a0Russian<\/b>\u00a0natural gas in\u00a0Petro-Rubles<\/b>\u2014after which\u00a0President Macron<\/b>\u00a0took to the streets of\u00a0Dijon<\/b>\u00a0ahead of next month\u2019s elections, and\u00a0was hammered over the rising cost of fuel and electricity by an angry electorate<\/a><\/b>\u2014and today sees it being reported: \u201cA substantial number of French people remain skeptical about the Western narrative on Russia\u2019s attack against Ukraine and want to hear what Moscow has to say about its actions, results of a new poll released have shown\u2026More than half of respondents queried by the French Institute of Public Opinion (IFOP) agreed with at least one Russian \u201chypothesis\u201d of why its attack against Ukraine was justified, the polling firm said<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

In response to this fast looming deadline, this report continues,\u00a0German Finance Minister Christian Lindner<\/b>\u00a0defiantly declared yesterday: \u201cWe are completely against any kind of blackmailing…These treaties are based on Euro and the US Dollar and so we suggest that private sector companies to pay Russia in Euros or Dollars…If Putin is not willing to accept this, it’s open to him to think about consequences<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d\u2014are \u201cconsequences<\/i><\/b>\u201d, most certainly,\u00a0President Putin<\/b>\u00a0doesn\u2019t have to think about, specifically because after this defiant declaration was made, it saw the heads of the powerful\u00a0German\u00a0<\/b>unions\u00a0IG Metall<\/b>,\u00a0IGBCE<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0IG Bau<\/b>\u00a0holding a joint press-conference in\u00a0Berlin<\/b>\u00a0to gravely warn: \u201cExploding energy prices, but above all a possible gas embargo, would hit energy-intensive industry \u2013 the mother of the industrial network \u2013 hard…The consequences would not only be reduced work hours and job losses, but also the rapid collapse of the industrial production chains in Europe \u2013 with worldwide consequences<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d\u2014a grave warning now followed by the\u00a0German Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection<\/b>\u00a0grimly announcing this morning: \u201cToday, after a vote within the federal government, We informed the European Commission that the federal government had declared the first stage of the gas emergency plan, the so-called early warning stage\u2026.We must step up precautionary measures in order to be prepared in the event of an escalation from Russia\u2026A crisis team came together when the early warning level was declared\u2026The crisis team analyzes and evaluates the supply situation so that – if necessary – further measures can be taken to increase the security of supply\u2026The federal government is doing everything it can to continue to guarantee security of supply in Germany<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

As the\u00a0European Union<\/b>\u00a0edges ever closer to an energy apoclolypse, this report details,\u00a0Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky<\/b>\u00a0said\u00a0the EU must speed up the transition to green energy in order to properly punish Russia<\/a><\/b>, and screamed to them: \u201cSanctions against Russia must be ramped up\u2026Constantly\u2026You need to reject Russian oil, block trade with the Russian Federation, close ports to Russian ships<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d\u2014yesterday it saw\u00a0OPEC<\/b>\u00a0telling the\u00a0Western<\/b>\u00a0colonial powers that it\u00a0won\u2019t increase energy supplies<\/a><\/b>, with their spokesman\u00a0Emirati Energy Minister Suhail bin Mohammed al-Mazrouei<\/b>\u00a0firmly stating: \u201cThe U.S. and its partners are asking to politicize OPEC\u2019s relationship with Russia….We will not do it<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d, after which he warned: \u201cWe need to decouple politics from energy availability and energy affordability…I’m worried that because we are mixing the two, we could end up in a situation where energy affordability becomes an issue and that would definitely lead ultimately to poverty, and ultimately could lead to a stagnation of the world economy<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Instead of the\u00a0Western<\/b>\u00a0peoples being told these facts, this report continues, today it sees them being fed fairy tale articles like \u201cBlind Psychic Baba Vanga Said Russian President Vladimir Putin Will Become ‘Lord of the World’<\/a><\/b>\u201d, wherein it reveals: \u201cA blind psychic who correctly predicted the Russian invasion of Ukraine as well as the 9\/11 attacks once claimed that president Vladimir Putin is to become ‘Lord of the World’…Known as the Nostradamus of the Balkans, Baba Vanga, who died 25 years ago in 1996 aged 84, predicted in a 1979 interview that Russia was to dominate the world…She also made a frightening prediction about World War Three and the potential use of nuclear weapons<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d\u2014is a fairy tale intended for those not knowing the truth that\u00a0God<\/b>\u00a0is the only true ruler over this world, and whose warnings about such predictions are well known by all\u00a0Christians<\/b>\u2014and has now been joined by leftist\u00a0New York Times<\/b>\u00a0article \u201cWhat If Putin Didn\u2019t Miscalculate?<\/a><\/b>\u201d, wherein it hysterically supposes: \u201cIn war, politics and life, it\u2019s always wiser to treat your adversary as a canny fox, not a crazy fool…Suppose for a moment that Putin never intended to conquer all of Ukraine: that, from the beginning, his real targets were the energy riches of Ukraine\u2019s east, which contain Europe\u2019s second-largest known reserves of natural gas (after Norway\u2019s)…Combine that with Russia\u2019s previous territorial seizures in Crimea (which has huge offshore energy fields) and the eastern provinces of Luhansk and Donetsk (which contain part of an enormous shale-gas field), as well as Putin\u2019s bid to control most or all of Ukraine\u2019s coastline, and the shape of Putin\u2019s ambitions become clear\u2026He\u2019s less interested in reuniting the Russian-speaking world than he is in securing Russia\u2019s energy dominance<\/a><\/i><\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n

Let me remind you that after the 2014 coup d’\u00e9tat in\u00a0Ukraine\u00a0Russia\u00a0has been making these demands to the\u00a0Kiev\u00a0regime, to its patrons, especially the\u00a0United States, for years.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Russia proposed negotiations, proposed to conclude various kinds of agreements that were supposed to guarantee\u00a0Ukraine\u2019s security and provide\u00a0Russia’s national interests in this area.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

All these demands had been ignored for years.\u00a0\u00a0And the North Atlantic\u00a0Alliance\u00a0has also been creating an anti-Russian foothold from\u00a0Ukraine, more precisely, from Ukrainian territory, for years.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Ukraine’s entry into NATO, the creation of NATO military bases on its territory seemed to be a settled issue.\u00a0\u00a0It was a matter of time.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019ll note, and this has already been proven, that there were also efforts on creating biological weapons. Moreover, the issue of\u00a0Ukraine’s acquisition of nuclear weapons was also made public knowledge.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

Yesterday, for the first time in all these years, the\u00a0Kiev\u00a0authorities declared that they are ready to negotiate with\u00a0Russia\u00a0and conveyed the provisions of a possible future agreement, which states the following:<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 the refusal to join NATO, fixation of\u00a0Ukraine’s bloc-free status;<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 the renunciation of nuclear weapon;<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

\u2022 an obligation to conduct troop exercises only with the consent of the guarantor states, which must include\u00a0Russia.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

That is,\u00a0Ukraine\u00a0stated that it\u2019s ready to fulfill these demands that\u00a0Russia\u00a0has been insisting on all these years.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

If all these obligations are fulfilled, the threat of creating a NATO bridgehead on Ukrainian territory will be eliminated.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

That\u2019s why it\u2019s so important to agree upon this treaty at the highest level.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

However, the negotiations and our work continue.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n

I\u2019d like to stress that\u00a0Russia\u2019s position regarding\u00a0Crimea\u00a0and Donbass remains the same.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
