America and Western Europe seem obsessed with the fear of Russia. Never mind that the combined military might of the U.S. and NATO literally dwarfs that of Russia, the West behaves as if Russia is about to conquer the world.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n No doubt, Russia is one of the world\u2019s superpowers in terms of nuclear missiles; but if nuclear war is what frightens the West, why are they threatening Russia by surrounding the country with military bases and hypersonic missiles? Why is NATO inciting Russia by violating agreements to NOT encroach on Russia\u2019s borders? Why do the U.S. and NATO conduct military war games on Russia\u2019s doorsteps? One could get the idea that the West is <\/span><\/span><\/span>trying<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> to goad Russia into nuclear war.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n With the U.S. surrounding Russia with bases and missiles, we have not forgotten that Russia is only 55 miles from Alaska, have we?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n America and Western Europe should be much more concerned about what they are doing to themselves than what Russia might do to them, because the West is destroying itself.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n As the famous cartoon strip character Pogo said, \u201cWe have met the enemy and he is us.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Daniel Webster said it this way:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n If we abide by the principles taught in the Bible, our country will go on prospering and to prosper; but if we and our posterity neglect its instructions and authority, no man can tell how sudden a catastrophe may overwhelm us and bury all our glory in profound obscurity.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The Biblical Natural Law principles of Liberty and constitutionalism were thrown out of Washington, D.C., at the end of World War II. (Some would argue that Abraham Lincoln decimated those principles in 1861.)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n While the West is fixated on taking revenge against Russia over Ukraine, they don\u2019t even seem to notice that they are putting the noose around their own necks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n With all the puppeteers controlling political leaders these days, it\u2019s difficult to determine the individual intelligence of these leaders. It does appear, however, that the intelligence of Russia\u2019s Putin dwarfs that of France\u2019s Macron, Poland\u2019s Duda, Britain\u2019s Johnson, Germany\u2019s Scholz\u2014and especially that of the imbecile residing at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n For example, Putin\u2019s decision to tie the Russian ruble to gold was pure genius. (Could the gold-backed ruble replace the petrodollar? It\u2019s not far-fetched.)\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Of all of the moronic decisions former U.S. President Richard Nixon made, his decision to take America off the gold standard was his most moronic decision\u2014from a constitutional, limited government and Liberty perspective, that is. Big Government politicians, Big Bankers and the military-industrial complex loved it.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Tying the ruble to gold is an economic game changer\u2014especially considering all of the economic sanctions placed against Russia by the West. Let me put it this way: It\u2019s going to be a VERY COLD winter for Western Europe.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n From <\/span><\/span><\/span>TheCradle.co<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/b><\/p>\n Cue to the coming catastrophic economic consequences felt by Europeans in their daily life (but not by the wealthiest five percent): inflation devouring salaries and savings; next winter energy bills packing a mean punch; products disappearing from supermarkets; holiday bookings almost frozen. France\u2019s Le Petit Roi Emmanuel Macron \u2013 perhaps facing a nasty electoral surprise \u2013 has even announced: \u201cfood stamps like in WWII are possible.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n We have Germany facing the returning ghost of Weimar hyperinflation. BlackRock President Rob Kapito said, in Texas, \u201cfor the first time, this generation is going to go into a store and not be able to get what they want.\u201d African farmers are unable to afford fertilizer at all this year, reducing agricultural production by an amount capable of feeding 100 million people.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Russia, so far, was selling 155 billion cubic meters of gas to Europe each year. The EU rhetorically promises to get rid of it by 2027, and reduce supply by the end of 2022 by 100 billion cubic meters. Gromov asked \u201chow,\u201d and remarked, \u201cany expert has no answer. Most of Russia\u2019s natural gas is shipped over pipelines. This cannot simply be replaced by Liquified Natural Gas (LNG).\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The risible European answer has been \u201cstart saving,\u201d as in \u201cprepare to be worse off\u201d and \u201creduce the temperature in households.\u201d Gromov noted how, in Russia, \u201c22 to 25 degrees in winter is the norm. Europe is promoting 16 degrees as \u2018healthy\u2019, and wearing sweaters at night.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The EU won\u2019t be able to get the gas it needs from Norway or Algeria (which is privileging domestic consumption). Azerbaijan would be able to provide at best 10 billion cubic meters a year, but \u201cthat will take 2 or 3 years\u201d to happen.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Gromov stressed how \u201cthere\u2019s no surplus in the market today for US and Qatar LNG,\u201d and how prices for Asian customers are always higher. The bottom line is that \u201cby the end of 2022, Europe won\u2019t be able to significantly reduce\u201d what it buys from Russia: \u201cthey might cut by 50 billion cubic meters, maximum.\u201d And prices in the spot market will be higher \u2013 at least $1,300 per cubic meter.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n I\u2019m reading economists who are saying that Europe\u2019s sanctimonious sanctions against Russia could result in the collapse of NATO and the European Union. Putin may have already figured that out.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n As for the U.S., the sanctions against Russia\u2014and Russia\u2019s counter sanctions against us\u2014are helping to fuel an already depressed economy caused by the phony Covid pandemic. America is already experiencing the highest inflation rates in decades\u2014and it\u2019s only going to get worse. And all of the signs point to the bottom falling out of the stock market.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n By allowing neocon and neolib warmongers to control both major parties in Washington, D.C., the American people have forged their own chains. By heeding the lies and falsehoods of professional propagandists in the mainstream media, the American people have forged their own chains. And by giving their hearts over to establishment, statist pastors and churches, the American people have forged their own chains.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n On rare occasions, the media will even admit that, in order to promote the war agenda, the American people will be lied to.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n NBC News has a new report out citing multiple anonymous US officials, humorously titled \u201c<\/span><\/span><\/span>In a break with the past, U.S. is using intel to fight an info war with Russia, even when the intel isn\u2019t rock solid<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/b>\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The officials say the Biden administration has been rapidly pushing out \u201cintelligence\u201d about Russia\u2019s plans in Ukraine that is \u201clow-confidence\u201d or \u201cbased more on analysis than hard evidence\u201d, or even just plain false, in order to fight an information war against Putin.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n It was an attention-grabbing assertion that made headlines around the world: U.S. officials said they had indications suggesting Russia might be preparing to use chemical agents in Ukraine.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n President Joe Biden later said it publicly. But three U.S. officials told NBC News this week <\/span><\/span><\/span>there is no evidence Russia has brought any chemical weapons near Ukraine<\/span><\/span><\/i><\/span><\/b>. They said the U.S. released the information to deter Russia from using the banned munitions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n It\u2019s one of a string of examples of the Biden administration\u2019s breaking with recent precedent by deploying declassified intelligence as part of an information war against Russia. The administration has done so even when the intelligence wasn\u2019t rock solid, officials said, to keep Russian President Vladimir Putin off balance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n So they lied. They may hold that they lied for a noble reason, but they lied. They knowingly circulated information they had no reason to believe was true, and that lie was amplified by all the most influential media outlets in the western world.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n On the empire\u2019s <\/span><\/span><\/span>claim last week<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/b> that Putin is being misled by his advisors because they are afraid of telling him the truth, NBC reports that this assessment \u201cwasn\u2019t conclusive \u2014 based more on analysis than hard evidence.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n This NBC report confirms rumors we\u2019ve been hearing for months. Professional war slut Max Boot <\/span><\/span><\/span>said via The Council on Foreign Relations think tank<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/b> in February that the Biden administration had ushered in \u201ca new era of info ops\u201d with intelligence releases designed not to tell the truth but to influence Putin\u2019s decisions. Former MI6 chief John Sawers <\/span><\/span><\/span>told The Atlantic Council think tank<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/b> in February that the Biden administration\u2019s \u201cintelligence\u201d releases were based more on a general vibe than actual intelligence, and were designed to manipulate rather than to inform. <\/span><\/span><\/span>(Source)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/b><\/p>\n And just as happened with the phony Covid narrative, I just received word from my webmasters that Google is beginning to censor information that is NOT anti-Russia. Russian troops are operating only in eastern and southern Ukraine. The troops served the purpose of preventing a large Ukrainian army, now encircled and trapped, from conquering the two Donbass Russian republics recently recognized by Russia after an eight-year delay. The other task assigned to the Russian troops is to exterminate the neo-Nazi Azov militia that has committed atrocities against the Donbass Russians. The process has gone slowly, because the fighting is mainly in Donbass, which is populated by Russians, and the Kremlin wants to rescue the people, not kill them.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Russia has no need or intent to invade Poland, Romania, the Baltics, Finland, Sweden. Missile bases in these countries can be eliminated with precision weapons from a great distance.
