On Saturday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova explained the diabolical plot, saying:<\/p>\n

\u201cInformation by the Russian Defense Ministry published today clearly proves\u201d the following:<\/p>\n

Hegemon USA \u201cin close coordination with (its subservient) NATO (vassals) moved on to a final stage of plotting provocations in Ukraine which should convince the global community that \u2018Russia is using poisonous combat substances and biological agents,\u2019 \u201d adding:<\/p>\n

Initial plans to make Russia\u2019s economy scream \u201cdidn\u2019t work out.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNow (the empire of lies) is moving on to involving weapons of mass destruction (WMD)\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIf this happens, there will be uncountable victims.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd each one of them (will be) on the conscience of (Biden regime) strategists in the White House, the State Department\u2026the Pentagon, (the CIA), and on the conscience, if there is anything left of it, of their puppets in Kiev.\u201d<\/p>\n

Russia\u2019s Ministry of Defense (MOD) explained the diabolical plot as follows, saying:<\/p>\n

The empire of lies prepared 3 scenarios:<\/p>\n

Most probable Scenario No. One: A false flag \u2014 what Merriam-Webster calls a \u201cdeliberate gross distortion of the truth used especially as a propaganda tactic.\u201d<\/p>\n

Their use has been a US tradition since at least the mid-19th century.<\/p>\n

9\/11 was the mother of all US false flags to that time \u2014 until all things flu\/covid way surpassed its pure evil intent with mass extermination in mind worldwide.<\/p>\n

Scenario Two: \u201c(C)overt use of weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) in small volumes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Least probable Scenario Three: \u201c(O)vert use of (WMDs in) a combat area\u201d with intent to produce mass combatant and civilian casualties.<\/p>\n

Developed, locked and loaded, Russia\u2019s MOD has clear evidence of the plot, what could happen at any time anywhere in Ukraine where Russia\u2019s SMO is ongoing.<\/p>\n

Zakharova also explained \u201cshocking details of illegal cooperation between the US and (Kiev) in the field of creating bacteriological weapons\u201d \u2014 what\u2019s \u201cbeen revealed to the world,\u201d adding:<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd (knowing the) inevitability detect(ing) their criminal activities,\u201d the empire of lies \u201cbegan to prepare in advance\u201d to counter indisputable facts when revealed.<\/p>\n

For weeks, Biden regime officials falsely claimed the possible use of WMDs by Russian forces against Ukraine \u2014 despite no evidence suggesting it.<\/p>\n

Weeks earlier, the fake Biden \u2014 reciting pre-scripted lines \u2014 falsely claimed that Russia \u201cis considering us(e) of chemical and bioweapons in Ukraine (sic)\u201d \u2014 a bald-faced Big Lie.<\/p>\n

Congenital liar Price \u2014 interventionist Blinken\u2019s mouthpiece \u2014 turned truth on its head days earlier, falsely claiming that \u201cRussia might use chemical weapons due to alleged failures (sic) of (its SMO) in Ukraine (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n

In mid-April, Biden regime CIA director William Burns lied as follows, saying:<\/p>\n

\u201cGiven the potential desperation of President Putin and the Russian leadership (sic), given the setbacks that they\u2019ve faced so far militarily (sic), none of us can take lightly the threat posed by a potential resort to tactical nuclear weapons or low-yield nuclear weapons (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n

In mid-March, the Biden regime\u2019s so-called national security advisor Sullivan warned of \u201cconsequences of any possible Russian decision to use chemical or biological weapons in Ukraine (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n

Days later, US-installed NATO puppet Stoltenberg invented nonexistent evidence of preparations by Russia to use chemical weapons in Ukraine (sic).<\/p>\n

In September 2017, the OPCW confirmed that Russia completed the total elimination of its chemical weapons.<\/p>\n

Nor is there any evidence to suggest that its forces may use chemical, biological, radiological or other banned weapons in Ukraine \u2014 or anywhere else.<\/p>\n

Half a century ago in 1972 when the Biological Weapons Convention was signed \u2014 to prohibit their development, production, acquisition, transfer, stockpiling and use \u2014 Soviet Russia eliminated these weapons in the country.<\/p>\n

In stark contrast, hegemon USA has a long odious history of using virtually every imaginable type of banned weapons against invented enemies \u2014 including nukes.<\/p>\n

It maintains stockpiles of these weapons to use at its discretion.<\/p>\n

If any are used in Ukraine, make no mistake.<\/p>\n

They\u2019ll be made-in-the-USA.<\/p>\n

Based on Russian MOD intelligence, they\u2019ll be used in Ukraine to produce mass casualties \u2014 to be falsely blamed on its forces.<\/p>\n

Given Russian battlefield successes against outgunned, outmaneuvered and outwitted Ukrainian forces, the diabolical US plot could happen at any time.<\/p>\n

A Final Comment<\/p>\n

On Saturday, Russia\u2019s MOD spokesman General Igor Konashenkov explained that \u201chigh-precision long-range air-launched missiles\u201d struck an Odessa logistics terminal.<\/p>\n

\u201c(A) large batch of foreign weapons received from the US and European countries were stored\u201d there, adding:<\/p>\n

Moscow repeatedly warned the US and NATO vassal states against pouring weapons and munitions into Ukraine to prolong conflict.<\/p>\n

Any convoys in any form seen entering Ukraine will be considered \u201clegitimate targets\u201d and destroyed.<\/p>\n

Separately on Saturday, puppet Zelensky continued finding new ways to embarrass himself, saying:<\/p>\n

\u201cIf our people are destroyed in Mariupol, if a referendum, a pseudo-referendum, is announced in any new pseudo-republics of Ukraine, (he\u2019ll) withdraw from any negotiations process (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n

Multiple rounds since Feb. 28 achieved nothing.<\/p>\n

Nor will future rounds.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s no ambiguity why.<\/p>\n

Hegemon USA controls Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Zelensky and the regime he nominally heads is powerless.<\/p>\n

The empire of lies wants a permanent state of proxy war on Russia.<\/p>\n
