{"id":120923,"date":"2022-06-18T16:35:05","date_gmt":"2022-06-18T20:35:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=120923"},"modified":"2022-06-18T16:35:46","modified_gmt":"2022-06-18T20:35:46","slug":"flashback-the-fraudulent-biden-election-became-the-beneficiary-of-the-capitol-riot-on-january-6th","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=120923","title":{"rendered":"<h2>FLASHBACK: <b>&#8220;The fraudulent Biden election became the beneficiary of the \u2018Capitol riot\u2019 on January 6th&#8221;<\/b><\/h2>"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\">Biden Beneficiary of January 6th \u2018Insurrection\u2019<\/h1>\n<p><!--more-->Renee Parsons<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">There is little doubt that when the dust settles and the January 6<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> attack on the Capitol is factually and impartially reviewed, it will fully validate that the ensuing chaos and turbulence at the Capitol that day inexorably benefitted the erroneous election of former Obama vice president and current pretender Joe Biden.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">With the usual news and social media dominance of what my Budapest-born grandmother warned as \u2018<i>seeing things as they are, rather than as we would like them to be,\u2019<\/i> basic facts about the January 6<\/span><span class=\"s2\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> event have become subject to misinformation, distortion and otherwise discombobulated in the media circus and the <a href=\"https:\/\/january6th.house.gov\/\"><span class=\"s3\">Select Committee to Investigate the January 6<\/span><span class=\"s4\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s3\"> Attack on the United States Capitol<\/span><\/a> alleging a citizen-initiated \u2018insurrection;\u2019 fundamental to what has become a widespread criminal conspiracy entrapping over eight hundred Americans (many in violation of <a href=\"https:\/\/legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com\/habeas+corpus\"><span class=\"s3\">habeas corpus<\/span><\/a>) without constitutional due process while Members of Congress were denied <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/video\/2021\/07\/29\/watch_gop_reps_greene_gohmert_and_gaetz_deied_entry_to_january_6_prisoners.html#!\"><span class=\"s3\">entry t<\/span><\/a>o inspect the Federal Department of Corrections to visit American political prisoners being held there.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As the country continues to deteriorate with increased fragmentation, as the simultaneous degradation of the elite unipolar globalist world desperately clings to its eroding power; two separate, different worlds with a conflicting set of values and view of reality.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It was as if an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revolver.news\/2021\/06\/revolver-january-6th-investigative-series-summary\/\"><span class=\"s3\">elaborate trap<\/span><\/a> had been set for Trump supporters who had come to Stop the Steal Rally on the Ellipse in protest of election irregularities along with presentation of Congressional evidence during the House of Representatives certification of the 2020 election; those protesters were cleverly enticed to leave Trump who was still speaking at the rally and march the one mile to the Nation\u2019s Capitol; unbeknownst that <a href=\"https:\/\/video.search.yahoo.com\/search\/video?fr=news&amp;ei=UTF-8&amp;p=Revolver+News+video+on+January+6th#id=3&amp;vid=2c7d7ddefdf8fbdbde5789efe76015b2&amp;action=click\"><span class=\"s3\">strategically placed<\/span><\/a> individuals were animating violence and cheering on a breach of the Capitol\u2019s security continues to raise <a href=\"https:\/\/ussanews.com\/2022\/06\/12\/the-truth-about-january-6th-2022-full-documentary\/\"><span class=\"s3\">questions<\/span><\/a> that remain unanswered.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Whatever political entity or government agency sought to prevent that evidence from being presented in a wholistic, comprehensive manner needed to stage an alleged \u2018riotous insurrection\u2019 to accomplish the task.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Absent from the entire spectacle has been the significance of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/constitution\/amendmentxii\"><span class=\"s3\">Amendment XII<\/span><\/a> which, since its amendment in 1803, provides a <a href=\"https:\/\/zunews.com\/2020\/10\/what-is-the-house-of-representatives-role-in-the-election\/\"><span class=\"s3\">back-up plan<\/span><\/a> allowing the <a href=\"https:\/\/zunews.com\/2020\/10\/what-is-the-house-of-representatives-role-in-the-election\/\"><span class=\"s3\">House of Representatives<\/span><\/a> to step in if no one candidate achieves the 270 electoral vote threshold which was a distinct possibility in 2020. The official 2020 election results which remain in dispute gave Joe Biden 306 electoral votes with 51.3% of the vote at 80 million votes; Trump received 232 electoral votes with 46.9% of the vote at 74 million votes.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>(The number of each state\u2019s electoral votes is determined by the total number of Members of Congress in each state; therefore the larger states have more Members and more electoral votes than smaller states with California\u2019s 55 members of Congress creating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/election\/2020\/results\/state\/california\"><span class=\"s3\">55 electoral<\/span><\/a> votes.) <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">On January 6th, the <a href=\"https:\/\/zunews.com\/2020\/10\/what-is-the-house-of-representatives-role-in-the-election\/\"><span class=\"s3\">House of Representatives<\/span><\/a> was convened in a Joint Session of Congress to begin the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/politics\/live-news\/congress-electoral-college-vote-count-2021\/h_1aa0ca6e12758695b39cae40ca72b0f4\"><span class=\"s3\">certification<\/span><\/a> process, on a state by state basis, to precisely identify and count all the votes<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>As the count began, six states were cited for<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u2018objections;\u2019 they were Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Nevada and Wisconsin and a vote had just been taken regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/thehill.com\/homenews\/house\/533061-congress-rejects-challenge-to-arizonas-presidential-vote\/\"><span class=\"s3\">Arizona<\/span><\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It was at about this point when the \u2018insurrection\u2019 totally disrupted <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Counting_of_electoral_votes_(January_6-7,_2021)\"><span class=\"s3\">House proceedings<\/span><\/a> as House Members scurried to vacate the Chambers; further consideration was not to be resumed until later that evening when various Republican Senators began to back off their <a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Counting_of_electoral_votes_(January_6-7,_2021)\"><span class=\"s3\">earlier pledge<\/span><\/a> to support consideration of the evidence.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>As reported by<\/span><span class=\"s5\"><i> Politico<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i>The Wall Street Journal<\/i>.<a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Counting_of_electoral_votes_(January_6-7,_2021)#cite_note-4\"><span class=\"s6\"><sup>[4]<\/sup><\/span><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Counting_of_electoral_votes_(January_6-7,_2021)#cite_note-5\"><span class=\"s6\"><sup>[5]<\/sup><\/span><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s5\">Senate Majority Leader\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Mitch_McConnell\"><span class=\"s7\">Mitch McConnell<\/span><\/a>\u00a0(R-Ky.), never<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>an admirer of President Trump,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>privately called on fellow Republican senators to not object to the 2020 election results.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As a direct result of the chaos and turbulence, all of which was immediately blamed on Trump supporters, the Twelfth Amendment did not complete its constitutional role in a thoughtful, reasoned environment conducive to a thorough grasp of the factual data.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>As Trump Congressional supporters were undermined from presenting their evidence of electoral anomalies such as when a majority of Pennsylvania State Senators requested that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy <a href=\"https:\/\/noqreport.com\/2021\/01\/05\/pennsylvania-legislators-call-for-delay-of-electoral-vote-certification\/\"><span class=\"s3\">delay certification<\/span><\/a> of Pennsylvania\u2019s electoral votes pending resolution of an absentee ballot rule dispute, there is no certainty to know the outcome of a legitimate Amendment XII process.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">Two hours after the incident began, Trump responded in a video statement:<\/span><\/p>\n<table class=\"t1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"td1\" valign=\"top\">\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201c<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<td class=\"td2\" valign=\"top\">\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\">\u201c<i>I know your pain, I know you&#8217;re hurt. We had an election that was stolen from us. It was a landslide election and everyone knows it, especially the other side. But you have to go home now, we have to have peace, we have to have law and order, we have to respect our great people in law and order. We don\u2019t want anybody hurt. It\u2019s a very tough period of time. There\u2019s never been a time like this where such a thing happened where they could take it away from all of us. From me, from you, from our country. This was a fraudulent election, but we can\u2019t play into the hands of these people. We have to have peace. So, go home. We love you, you\u2019re very special. You\u2019ve seen what happens, you see the way others are treated that are so bad and so evil. I know how you feel. But go home, and go home in peace<\/i>.<a href=\"https:\/\/ballotpedia.org\/Counting_of_electoral_votes_(January_6-7,_2021)#cite_note-quotedisclaimer-3\"><span class=\"s8\"><sup>[3]<\/sup><\/span><\/a><\/span><span class=\"s8\"><sup>\u201d<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s9\"><sup>\u201d<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p class=\"p5\"><span class=\"s10\">Nevertheless, as the fraudulent Biden election became the <a href=\"https:\/\/texaspolitics.com\/2021\/01\/08\/congress-finalizes-bidens-win-after-riot-disrupts-capitol\/\"><span class=\"s3\">beneficiary<\/span><\/a> of the \u2018Capitol riot\u2019 on January 6<\/span><span class=\"s11\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s12\">, the <a href=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/v18leat-republicans-bust-out-laughing-as-dem-rep-says-j6-committee-doesnt-engage-in.html\"><span class=\"s3\">partisan militants<\/span><\/a><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>responsible for the 2020 debacle may yet prove to be recipients of a well-deserved reversal of their own creation with the November mid-election.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><i>Renee Parsons\u00a0served on the ACLU\u2019s Florida State Board of Directors and as president of the ACLU Treasure Coast Chapter.
