USDA Technocrats Ransom Public Schools Into Trangendering Children<\/b><\/h3>"},"content":{"rendered":"

Apparently to commemorate Pride Month\u00a9, the US government in May announced a policy to effectively starve the children in their public schools\u00a0 \u2013 unless the schools agree to trans them.<\/p>\n

Nothing screams “liberal and loving” like withholding federal lunch money for public schools until they trans the kids<\/a>:<\/p>\n

“The <\/em>U.S. Department of Agriculture\u2019s (USDA)<\/em><\/strong> Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) announced today that it will <\/em>interpret the prohibition on discrimination<\/em><\/strong> based on sex found in Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and in the\u2026 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)\u2026 to <\/em>include discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity<\/em><\/strong>\u2026 As a result, state and local agencies, <\/em>program operators and sponsors that receive funds from FNS must investigate allegations<\/em><\/strong> of discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation. “<\/em><\/p>\n

Food, Nutrition, and Consumer Services Deputy Under Secretary Stacy Dean reiterated the framing as a necessary step to protect “human rights.”<\/p>\n

Ironically, Dean claims “no one should be denied access to nutritious food simply because of who they are or how they identify.” Yet USDA now, as official policy, will deny food to non-compliant school districts that don’t organize their entire institutions around ‘accommodating” “trans” students.<\/p>\n

Behind the bureaucratic word-salad talking points, the threat is clear. The “program operators and sponsors that receive funds from FNS” referenced in the above press release include public schools that feed kids at or below the poverty line.<\/p>\n

USDA ships a billion+ pounds of food<\/a> to public schools every year \u2013 a huge tonnage that impoverished children and their parents have grown dependent on.<\/p>\n

The federal separation of powers, as meticulously crafted in the US Constitution, has failed to curtail the social engineering LGBTQ+\u00a9 program. All three branches of the federal government have gotten in on the action. The recent executive policy via the USDA comes from a 2020 Supreme Court legal interpretation of Title IX<\/a> of federal anti-discrimination laws.<\/p>\n

The ruling \u2013 which dissenting Justice Samuel Alito described as “legislation” through the court, an unconstitutional function\u00a0 \u2013 mandated the inclusion of the fluid concept of “gender identity” in the definition of biological “sex.”<\/p>\n

What that means practically is that, because discrimination based on sex is federally illegal, discrimination based on “gender identity” \u2013 which is not bounded by scientific reality \u2013 is also now illegal.<\/p>\n
