For every election cycle, a few months prior to voting day, pollsters release surveys that show Democrats leading with wide margins. The media gleefully amplify these polls.<\/p>\n

This isn\u2019t a recent phenomenon.<\/p>\n

Back in 1980,\u00a0Reagan was trailing Carter<\/a>\u00a0trailing by\u00a08% even in some mid-October polls. Reagan\u00a0ended up winning<\/a>\u00a0the 1980 general election in a landslide.<\/p>\n

In 2016,\u00a0pollsters said with certitude<\/a>\u00a0that Hillary Clinton would be the next president. The New York Times proclaimed she has a\u00a091 percent chance<\/a>\u00a0of winning. Trump won that election by a respectable margin in the electoral college.<\/p>\n

In\u00a02020, Trump was supposed to lose to\u00a0Biden by a landslide<\/a>. In reality, Trump secured\u00a010 million more votes<\/a>\u00a0than in 2016, despite the media onslaught for four years, Democrat electoral malpractice, and suppression of all anti Biden stories. Trump received\u00a07 million more votes<\/a>\u00a0than any sitting president in American history.<\/p>\n

We are months before an election and various Democrat mouthpieces are doing the very same thing.<\/p>\n

Vanity Fair magazine is claiming that\u00a0Maybe Democrats Aren’t Totally Screwed<\/a>\u00a0in the midterms. The Atlantic is claiming that the Democrats might\u00a0avoid a midterm wipeout<\/a>. The New York Times reports \u201cgrowing evidence<\/a>\u00a0against a Republican wave.\u201d\u00a0The Washington Post opines that Democrats are showing\u00a0momentum coming out of special elections<\/a>. NPR is claiming that\u00a0Biden’s recent wins<\/a>\u00a0could give Democrats a boost heading into November. Even \u2018conservative\u2019 Fox News is claiming that midterms\u00a0looking ‘much better’ for Democrats<\/a>\u00a0because of Trump.<\/p>\n

The media is also pushing the narrative that\u00a0Biden has had a resurgence<\/a>. They are citing Biden\u2019s \u2018legislative accomplishments\u2019 on tech manufacturing, guns, infrastructure, and climate change. They are lauding Biden for\u00a0canceling $10,000 in student debt for borrowers making under $125,000 per year<\/a>. They are even claiming his poll\u00a0numbers are high<\/a>.<\/p>\n
