Statistics on hurricane frequency doesn’t rule out the covert attempt to manipulate the intensity and steerage of hurricanes that form, whether naturally or boosted by technological intervention.\u00a0 No claim has been made, or needs to be made, that hurricane frequency has increased or decreased, however, there is robust evidence that most hurricanes affecting the US involve deliberate deployment of aerosols that alter the storm’s microphysics.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Microwave or laser satellite technology is documented to exist in US patents even if secrecy makes it difficult to demonstrate it’s actual use to enhance the effect of CCN deployment whether electrically conductive or not.<\/p>\n
