Earlier this year, the proposed Disinformation Governance Board, mockingly called the ministry of Truth, was announced and then shut down. However, the DHS is exploring other initiatives to police social media.\u00a0 Researchers found a special Facebook portal for intelligence agencies and law enforcement where they can make content moderation requests.
