Latypova, who worked with 60 pharma companies from all over the world during her career (including Pfizer), also shows how the COVID injections have been entirely the product of the Department of Defense, and how the entire FDA regulatory process for the experimental substances has been a literal fraud. <\/strong><\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n<p>For anybody paying attention (and is also capable of simple arithmetic), it is now crystal clear that <a href=\"https:\/\/sensereceptornews.com\/?page_id=7817\"><strong>the negative effects<\/strong><\/a> of the COVID-19 \u201cvaccines\u201d far, far, far,<em> far<\/em> outweigh any benefits they ostensibly provide. (If they even provide any, considering <a href=\"https:\/\/sensereceptornews.com\/?p=5926\"><strong>their tendency to cause <em>negative<\/em> efficacy.<\/strong><\/a>) But the truth behind the experimental injections is far darker and more twisted than a completely out-of-whack risk-reward ratio. On the contrary, as pharma industry insider Sasha Latypova outlines in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitchute.com\/video\/8ftbShzrkjl9\/\"><strong>her presentation<\/strong><\/a> <strong>below<\/strong>, it turns out the injections are not actually pharmaceutical products at all. Instead, they are military products. The latter step occurring after the injections go through what Latypova refers to as the DoD\u00a0<strong><mark><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cblack box.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this relatively new presentation, which she recently posted to her BitChute channel dubbed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitchute.com\/channel\/teamenigma\/\"><strong>Team Enigma<\/strong><\/a>, Latypova outlines how exactly the DoD has orchestrated the rollout of the COVID injections from manufacturing to distribution. As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/10\/4021\"><strong>Cornell\u2019s Legal Information Institute describes<\/strong><\/a>, OTA gives <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cThe\u00a0Secretary of Defense\u00a0and the Secretary of each military department [the ability to] enter into transactions (other than contracts, cooperative agreements, and grants) [in order to carry] out basic, applied, and advanced research projects.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> Cornell\u2019s Institute adds <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cThe authority under this subsection is in addition to the authority provided in\u00a0section 4001 of this title\u00a0to use contracts, cooperative agreements, and grants in carrying out such projects.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In other words, 10 U.S. Code \u00a7 4021, implemented under the Obama Administration in 2015, allows the DoD to order <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cundisclosed military prototypes\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> from private manufacturers, such as pharmaceutical companies. Not only that, but it allows the private contractors making the DoD\u2019s military prototypes to completely avoid any kind of manufacturing, safety, or efficacy disclosures.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-sense-receptor-news wp-block-embed-sense-receptor-news\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" title=\"\u201cREMINDER: WHO\u2019s Key Term for a Pandemic, \u2018PHEIC,\u2019 IS LITERALLY PRONOUNCED \u2018FAKE\u2019\u201d \u2014 Sense Receptor News\" src=\"https:\/\/sensereceptornews.com\/?p=9071&amp;embed=true#?secret=FtEfwcXY3g#?secret=WuYAqlVUw5\" width=\"600\" height=\"474\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" data-secret=\"WuYAqlVUw5\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p>The last keystone of the <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cpseudo-legalization\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> of EUA-covered military \u201ccountermeasures,\u201d Latypova notes, was the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aspr.hhs.gov\/legal\/PREPact\/Pages\/default.aspx\">Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act<\/a><\/strong>\u2014or PREP Act\u2014which allows the head of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to\u00a0unilaterally issue declarations recommending the manufacture, testing, development, distribution, administration, and use of one or more countermeasures.<\/p>\n<p>Shortly before the supposed SARS-CoV-2 \u201cglobal pandemic\u201d (which the WHO literally refers to as a PHEIC or \u201cfake\u201d emergency, read more about that <strong>immediately above<\/strong>), Latypova notes the PREP Act was amended, <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cvery thoroughly\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> exempting <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201canyone participating in this program, in this activity, in this bioterrorism program, f<\/span><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">r<\/span><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">o<\/span><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">m<\/span><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\"> any liability from lawsuits [or] from injuries and deaths caused by these actions.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-16023\" src=\"https:\/\/sensereceptornews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screen-Shot-2022-12-09-at-12.21.44-AM.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 606px) 100vw, 606px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sensereceptornews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screen-Shot-2022-12-09-at-12.21.44-AM.png 606w, https:\/\/sensereceptornews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screen-Shot-2022-12-09-at-12.21.44-AM-300x166.png 300w, https:\/\/sensereceptornews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screen-Shot-2022-12-09-at-12.21.44-AM-370x205.png 370w, https:\/\/sensereceptornews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Screen-Shot-2022-12-09-at-12.21.44-AM-570x316.png 570w\" alt=\"\" width=\"606\" height=\"336\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><strong><em><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Image: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bitchute.com\/video\/8ftbShzrkjl9\/\">Sasha Latypova<\/a><\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Subsequently, the Trump administration declaring a national public health emergency in 2020\u2014one that\u2019s been continually extended by the Biden administration\u2014has allowed for the DoD to rollout the fully legally immunized COVID injections. Latypova notes the public health emergency must continue in perpetuity, as <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cthis is the keystone that holds all of this criminal structure together.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Latypova refers to this legal framework as a \u201ccriminal structure,\u201d in part, because these \u201cundisclosed military products\u201d can literally be weapons; including <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cbiological, chemical, radiological, or nuclear\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> weapons. Latypova explains:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201c[I]t turns out that these [undisclosed military countermeasures] can be deployed at anytime that [the] HHS secretary and [the] HHS decides that they should be deployed.<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> So it\u2019s utterly to the discretion [of] the [Department of] Health and Human Services to declare [a] public health emergency\u2026 <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">So now it\u2019s what HHS feels like, and generally what they feel like is what WHO tells them to feel like.<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> And in this case Tedros [Ghebreyesus] from WHO declared [a] global pandemic based on 40 cases of COVID\u201440 cases in 8 billion people\u2026 and then HHS [ran and said] \u2018Pandemic! Pandemic! Pandemic!,\u2019 [and declared a] public health emergency in the United States and once they [did] that that trigger[ed] the whole criminal structure to be clicked into placed. <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">And when it click[ed] into place then the only criteria for deploying these vaguely defined countermeasures that Department of Defense desperately want[ed] [was] the HHS secretary [issuing an] emergency use authorization\u2026 in their sole capacity as HHS Secretary\u2026 based on the totality of scientific evidence available, if available\u2026 [that] these products may be effective.<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> That [was] the only standard. There [was] no other standard. <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">They [didn\u2019t] need to be proven safe, they [didn\u2019t] need to be proven effective, it\u2019s just that they [had to maybe be] effective.<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>On top of this pseudo-legal criminal structure, Latypova notes the perpetrators of this COVID scam\u2014including the DoD, Pfizer, Moderna, etc.\u2014had <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cample means, motive, and opportunity through\u2026 OTA contracts to ensure that no evidence ever becomes available.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> Latypova adds there has also been <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201chuge media collusion to ensure that there is no evidence; suppression of evidence. Censorship. Deletions. Deplatforming. Hiding. Simply a farce with no legal or regulatory impact on the rollout of the undisclosed military products (i.e. the COVID injections).<\/p>\n<p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201c[The COVID injections] are not actually clinical investigational products,\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> Latypova says, <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cmeaning that they\u2019re not subject to any normal pharmaceutical regulatory rules. And that\u2019s why they\u2019re not countermeasures\u2026 you can only say what they\u2019re not. She adds <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cthere is no vaccine development and approval because these products are not pharmaceuticals. They\u2019re not vaccines, they\u2019re countermeasures under EUA, under public health emergency, they\u2019re not subject to any regulation. Especially not pharmaceutical regulation.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This explains the very strange use of the word <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cdemonstration\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> in the DoD contracts with the likes of Pfizer, Moderna, et al. Latypova adds the use of \u201cdemonstration\u201d legally makes any regulation by the FDA in regards to the COVID-19 vaccines\u2014including their clinical trials\u2014utterly moot. <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cYou cannot do a clinical trial for something that\u2026 cannot be an investigational clinical product. Also, the Good Manufacturing compliance was not ordered by these contracts because it\u2019s not possible because the COVID injections are not a pharmaceutical product. Latypova says this is definitive, as the only thing that\u2019s known about the produced spike protein is that it is far heavier (in terms of molecular weight) than the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. Furthermore, the manufacturers of the COVID injections (around the world) say it\u2019s not even possible to figure out what kind of protein the injections are developing in the human body.<\/p>\n<p>As far as the national COVID-19 response plan, Latypova notes it was the National Security Council (NSC) that developed and implemented it. The pharma insider notes that <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201csince 2018 at least we had a pandemic action plan that was called PanCAP, and that pandemic action plan stated that HHS was actually in charge of pretty much everything\u2026 [and] did not include stupid things like lockdowns. This is incredible, as the NSC does not even include public health agencies typically involved with public health emergencies. On the contrary, it mostly consists of national defense and intelligence leaders. <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cSo now, all of the sudden, since 2020 [these NSC council members have been put] in charge of COVID policy.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While the NSC was in charge of formulating the COVID policy, Latypova notes it was FEMA who <em>ostensibly<\/em> implemented it because Trump declared a national health emergency under the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fema.gov\/disaster\/stafford-act\">Stafford Act<\/a><\/strong>. Latypova notes OWS was sold as a collaborative effort between HHS and the DoD, <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cbut the actual organization structure\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> shows it was the latter agency that was entirely in charge.<\/p>\n<p>Latypova shows an organizational chart revealing the decision-making structure behind OWS, with the DoD in the most executive role. The pharma companies, in fact, have only been <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cjust\u2026 a third [tier]\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> member of the Warp Speed organization. Latypova notes they\u2019re very happy with the setup, however, as <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cthey are getting billions and billions of dollars\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> and are <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cexempt of liability as long as they follow [the] orders of the Department of Defense.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ultimately the setup meant, and means, <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cthe government does everything\u2014[including] all the key components\u2014[and is the] driver of all decisions as to how [the COVID injections have been] implemented.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> Latypova adds <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cpharma and other companies [have just been] following [DoD] orders.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> Orders handed down from 60 military officials, including at least four generals. Up until 2020, the vaccine manufacturers had been deployed by BARDA not just to make vaccines, but other unidentified biologics. This means that Novavax, Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson, and AstraZeneca have not been the real manufacturers of the COVID injections.<\/p>\n<p>Latypova notes:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cIndeed [Pfizer, Moderna, et al.] are not really [the COVID] vaccine makers because they didn\u2019t have the required capacity.<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> The capacity that was ordered in a short order was impossible to fulfill without using this established defense contracting infrastructure\u2026 [On the contrary] pretty much all of them [the supposed injection manufacturers] are using [the] word \u2018demo\u2019 [demonstration in their contracts with the DoD]. So we have Johnson and Johnson, manufacturing demo; Sanofi manufacturing demo; AstraZeneca, demo; Novavax, demo; Pfizer demo. <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">So these are demonstrations, meaning performance art. Meaning they\u2019re just cover.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Due to this setup BARDA claimed that it could perform the COVID-injection clinical trials in parallel with spooling up manufacturing of the experimental substances. Latypova, notes, however <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cthis is actually a violation of good manufacturing practices, which is Title 21 in code of federal regulation. And that code of federal regulation was specifically established to avoid this exact thing from happening.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> Latypova adds <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cIt is not possible to manufacture safe products before safety is properly tested.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> Furthermore, the pharma veteran says that BARDA has claimed that it is regulating the quality of the injections, not the FDA. Without this funding, Latypova adds, many of these companies would\u2019ve not even been profitable, nor would\u2019ve invested in the products that they did.<\/p>\n<p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cMy conclusion here is that in the United States we do not have a private pharmaceutical manufacturing industry anymore. We have a government-controlled pharmaceutical industry. Kadlec, who served as\u00a0Assistant Secretary of Health and Human Services (Preparedness and Response)\u00a0from August 2017 until January 2021, also led the update to the PREP Act <strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color\"><span class=\"sigijh_hlt\">\u201cto make sure that it\u2019s completely ironclad and bulletproof so that nobody can ever, ever sue any one of these companies, or anybody associated with [the manufacturing of the COVID injections] for any injury or liability.\u201d<\/span><\/mark><\/strong> (Kadlec is also an ex-lobbyist for Emergent BioSolutions.)<\/p>\n<p>Latypova also shows that there is a middleman between the federal government cash and the feasting pharmaceutical companies: a non-profit dubbed <a href=\"http:\/\/ati.org\/\"><strong>Advanced Technology International <\/strong><\/a>(ATI). The non-profit describes itself as a way to organize a consortia of public, private, and academic organizations to perform R&amp;D on behalf of the U.S. government.
