{"id":15396,"date":"2020-05-31T08:29:31","date_gmt":"2020-05-31T12:29:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=15396"},"modified":"2020-05-31T08:31:12","modified_gmt":"2020-05-31T12:31:12","slug":"heres-how-we-the-people-can-eliminate-the-covid-19-vaccine-threat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=15396","title":{"rendered":"Here&#8217;s how <i>We the People<\/i> can eliminate the COVID-19 vaccine threat."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more-->Submitted by a Health Advocate<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">We, the people of the Earth, demand that President Trump and\/or the U.S. Congress work together to immediately withdraw the Vaccine Law &#8212; <strong>42 US Code \u00a7 300 aa-22<\/strong> &#8212; and make all vaccine manufacturers liable for their products just like every other manufacturer of food items and medicines in the USA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Here&#8217;s the language of the relevant statute:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\"><strong>Under 42 U.S. Code \u00a7 300aa\u201322<\/strong>:\u00a0 Standards of responsibility: Paragraph (b), which addresses \u201cUnavoidable adverse side effects; warnings\u201d states, \u201c(1) No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The lawmakers just need to change the first word of this law from &#8220;No&#8221; into &#8220;A&#8221; and the Vaccine Industry will experience the necessary reality check that will see all vaccines immediately pulled from the marketplace because of the overwhelming financial liability and legal risks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">The moment these vaccine manufacturers are made liable for their products, we will see all vaccines being withdrawn and the entire COVID-19 scam will stop and never come back.
