As the single major obstacle to peace, the Russians long ago declared that the US-sponsored NATO military presence on their border was an unacceptable Red Line just as the UK and US providing Ukraine with missiles or heavy weaponry would be equally intolerable<\/span><\/a>. \u00a0 <\/span>There is nothing new with either position as Russia identified\u00a0 <\/span>certain\u00a0 <\/span>Anglo Saxon<\/span><\/a> \u201cdecision maker\u2019<\/span><\/a> centres to be held responsible for providing those weapons; clearly the Russians regard the UK and US<\/span><\/a> as its\u00a0 <\/span>Anglo Saxon<\/span><\/a> adversaries.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n There is no question, in the Russian experience, that NATO is considered an essential indirect accomplice<\/span><\/a> to keeping Ukraine supplied with \u2018lethal\u2019 armaments while<\/span> Biden officials altered their position to provide <\/span>(MLRS) long range missiles as well as HIMARS (high\u00a0 <\/span>mobility artillery rocket systems) with sufficient range to reach Russia<\/span> despite Ukraine “assurances” that \u201cit will <\/i>not launch US weapons<\/i><\/span><\/a> into Russia<\/i>\u201d according to Secretary of State Antony Blinken.<\/span><\/p>\n As perhaps an opening salvo for Ukraine\u2019s much awaited spring offensive, the German news agency Bild<\/span><\/a> reported that a recent western-made explosive-laden drone detonated in the vicinity of the Rudnevo Industrial<\/span><\/a> park prior to an upcoming visit by Russian President Vladimir Putin.\u00a0 <\/span>Bild described the drone as \u201930 C4 explosive blocks<\/span><\/a><\/span> with a total weight of 17 kilograms [more than 37 pounds] on board,\u201d adding that M112 type explosives are commonly used by the U.S.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n A week later, WW III tensions escalated with an early morning attack of two drones aimed at the Kremlin and presumably President Vladimir Putin\u2019s official place of work who is known to spend late night-early morning hours in his office.\u00a0 <\/span>A World Heritage Site, the Kremlin is a massive fortified complex dominating the heart of Moscow since the Thirteenth Century including the Russian Orthodox monument of St. Basil\u2019s Basilica.\u00a0 <\/span>An attack on the Kremlin is considered an attack on the seat of power within Russia\u00a0 <\/span>as the White House or the US Capitol are not comparable in any way to its religious, historic or political significance.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Questions remain whether the drone attack was a failed mission of minimal proportions with faulty intelligence or with the intent of a casus belli to encourage an uncharacteristic Russian overreaction with the onus of starting WW III on the Russians.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In any case, Russia has reserved the right to a \u2018retaliatory response<\/span><\/a>\u201d when and where they see fit.\u00a0 <\/span>Former Russian President and Deputy of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev<\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span> elaborated that there would be \u2018no choice\u2019<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 <\/span>but to strike outside of Ukraine as Medvedev pointed out that the US mistakenly claim they\u00a0 <\/span>are not in full control of \u2018use only\u2019 decisions which are allegedly \u201capplied and adopted<\/i>\u201d only by Ukrainian authorities. \u00a0 <\/span>Medvedev further indicated that \u201c<\/span>After today\u2019s terrorist attack, there <\/i>were no options left except for the physical elimination of Zelensky and his cabal\u201d <\/i>although one need not speculate about who qualifies as Zelensky\u2019s \u2018cabal\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n After accusing Ukraine of orchestrating the attack \u2018under the dictate of Washington<\/i><\/span><\/a>,\u201d Ria Novosti<\/span><\/a> transmitted Dmitry Peskov\u2019s statement that Russian intelligence services received<\/span><\/a> information about the participation of the United States in the attack on the Kremlin strike but have not yet disclosed the details.\u00a0 <\/span>In a not-so-subtle warning, Peskov said that \u201cWashington should clearly understand that Moscow is aware that they are behind the actions of Ukraine\u201d <\/i>as attempts by the US and Ukraine to \u201cdisown this is ridiculous.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/i>The Russians appear certain they have solid proof that the US continues to call the military shots; including this latest drone attack on the Kremlin. \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n To digress briefly\u00a0 <\/span>– here is the burning\u00a0 <\/span>Million Dollar Question<\/span>:\u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span>IF Russia activates a retaliatory response against a predetermined \u2018decision maker\u201d centre which presumably includes NATO<\/span><\/a> as a major participant in escalating the war, will the Joint Force Command -Norfolk<\/span><\/a>, once known as the US Norfolk Naval Station, be in Russia\u2019s crosshairs?\u00a0 <\/span>It is within the context of Russia identifying those \u2018decision makers\u2019 when what might be an insignificant drone attack on Moscow becomes more of a gravely precarious matter that will not simply diminish over time as the Russians have reached the end of their patience. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n At the same time, why would the innocence of Ukraine issue a commemorative postage stamp<\/span><\/a> celebrating the drone Kremlin attack almost immediately before the smoke had cleared?\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, Peskov stressed Moscow knows that Kyiv\u2019s goals are determined by Washington and that Washington gives Kyiv the order with the understanding it will be accomplished.\u00a0 <\/span>The US chooses the target and delivery method, as \u201dthe decisive vote belongs to the US in the choice of means for the strike.\u201d\u00a0 <\/span><\/i>Peskov continued that Russia identified the attack on the Presidential residence as a \u2018terrorist<\/i>\u2019 attack and that we <\/span>\u201c<\/i><\/span>know full well that decisions to carry out such terrorist actions are made <\/i>not in Kiev,<\/span><\/a> but in Washington<\/i><\/span>\u201d<\/i><\/span> \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Sergei Rybakov, Russian Deputy Foreign Policy Minister<\/span><\/a> pointed out that \u201cThe anger and hatred towards Russia with which Washington acts in a situation in which it frankly should think of their own safety is inexplicable.\u201d<\/i> Rybakov added that Russia and the US are on the \u201cverge of open, armed conflict<\/i><\/span><\/a>\u201d after the Kremlin attack.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Russian Duma Chair, Vyacheslav Volodin endorsed the <\/span>use of any weapons necessary to remove the\u00a0\u201c<\/i>Nazi regime<\/span><\/a>\u201d<\/i>\u00a0in Kiev and that Western nations pumping Zelensky\u2019s government with weapons are now\u00a0\u201c<\/i>direct accomplices<\/span><\/a>\u201d<\/i>\u00a0to terrorist activities<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Russia has repeatedly warned<\/span><\/a> those\u00a0 <\/span>\u2018decision maker\u2019<\/i> nations who provided the necessary weapons,<\/span><\/a> funding and support network<\/span><\/a> that allowed the war to escalate within Russia\u2019s borders<\/span><\/a><\/span>,<\/span> would be held responsible.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n The WH response has been a curiously twisted disavowal \u201cwe are unable to independently verify Ukraine\u2019s denial of involvement in the bombing\u201d <\/i>as if they were completely unaware of what had occurred while US National Security Advisor John Kirby puzzled\u00a0 <\/span>\u201cwe don\u2019t know what happened<\/i>.\u201d\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Not surprisingly, the Uniparty and its establishment media gathered the media wagons around as they piled on for a different response<\/span><\/a>: it must have been a false flag attack<\/span><\/a> according to former Trump National Security Advisor Robert O\u2019Brien;\u00a0 <\/span>Obviously it was Russia bombing its own capitol, right?\u00a0 <\/span>Who cannot see that?\u00a0 <\/span>It has all the \u2018hallmark<\/i>s\u2019 of Russian disinformation or perhaps it was the country who most predominately uses drones to attack other countries \u2013 who might that be? \u00a0 <\/span>Former CIA Director Leon Panetta agreed \u2018it smells like a <\/i>false flag<\/i><\/span><\/a> operation, Putin is not out walking around and there is no rose garden at the Kremlin.\u201d<\/i>\u00a0 <\/span>None of these denials qualify as anything more than a clever ruse to deny any accusation and avoid international condemnation.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Meanwhile, the civilized world contemplates a potential Russian attack on the US at the now-NATO Naval Station<\/span><\/a>, thereby hitting two birds with one stone. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n It remains a puzzlement exactly who had the constitutional authority to acquiesce on American sovereignty or how a transfer of US military authority at the US Naval Station in Norfolk morphed into the Joint Force Command- Norfolk<\/span><\/a> in 2018 with <\/span>no formal public approval or verification process;
