Samuel Adams (Circa 1777)<\/h3>\n<hr \/>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/interactive\/2023\/08\/politics\/annotated-trump-indictment-georgia-election-dg\/\"><span class=\"s2\">fourth indictment<\/span><\/a> against former President Donald Trump has been filed by the semi-literate <a href=\"https:\/\/vivabarneslaw.locals.com\/upost\/4436439\/live-bourbon-w-barnes-tuesday-august-15-2023\"><span class=\"s2\">Fulton County District Attorney<\/span><\/a> amid a problematic grand jury process, the sum of all parts is a clear confirmation that the globalist regime have initiated another coordinated attack on free speech with a massive weaponization on the country\u2019s judicial process as one element in their agenda to takedown the world\u2019s greatest Constitutional Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In its relentless war on Trump, Democrats are on a roll having created an institutional template that controls much of the country\u2019s Judiciary.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>There is an unreal quality about the four indictments like an unstoppable steamroller with an agenda to criminalize any election, so utterly unAmerican since arguing about election results became a venerated tradition after Washington\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mountvernon.org\/library\/digitalhistory\/digital-encyclopedia\/article\/presidential-election-of-1789\/\"><span class=\"s2\">unanimous election<\/span><\/a> in 1789.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Today\u2019s utterly unconstitutional politically tainted attacks are indicative of a Marxist tactic: think east German Stasi political <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amnesty.org\/en\/latest\/news\/2015\/03\/lessons-from-the-stasi\/\"><span class=\"s2\">show trials.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/a> <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As the indictments unfold, the American public is now privy to the collapse of the country\u2019s judicial system; that has succumbed to partisan and ideological illegitimate preferences using the law as a weapon rather than a judicial constitutional philosophy based on due process and its legal interpretations. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It is the election riggers themselves who benefit from creating a confused political environment as spreading a calculated lawfare strategy with multiple indictments in four different locations especially including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2023\/08\/15\/fulton-county-trump-indictment-defendants-00111220\"><span class=\"s2\">eighteen co-conspirators<\/span><\/a> in the Atlanta indictment.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The entire experience of multiple indictments has taken on elements of a reign of terror with its unapologetic corruption blatantly exposed. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Once referred to as Democrats, the party of Jefferson and JFK<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>has descended into a deep, dark hole of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/topic\/Bolshevik\"><span class=\"s2\">bolshevism<\/span><\/a> with a history of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XX2Ejqjz6TA\"><span class=\"s2\">electoral hypocrisy<\/span><\/a> as they challenged results of the 2020, 2018, 2016 and 2000 elections.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If the Democrats are successful, all future elections are in jeopardy, not to mention the very existence of the world\u2019s first self-governed country devolves into an incapacitated Republican party with feeble minded candidates.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Today\u2019s Congressional Republicans (with some exceptions) are on their butts, tweeting and wringing their hands but offering few useful opinions, solutions or real opposition.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>While RINOs did not win 2016, they immediately moved to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bizpacreview.com\/2019\/10\/18\/here-are-the-10-senate-rinos-who-voted-with-dems-to-end-trumps-border-funding-841010\/\"><span class=\"s2\">destabilize<\/span><\/a> and take control of the Trump administration beginning with the removal of Gen. Michael Flynn.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> *<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">All of which brings to mind the realization that the current rampage of lawfare may have begun with hundreds of prosecutions after the January 6<\/span><span class=\"s3\"><sup>th<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> disturbance as a sort of proving ground for the Feds to nefariously leverage the Capitol terrain with a large crowd of 250,000 into an uncontrollable insurrection.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>It is estimated that J6 investigation is perhaps <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2023\/03\/25\/1165022885\/1000-defendants-january-6-capitol-riot\"><span class=\"s2\">the largest criminal probe<\/span><\/a> in American history with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/d9\/pages\/attachments\/2021\/05\/27\/fbi_fy_2022_presidents_budget_request_to_congress_-full_cj_narrative_back_to_omb_5.26.21_omb_cleared.pdf\"><span class=\"s2\">DOJ\/FBI 2022<\/span><\/a> request of $10 Billion including 577<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>new FBI positions.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The <a href=\"https:\/\/appropriations.house.gov\/sites\/democrats.appropriations.house.gov\/files\/FY23%2520Summary%2520of%2520Appropriations%2520Provisions.pdf\"><span class=\"s2\">Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023<\/span><\/a> included a $38.7 Billion increase for the DOJ which is $3.5 B over 2022 levels and $11.3 Billion for the FBI which includes $596 Million over 2022 level with $524 million above President\u2019s budget request for investigation of extremist violence and domestic terrorism.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">To date, it is estimated that 1,033 Americans have been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/2021\/02\/09\/965472049\/the-capitol-siege-the-arrested-and-their-stories\"><span class=\"s2\">arrested for participation<\/span><\/a> in what is described as an \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/ariannajohnson\/2023\/01\/05\/jan-6-insurrection-2-years-later-how-many-arrested-convicted-and-what-price-donald-trump-may-still-pay\/?sh=7976c83a513e\"><span class=\"s2\">insurrection<\/span><\/a>\u2019 with one identifiable weapon. With <a href=\"https:\/\/time.com\/6133336\/jan-6-capitol-riot-arrests-sentences\/\"><span class=\"s2\">720 criminally sentenced<\/span><\/a> to jail time, the remainder are awaiting sentencing by the US District Court of DC which is generally considered to be so <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-dc\/pr\/roger-stone-found-guilty-obstruction-false-statements-and-witness-tampering\"><span class=\"s2\">far left<\/span><\/a> as to be associated with some form of authoritarian ideologies rather than a Court that<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>exercises compassion or a concern for humanity. The FBI is reported to still be in pursuit of 350 Americans who committed \u2018violent acts\u201d that day.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">There has, however, never been a credible resolution<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>or investigation of the mysterious <a href=\"https:\/\/www.revolver.news\/2021\/12\/damning-new-details-massive-web-unindicted-operators-january-6\/\"><span class=\"s2\">Ray Epps<\/span><\/a> rallying American citizens to enter the Capitol as if he were merely a casual<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>bystander.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Little attention has been afforded to the former Chief of the Capitol Hill police Steven Sund <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsgac.senate.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/imo\/media\/doc\/Testimony-Sund-2021-02-23.pdf\"><span class=\"s2\">testimony<\/span><\/a> before the Senate committees in February, 2021.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>At that time, Sund expressed the belief that multiple federal agents were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.msn.com\/en-us\/news\/us\/ex-capitol-police-chief-thinks-multiple-fed-agents-were-in-jan-6-crowd\/ar-AA1f9rYR\"><span class=\"s2\">camouflaged within the crowd<\/span><\/a> as<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>an FBI whistleblower recently revealed that FBI Director Chris Wray <a href=\"https:\/\/pjmedia.com\/news-and-politics\/victoria-taft\/2023\/07\/12\/thats-a-lie-whistleblower-demolishes-fbi-directors-story-about-embedded-agents-on-j6-n1710162\"><span class=\"s2\">lied to Congress<\/span><\/a> about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/video\/2023\/07\/12\/fbi_director_wray_not_sure_there_were_undercover_agents_on_scene_on_january_6.html\"><span class=\"s2\">embedded agents<\/span><\/a> in the J 6<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>throng.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In a recently released interview with Tucker 6<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/article\/exclusive-capitol-hill-security-footage-challenges-jan-6-narratives-5454274?src_src=partner&amp;src_cmp=ZeroHedge\"><span class=\"s2\">Epoch Times<\/span><\/a> Special Report 41,000 hours of surveillance video has publicly aired a significant portion of video identifying how a small group of \u2018protestors\u2019 stimulated the early violence which inevitably led to police launching pepper spray, munitions and grenades into the crowd of approximately 250,000 Americans. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> * * *<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Never lack of an inescapable irony, President Trump stands accused of motivating the January 6 event in front of the very same District Court system that will conduct his trial have already hammered many J6 defendants whose guilt remains problematic.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In an earlier article <a href=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=179562\"><span class=\"s2\">Struggling through a Constitutional Crisis<\/span><\/a>, I discussed particulars about the US District Court in DC which was established via <a href=\"https:\/\/wtop.com\/congress\/2023\/08\/gop-bill-would-eliminate-dc-home-rule-giving-congress-operational-power\/\"><span class=\"s2\">Home Rule Charter<\/span><\/a> of 1973 and the smallest geographic area of any other District Court system in the US although probably the most politically influential given its relationship with the Federal government. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Given that twenty six District Court DC judges are available, it is interesting to note how the wheel of justice \u2018randomly\u2019 selects its judges. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s4\">Of special interest have been certain unarmed Defendants who have received the most extreme sentences citing <a href=\"https:\/\/forbiddenknowledgetv.net\/eye-witness-reveals-mauis-wildfires-exhibit-same-destruction-as-ground-zero\/\"><span class=\"s2\">seditious conspiracy<\/span><\/a><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>ambiguously defined as activities that undermine the state without directly attacking it or<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>\u201c<\/span><span class=\"s5\"><i>to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States\u201d\u00a0<\/i>which might easily be applied to millions of discontented American citizens. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>They are:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Stewart Rhodes who received the most harsh sentence of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2023\/05\/25\/politics\/amit-mehta-oath-keepers-sentencing-key-lines\/index.html\"><span class=\"s2\">18 years,<\/span><\/a> Peter Schwartz received a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/dc-md-va\/2023\/05\/05\/jan6-sentence-longest-schwartz\/\"><span class=\"s2\">14 year sentence<\/span><\/a>, Kelly Meggs received a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rawstory.com\/oath-keepers-kelly-meggs\/\"><span class=\"s2\">12 year sentence<\/span><\/a>, Thomas Webster received <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/09\/01\/capitol-jan-6-cop-sentence-00054572\"><span class=\"s2\">10 years<\/span><\/a>. All were sentenced by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dcd.uscourts.gov\/content\/district-judge-amit-p-mehta\"><span class=\"s2\">Judge Amit Mehta<\/span><\/a> who will now become Peter Navarro\u2019s Judge<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/08\/01\/far-right-militiaman-guy-reffitt-sentenced-to-7-years-for-capitol-riot\/\"><span class=\"s2\">.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Guy Reffit<\/span><\/a> received a 7 year sentence from<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dcd.uscourts.gov\/content\/district-judge-dabney-l-friedrich\"><span class=\"s2\">Judge Debney Friedrich<\/span><\/a>.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In addition, the only Trump appointment to the US District DC was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dcd.uscourts.gov\/content\/district-judge-timothy-j-kelly\"><span class=\"s2\">Judge Timothy Kelly<\/span><\/a> in 2017, former Counsel to Sen.
