USFF was founded in August 2021 by four airline pilots \u2013 Yoder, Ron Souther, Jessica Sarkisian and Veronica Harris \u2013 as an unincorporated grassroots organization which quickly attracted tens of thousands of members.<\/p>\n

Josh told TGP a group hired to administer nearly eight hundred thousand dollars from US Freedom Flyers (USFF) donors is now attempting to keep the cash meant to fund litigation against the Biden Administration and the US airline\u2019s illegal and unethical vaccine mandates.<\/p>\n

In his interview with Gateway Pundit founder Jim Hoft, US Freedom Flyers President Josh Yoder said that his group\u2019s top priority is to sue the Federal Aviation Administration for allowing airlines to illegally mandate toxic medical interventions absent of informed consent for pilots and other airline personnel, which caused an \u201castronomical\u201d number of vaccine injuries, in violation of federal law and FAA\u2019s own regulations. USFF is also pursuing litigation to seek reimbursement for injured personnel and for airline employees whose jobs were terminated for refusal to comply with the illegal mandates.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re also taking on issues like vaccine passports, which the WHO is now saying they\u2019re going to implement in the very near future,\u201d Yoder told Hoft.<\/p>\n

\u201cMost people are not aware that airline tickets have already included fine print dictating vaccine passport language,\u201d Yoder pointed out. \u201cThat language has now been removed thanks to pushback from [airline] employees and the flying public.\u201d<\/p>\n

USFF contracted with former Goldman Sachs banker Leslie Manookian and her Health Freedom Defense Fund (HFDF) to hold money in trust for the newly formed group until it received its non-profit status from the IRS. The contract states that HFDF was to \u201cAdminister and Receive donations\u201d and provide a suite of other services for a 10% management fee of all donations raised. The contract is also clear that HFDF would not provide legal services nor advise USFF on any legal decisions. The contract clearly stated that USFF \u201cis responsible for making determinations regarding the objectives of the Litigation, the legal representation, and has the final say in how the litigation is resolved.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brian Smith and Sally Wagenmaker , Please see my email to the Idaho Attorney General. As you know, officers of the court are not allowed to knowingly make false statements to the court. I’m putting you on notice. “Following our recent discussions, I have more questions which require clarification. You stated that your office cannot give legal advice to private individuals, which I understand. However, the AG’s office did provide legal advice and instructions to Leslie Manookian, the Health Freedom Defense Fund. I’ll need an explanation on how that works. My research surrounding Idaho law and the events which have transpired between the Health Freedom Defense Fund, and the Idaho AG’s office, has raised some significant concerns. Leslie Manookian has claimed publicly that the Ag’s office instructed her to file a request for Declaratory Judgement in Idaho referencing Idaho Code Section 33-5006. This particular code addresses the Release or Modification of Restrictions on Management, Investment or Purpose of funds as it pertains to the modification of a gift instrument. This law applies to organizations who raised money for a particular purpose, who then, at a later date, wish to usethose funds for a different purpose. If US Freedom Flyer’s donors donated to HFDF for a specific purpose, then later HFDF wanted to use those donor funds to pursue a different purpose, the applicable law would be Idaho Code 33-5006, however, this is not the case. USFF donors donated directly to USFF through the USFF website. USFF has a contract with HFDF to administer those funds at the direction of USFF who, per the agreement, controls all litigation .Per your own statements to me, Raul Labrador and the AG’s office has taken part in misrepresentations perpetrated on the court and the public. As is evident per the Charitable Organization Complaints of fraud which you’ve received ,the donors obviously intended and did donate to USFF, not HFDF which is evident by the donor receipts that have been provided to your office. The fact that these monies belong to USFF is not in dispute, which means that Leslie Manookian and HFDF are committing fraud and illegally making misrepresentations to the court with the assistance ofthe Idaho AG’s office. I’m asking Raul Labrador to correct the record publicly and put an end to thisf raudulent behavior. See the attached text communication where Leslie clearly acknowledges that the funds in dispute belong to USFF.
