Use Your “Town Hall” People Powers
\nto Prosecute and Punish—Post-haste<\/h1>\n

It is absolutely essential for the good people of Maui to<\/strong>
\nconvene their own ‘peoples’ Grand Jury in ‘their’ town hall,<\/strong>
\nseparate and distinct from the sheriff jurisdiction.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The people’s grand jury then needs be protected by their<\/strong>
\npeople’s constables and militia who are above the county<\/strong>
\nsheriff.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Their people’s grand jury “jurats” can establish additional<\/strong>
\ncommissions to subpoena additional information as it will<\/strong>
\nbe necessary considering the scope of the malfeasance<\/strong>
\nand\/or crimes.*<\/strong><\/h3>\n

*A jurat is an oath-taker or someone who fulfills a duty under oath, such as a juror.
\nA jurat can also be a declaration on an affidavit stating the date, place, and witness
\nin which it was sworn. Jurats are used to authenticate and verify the identification

If the sheriff is requested to do same, he will impanel <\/strong>
\nFreemasons and Illuminati to no effect. It MUST be done <\/strong>
\nat the town hall level.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The people have the power and ‘authority’ to elect judges, <\/strong>
\nconstables, write laws, establish courts, etc.<\/strong><\/h3>\n
