The following article, \u201cChemtrails: Marking Territory\u201d by V. C. While the 2011 discussion begins with \u201cchemtrailing\u201d\u2014GeoEngineering\u2014of our earthly sphere, it advances to the sine qua non\u2014ritual sacrifice.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Update 2023<\/b>: We are experiencing escalating weather warfare evidenced by extreme drought, flooding, freezing, and fires<\/span><\/a> attributed to climate change, which, we are told, is our fault. (Please see: GeoEngineeringWatch.org.) Farms and cattle are now presented as a problem to be eliminated in favor of insects. We are persuaded that we are diseased, and indeed a plague on the planet. We and our children have been and likely will again be masked (effaced), locked down (a form of tying), isolated (psychological torture), and injected (inseminated) with gene-altering material. Spiked<\/span><\/a>, in a manner of speaking, and in fact.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Ponder, too, the loss of boundaries, loss of borders, and loss of personal and economic freedom: Central bank digital currency<\/span><\/a>, courtesy of the Bank for International Settlements. \u201cYou\u2019ll own nothing. And you\u2019ll be happy,\u201d<\/span><\/a> taunts the World Economic Forum, the prime lobbying group for its corporate stakeholders<\/i>. All the while, our children (commonly referred to now as kids<\/span><\/a>) endure a campaign to sexualize and reassign sex\u2014transgender them (mind control via psychological, sexual, and physical trauma\u2014splitting of mind, body and spirit). The ultimate result: loss of generativity within an overarching loss of the life-sustaining biosphere upon which we depend.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n V. C. Unquestionably I felt the roil in my stomach borne of intense personal affront, though with a dire overlay, akin to yet strangely diverging from the distress I experienced during 9\/11\u2014and I had a daughter in Manhattan at the time. No, these ethereal marks and their resulting web obscuring our vast blue skies produced in me something like a slow motion version of what I can imagine an insect feeling as it finds itself about to be wrapped up by a spider for dinner.<\/span><\/p>\n As I surveyed the unseemly, white slough marring the panorama I had gloried in all my life, the sky like a favorite blanket or an extension of my own body, an unpleasant theme returned to mind, one from the tacit world of pornography. In <\/span>Life and Death<\/span>, writer and social analyst Andrea Dworkin explains that in the pornographic milieu it is common practice for the ejaculate to be expelled onto<\/i> the woman rather than in<\/i> her: \u201cIt marks the spot,\u201d she states, \u201cwhat he owns and how he owns it. The ejaculation on her is a way of saying (through showing) that she is contaminated with his dirt; that she is dirty.\u201d <\/span>1<\/sup><\/span> Dworkin cites this fouling or polluting as the \u201cpornographer\u2019s discourse.\u201d The \u201cMarquis de Sade,\u201d she points out, \u201calways refers to the ejaculate as pollution.\u201d <\/span>2 <\/sup><\/span>So it seems that under the sway of a de Sade point of view, what was created as generative medium and enlivening seed becomes toxic chaff: \u201cworthless matter, refuse\u201d <\/span>3<\/sup><\/span> used to foul the female.<\/span><\/p>\n We know from government documents that the U.S. military admits to the airborne dispensing of \u201cchaff,\u201d aluminum-coated fiberglass fibers, for the stated purpose of confusing adversary radar. <\/span>4 <\/sup><\/span>This procedure isn\u2019t new yet no informed consent, no formal advisory, no debate has been forthcoming. The obvious health hazards of aluminum and fiberglass notwithstanding, the level to which the purveyors of chaff evidently have expanded is far and away more disturbing. As citizen researcher Clifford E. Carnicom documents in Aerosol Crimes<\/i>, produced in 2004, aerosolized streams in endless repetition are being injected by aircraft into the atmosphere in what appears to be an ongoing international, multipurposed, and conjoint civil and military operation. Under the mantle of weather modification or geoengineering, this medium containing highly toxic, conductive heavy metals, which includes barium and aluminum, along with particulates, fibrous material as delivery system for biologicals, is altering the earth environment with calamitous prospects for life itself. <\/span>5 <\/sup><\/span>Why? Who would think of such a thing, and for what purpose? What about air quality, the EPA, our health?<\/span><\/p>\n In 1970, Trilateral Commission co-founder, Council on Foreign Relations member, Bilderberg attendee, and presidential advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski published Between Two Ages<\/i> in which he offers the following observations:<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cInternational banks and multinational corporations are acting and planning in terms that are far in advance of the political concepts of the nationstate.\u201d 44 But as the nationstate is gradually yielding its sovereignty, the psychological importance of the national community is rising, and the attempt to establish an equilibrium between the imperatives of the new internationalism and the need for a more intimate national community is the source of frictions and conflicts. The achievement of that equilibrium is being made more difficult by the scientific and technological innovations in weaponry. . . . Not only have new weapons been developed but some of the basic concepts of geography and strategy have been fundamentally altered? space and weather control have replaced Suez or Gibraltar as key elements of strategy. In addition to improved rocketry, multimissiles, and more powerful and more accurate bombs, future developments may well include automated or manned space warships, deepsea installations, chemical and biological weapons, death rays, and still other forms of warfare\u2014even the weather may be tampered with. . . . In addition, it may be possible\u2014and tempting\u2014to exploit for strategic-political purposes the fruits of research on the brain and on human behavior. Gordon J. F. MacDonald, a geophysicist specializing in problems of warfare, has written that timed artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth. . . . In this way, one could develop a <\/i>system that would seriously impair the brain performance of very large populations <\/i>in selected regions over an extended period. . . . No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages to some, the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the next few decades. <\/span>6<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n In 1996, a US Air Force study entitled: The Weather As A Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025<\/i> was completed. The authors emphasize that already \u201cmany techniques to modify the upper atmosphere have been successfully demonstrated experimentally. . . .<\/b> A number of methods have been explored or proposed to modify the ionosphere,\u201d they affirm, \u201cincluding injections of chemical vapors and heating or charging via electromagnetic radiation or particle beams (such as ions, neutral particles, x-rays, MeV particles, and energetic electrons).\u201d <\/span>7<\/sup><\/span> The paper goes on to detail \u201ca systems development road map,\u201d calling for the advance and implementation of the following: \u201cAerospace Delivery Vehicles, Artificial Ionospheric Mirrors, Chemicals, Carbon Black Dust, Communications, Computer Modeling, Directed Energy, Global Weather Network, Smart Clouds (nanotechnology), Sensors, Virtual Weather, Weather Force Support Element.\u201d <\/span>8<\/sup><\/span> Further, the Executive Summary boasts:<\/span><\/p>\n In 2025, US aerospace forces can \u2018own the weather\u2019 by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. . . . A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. <\/span>9<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n We know what has been done about the atom-splitting dilemma. Has the earth now become a mere \u201cbattlespace?\u201d And is her atmosphere being manipulated into a weapon with global warming as a cover story? The injection of aerosols into the lower atmosphere has been shown to heat rather than cool. <\/span>10<\/sup><\/span> <\/b>Is another agenda present as well? Of curiosity is the practical as well as philosophical mandate inherent in UNOOSA (United Nations Office for Outer Space Affairs) planning and action: global resource control to counter climate change<\/i> rockets to the fore as earth is departed for space. <\/span>11\u00a0<\/span><\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n Whether intentional or as collateral damage, the result of the chemtrailing we are now experiencing is a continued systemic weakening, incremental poisoning of air, water, soil, and, therefore, every living thing through the bioaccumulation of the toxins dispensed, or outright destruction via biological agents. As Aerosol Crimes<\/i> points out, the EPA has been silent. Clearly, populations bound to the earth are entirely vulnerable to the god-like whims of those in control of the technologies employed. The HAARP facility in Alaska is a concerning example: As the official HAARP website touts, a \u201chigh power transmitter\u201d is being utilized to \u201cexcite the ionosphere.\u201d <\/span>12 <\/sup><\/span>The consequences of this \u201cresearch\u201d <\/span>13 <\/sup><\/span>are unknown yet the risks are frightful. It is noted that cross-border funding of supportive research has occurred. <\/span>14 <\/sup><\/span>\u201cThe world\u2019s finite resources and continued need will drive the desire to protect people and property and more efficiently use our crop lands, forests, and range lands,\u201d the Air Force writers cajole. But who are the beneficiaries? \u201cThe potential benefits and power,\u201d they clarify, \u201care extremely lucrative and alluring for those who have the resources to develop it.\u201d In view of the latter sentiment, ownership of the planet\u2019s weather is for sale to the highest bidder. Regardless of the motivations proffered or concealed, I\u2019m afraid that \u201cWhat Can\u2019t Be Spoken Gets Acted Out<\/i>\u201d <\/span>15<\/sup><\/span> is palpably at play here, hence the question: What underlying dynamics drive this destructive quest for power over life and death?<\/span><\/p>\n Returning to the pornographic scenario, the attitude the male actor is manifesting is arrogant and immature, what could be termed a hyper-masculinity-pseudo-masculinity, one which denigrates the feminine aspect and demonstrates the rejection\u2014cut off\u2014of the masculine aspect, phallos. As psychologist James Wyly tells us, Phallos can be understood as the creative masculine energy which \u201cmobilizes individuality\u201d <\/span>16<\/sup><\/span> and brings the male into respectful, fruitful, connection with the feminine within his own psyche, <\/span>17<\/sup><\/span> then externally. <\/span>18<\/sup><\/span> This union of the feminine and masculine as equal yet different is necessary for the development of a responsible, generative consciousness, <\/span>19<\/sup><\/span> a mature masculine which serves and protects rather than exploits. To stress the importance of this first aspect\u2014the feminine\u2014in the makeup of a young male, Joseph Chilton Pearce says the following:<\/span><\/p>\n At issue is the unbonded male child or the insufficiently bonded male. His need of bonding is biologically crucial, and the biological structure resulting from insufficient bonding is a warped, nonnatural biological organism. This thrust of nature simply goes haywire when unbonded, rather like a wild electron that has no orbit to give its energy organization, meaning, and purpose. There is something in the female that [males] must have from the beginning. Missing this, his machinery gets thrown out of balance. The unbonded female might become neurotic and be unable to bond to her child properly, but the unbonded male goes very subtly mad. Unless rooted to that mother matrix, his other matrices cannot form, and his machinery loses its balancing mechanism, its governor. He runs amok. What the unbonded male does is spend his life turning back on that matrix, trying to force from it that which is lacking. And what is lacking is his source of personal power, his possibility, and his safe space. Lacking these, he turns and uses his strength to rape. He rapes either crudely or with sophistication, that is, bodily, or intellectually, raping the earth matrix with technology. <\/span>20<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n From the foregoing one can grasp the impact of a culturally devalued or negatively perceived feminine on our general wellbeing. The son becomes enmeshed with the mother upon whom he proceeds to wage war. In order to relieve the tension of the problematic internal position illustrated by Pearce, a sacrificial victim, a scapegoat, is required. The victim becomes the carrier of the rejected parts of the perpetrator\u2019s personality, emptied out as waste or wasted potential. It is a psychological principle that when parts critical to the whole are unconsciously disowned, severed, the part remaining in consciousness inflates to compensate and becomes hostile. In the case of the second aspect, phallos, symbolized by the phallus whose nature it is to inflate (and deflate<\/i>), the consequence is a significant \u201cdistortion of the masculine whole,\u201d <\/span>21<\/sup><\/span> psychological priapism. <\/span>22<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n A parallel can be observed in today\u2019s monetary system. It has become an inflated, promiscuous aberration, missing two fundamental metals for some time and diddled by a private cartel of bankers. With spirit separated from matter in the removal of gold and silver as standard of accountability, medium of exchange, and representative of one\u2019s labor as well as protector of its fruits, we see highly leveraged fractional reserve banking and financial derivatives aka \u201ctoxic waste\u201d now estimated to exceed the quadrillion dollar mark. Near world wide economic disintegration threatens. <\/span>23<\/sup><\/span> Economist Robert Chapman comments on the current situation:<\/span><\/p>\n We see totally surreal markets, because the US government has been manipulating them under the fascist model for years. As in 1984, good news is bad and bad news is good. Market manipulation is insanity and it guarantees a dreadful conclusion. There is no logic and the denizens of Wall Street go right along with the scam lest they lose their jobs. Most all of the economic and financial news is bad and that is a fact. Markets cannot thrive on hope in the Fed or the administration or on QE2. The fundamentals simply are not there. Zero interest rates cannot last forever and neither can a never-ending, growing Fed balance sheet. The Fed\u2019s policies have been losers. How can you have faith in a failed system driven by the greed and looting of the American public by Wall Street and banking, which owns the Fed? In fact we now see them praying for inflation so their system doesn\u2019t collapse. . . . At the heart of today\u2019s financial problems is one of the greatest frauds ever pulled by American banking. This is the result of issuing fiat money and credit. This is the result of leaving the gold standard 39 years ago. The release of gold as an anchor ended any incentive to stop inflating. Government can spend as it pleases and the public gladly accepts inflation to have a better lifestyle, not understanding that debt piles up, taxes have to rise and in the end the bubble breaks as we have just seen in real estate. <\/span>24<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n For a to the point illustration of the priapic problem, please note the warning provided by the makers of Viagra: \u201cIn the rare event of an erection lasting more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help to avoid long-term injury.\u201d <\/span>25<\/sup><\/span> Destruction of the penile tissue would be that consequence. <\/span>26<\/sup><\/span> Sterility, barrenness, wasteland. You get the idea.<\/span><\/p>\n This priapic expansion has now become so large that the manifestation is clearly global (or perhaps beyond global). And that means that the sacrificial enactment required to maintain the erection or inflation is global as well, necessitating many victims. Enter barium, aluminum et al., along with ELF waves, <\/span>27<\/sup><\/span> fluoridated water, <\/span>28<\/sup><\/span> Corexit, <\/span>29 <\/sup><\/span>GMO foods, and a plethora of venomous vaccines for good measure.<\/span> 30 <\/sup><\/span>And there seems always to be a compelling reason for overt wars, which, in addition to outright killing and maiming of both soldiers and civilians, now provide a handy disposal, dispersal, method for DU\u2014depleted uranium. <\/span>31<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n To maintain a stable of victims, the creation of a vulnerable, captive group becomes a requirement. Microchips? <\/span>32<\/sup><\/span> Biometric scanning? <\/span>33 <\/sup><\/span>A population sick and broke. \u201cHuman sacrifice is closely related to slaveholding,\u201d <\/span>34<\/sup><\/span> sociologist Orlando Patterson informs in <\/span>Rituals of Blood.<\/span> The sacrificed serves as stand-in and propitiate for the community in the ritual sacrifice model which has been practiced \u201cat some time, among nearly all peoples.\u201d At times when the group feels threatened with loss of control or is in transition, the use of ritual sacrifice increases; the group seeks to rid itself of intolerable internal tension rather than looking inward. <\/span>35<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n Citing the work of anthropologists Henri Hubert and Marcel Mauss, <\/span>36<\/sup><\/span> Patterson points out that the sacrifice, carried out by the group or its officials, follows a particular protocol. Flowing uninterrupted from beginning to end, it consists of the following essential elements: a \u201csacred\u201d or \u201cconsecrated\u201d place (most often by fire), a stake of significance (often \u201cspecial trees\u201d), the victim, about whom there are \u201calways certain sets of ideas,\u201d is \u201ctied in a special way,\u201d taunted, tortured, then burned within the \u201cmagic circle,\u201d as the sacrificers engage in a sort of exuberant play\u2014counterfeit creativity\u2014while they take-in the separation of the victim\u2019s \u201clife-spirit\u201d from his body. His death is the climax of the ritual, an offering to their deity as well as a blood \u201ccompact.\u201d <\/span>37<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n An \u201cawed hush\u201d within the group accompanies the moment of death. <\/span>38<\/sup><\/span> The symbolic play of opposites\u2014good, evil; matter, spirit; masculine, feminine; light, dark; nature, culture; slave, free; \u201cdomestic enemy,\u201d \u201ccivilized society;\u201d human, non-human\u2014is experienced through the victim. <\/span>39<\/sup><\/span> Souvenirs of the kill are prized, especially fingers, phal<\/i>anx. <\/span>40, 41 <\/sup><\/span>Within this grey, liminal air, acts of cannibalism and autocannibalism hover. In autocannibalism the victim is forced to consume himself, pieces of his body, his own generativity\u2014the penis and testicles. <\/span>42<\/sup><\/span> The ritual sacrifice, in macabre total, serves to bond the members of the sacrificing group as they act out a flawed, split<\/i>, existential condition. <\/span>43, 44 <\/sup><\/span>With even modest attention paid to the workings of media, finance, big business, and education it can be observed that we<\/i> are being molded into and labeled the consumers, all the while being consumed as we are forced to participate in our own consumption. The victim always pays the price. One may draw his own conclusions with regard to the ritual sacrifice model and any recent, large, tragic events. Bear in mind, the earth is a circle.<\/span><\/p>\n At this juncture in the history of humankind, increasing numbers of people are becoming aware that a financial and intellectual elite community has been and is attempting to ensnare the peoples of the earth with the expressed goal of control and elimination, leaving a mere remnant of the population under its grip as \u201chigh-tech\u201d serfs. <\/span>45<\/sup><\/span> This is the dystopian prospect Brzezinski discussed three decades ago. Investigative reporter Daniel Estulin, in his June 01, 2010 presentation to the EU Parliament, implored: \u201cAt the centre of the global financial system are the financial oligarchy today represented by the Bilderberg group.\u201d Self-proclaimed \u201cTHE ARISTOCRACY OF PURPOSE,\u201d this entity, as Estulin reports, is a \u201cself-perpetuating system\u201d made up of individuals of common ideology who \u201csteer events\u201d toward \u201cthe creation of a global network of giant cartels, more powerful than any nation on Earth, destined to control the necessities of life of the rest of humanity, obviously from their vantage point, for our own good and in our benefit \u2013 THE GREAT UNWASHED AS THEY CALL US. <\/span>46<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n Mr. Estulin eschews the term New World Order; however, the designation has been publically used repeatedly by numerous heads of state and insiders over the years up to the present. <\/span>47<\/sup><\/span> \u201cONE WORLD COMPANY LIMITED\u201d (all emphases in Estulin transcript) is clearly a title he views as more precise. <\/span>48<\/sup><\/span> Call it what you will. The result is the same. NWO = OWN. No more nation state. No more individual sovereignty. No more human being.<\/span><\/p>\n You see the inversion taking place. A seemingly powerful group wants to make us their waste. To waste<\/i> us. Life, truly amazing and humbling in its myriad manifestations, is a gift not to be taken lightly. The shrill howl of the coyote, the faint, crisp chirps of the hummingbird, the poignant moan of the bagpipe, whirling of the dervish, heartbeat of the drum, inquisitive gaze of a baby stir within most a deep connection to the primordial. The imagination and passion with which life responds to itself and to the Creator, Great Spirit, or whatever one might call our source is generative, flowing, intrinsic and beyond. To love<\/i> each other. It seems this is what Freud meant by \u201ceternal Eros.\u201d <\/span>49<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n Those who would act out a splitting-emptying ritual, inherently pornographic in its violation of the dignity of Life, who would in brazen entitlement and stealth poison us and the very body<\/i> on which we, and they, depend, do not know of what Freud spoke. Sadly, they are manifesting a most primitive defense against wholeness by way of projection onto the Other. This is thanatotic behavior\u2014of death. The catch is, Other is also Self. Life goes round and round, not up and up.<\/span><\/p>\n As I reflect on the chemtrail planes overhead in their aggressive sun (son) effacing mission, I see not only the unbonded male but one acting out his own effacement, prostrating himself in submission to an impersonal, authoritarian, all-consuming father who demands the sacrifice of the son\u2019s individuality, his generativity. Another loss\u2014theft\u2014of phallos. Hand it over son (or daughter, subsumed in this paradigm); now you serve us: corporate (pseudo body) human resource, military \u201cwarfighter,\u201d <\/span>50<\/sup><\/span> or prison inmate. This <\/span>is power for power\u2019s sake. Ultimately, this is ego at the expense of Self. <\/span>51<\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n Consider the ego-Self concept, the image above based on C. G. Jung\u2019s conical model of the psyche as developed by his student Jolande Jacobi. <\/span>52 <\/sup><\/span>Jung envisioned psyche as a universal, dynamic, transformation-seeking force: \u201cthe totality of all psychic processes, conscious as well as unconscious.\u201d <\/span>53<\/sup><\/span> Of note is this model\u2019s resemblance to the top-down world view, also above, depicted in The Great Seal featured on the back of one dollar Federal Reserve notes. To argue the intentionality of this image as a firm representation of a particular entity or agenda would only invite unnecessary controversy, as symbolic meanings vary. It is, however, illustrative of the \u201cmonolithic\u201d <\/span>54<\/sup><\/span>
