In this legal tradition law is based in the customs and mores of the people, not on edicts issued from rulers, \u00a0government bureaucrats, regulatory agencies, and activist judges.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Obviously, this conveys an ethnic basis to law.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>A Tower of Babel\u2013the fate of all diminishing white countries today\u2013has no common customs and mores and no basis for law other than rulers\u2019 edicts enforced by power.<\/p>\n Throughout the Western World today the people have lost the protection of\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>law as a shield and suffer under rulers who wield law as a weapon. In the United States today demonstrators and rally attendees are turned into \u201cinsurrectionists\u201d and sentenced to prison. \u00a0Even US President Donald Trump is being subjected to four fake felony prosecutions in order to prevent him from being elected president.<\/p>\n During my youth law was seen as a shield of our rights, not as a weapon to be used against us.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>US Supreme Court Justice George Sutherland explained in 1934 that the purpose of law was to discover innocence or guilt, not to dispose of an enemy:<\/p>\n \u201cThe United States Attorney is the representative not of an ordinary party to a controversy, but of a sovereignty whose obligation to govern impartially is as compelling as its obligation to govern at all; and whose interest, therefore, in a criminal prosecution is not that it shall win a case, but that justice shall be done.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>As such, he is in a peculiar and very definite sense the servant of the law, the twofold aim of which is that guilt shall not escape or innocent suffer.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>He may prosecute with earnestness and vigor\u2013and indeed, he should do so.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>But, while he may strike hard blows, he is not at liberty to strike foul ones.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>It is as much his duty to refrain from improper methods calculated to produce a wrongful conviction as it is to use every legitimate means to bring about a just one.\u201d<\/p>\n US Attorney General and Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson saw it the same way:<\/p>\n \u201cAny prosecutor who risks his day-to-day professional name for fair dealing to build up statistics for success has a perverted sense of practical values, as well as defects of character.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>. . .\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>A sensitiveness to fair play is perhaps the best protection against the abuse of power, and the citizen\u2019s safety lies in the prosecutor who tempers zeal with human kindness, who seeks truth and not victims, who serves the law and not factional purposes, and who approaches his task with humility.\u201d<\/p>\n In 1940 Jackson said that unethical prosecutors are a threat to justice because of the danger that the prosecutor<\/p>\n \u201cwill pick people that he thinks he should get, rather than pick cases that need to be prosecuted. With the law books filled with a great assortment of crimes, a prosecutor stands a fair chance of finding at least a technical violation of some act on the part of almost anyone. \u00a0In such a case, it is not a question of discovering the commission of a crime and then looking for the man who has committed it, it is a question of picking the man and then searching the law books, or putting investigators to work, to pin some offense on him. \u00a0It is in this realm\u2013in which the prosecutor picks some person whom he dislikes or desires to embarrass, or selects some group of unpopular persons and then looks for an offense, that the greatest danger of abuse of prosecuting power lies. \u00a0It is here that law enforcement becomes personal, and the real crime becomes that of being unpopular with the predominant or governing group, being attached to the wrong political view, or being personally obnoxious, or in the way of the prosecutor himself.<\/p>\n Robert Jackson\u2019s 83-year old description of unethical prosecution precisely describes all of the \u201cinvestigations,\u201d impeachments, and indictments of President Trump that have been ongoing since 2016 for 8 years and show no sign of abating. \u00a0The prosecutions of Trump are clearly prosecutions for the purpose of getting rid of a leader who presumes to challenge the ruling establishment. \u00a0The prosecutions of Trump underline the termination in the US of the impartial rule of law.<\/p>\n Today try to find in the US a prosecutor as defined by Sutherland and Jackson. Try to find a prosecutor who has any interest in justice.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>They are only interested in coerced plea bargains in order to build their conviction rate and run for higher office on their name recognition. \u00a0If you dare to go to trial, exculpatory evidence is withheld and prosecutors bribe witnesses to testify against you. The judge is angry because you are adding to his case load. High profile targets such as Michael Milken, Leona Helmsley, Martha Stewart, Donald Trump are favorites even when there is no personal animosity of the prosecutor against them. When the prosecution is driven by animosity, as it is in Trump\u2019s case, it signifies the legal system\u2019s acceptance of law as a weapon, not as an instrument of justice.<\/p>\n Try to find a honest prosecutor or judge prosecuting Trump supporters and sentencing them to tens of years of imprisonment for attending a political rally.\u00a0Unarmed people conducted by police on a tour inside the capital, as the videos released by the House Speaker show, are tried as \u201cinsurrectionists\u201d attempting to overthrow the government and establish a \u201cTrump coup.\u201d\u00a0 The use<\/span>\u00a0of law as a weapon by the Biden Regime has sent 1,000 American patriots to prison on this false charge. Law schools don\u2019t protest, Bar Associations don\u2019t protest. The judiciary aids the false convictions. The Congress does nothing. \u00a0The media eggs on the false prosecutions.<\/p>\n Every one of these prosecutors and judges are abusing power for the sake of factional politics.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>If you don\u2019t know what factional politics is, look it up.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>It was defined by our Founding Fathers.\u00a0\u00a0They feared it would destroy democracy and the rule of law.<\/span><\/p>\n In my book,\u00a0The Tyranny of Good Intentions<\/em>\u00a0published 23 years ago, I pointed out that \u201claw and order conservatives\u201d enabled government to set aside protective aspects of law in order to easier and more certainly convict the Mafia, drug users, child abusers\u2013whoever the target was at the specific time.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>I said that the law that is set aside in the interest of easier conviction is also set aside for the rest of us who are not Mafia, drug and child abusers, and that this conversion of law into a weapon would destroy nine centuries of Anglo-Saxon accomplishment in shielding people from arbitrary prosecution by rulers.<\/p>\n This has now happened.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>The British who created civil liberty and the Americans who inherited it have lost the protection of law.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cLaw and order conservatives\u201d determined to incarcerate criminals, \u00a0\u201cpatriotic conservatives\u201d anxious to protect \u201cnational security\u201d from \u201cthe Muslim threat,\u201d and \u00a0woke ideologues determined to demonize and even criminalize white people as racists, while overrunning the ethnic basis of their countries with \u00a0immigrant-invaders, together brought about the destruction of law as a shield of the people.<\/p>\n One can understand the frustration of Americans when criminals escape justice and when the country\u2019s security seems to be undermined by treason. \u00a0But when Americans accepted asset forfeiture laws in order to more easily convict criminals and accepted Presidents Bush and Obama\u2019s claims that the \u201cterrorist threat\u201d justified suspending habeas corpus and due process, they forgot Sir Thomas More\u2019s warning. In\u00a0A Man for All Seasons<\/em>, Sir Thomas More, Chancellor of England, asks his critic, who is urging him to disregard the protective features of law in order to better pursue wrongdoing, what will happen to the innocent if the law is cut down? A corrupt Democrat \u201cpolice force\u201d has declared a robbery when there is zero evidence of a robbery. An unsolved and non-investigated murder remains.<\/p>\n Instead of investigating a murder, Trump and Trump rally attendees are being framed and incarcerated on false charges. \u00a0It is obvious that the US \u201cJustice\u201d Department has weaponized law. The US Attorney General is serving neither law nor justice. \u00a0He is serving factional politics. He is a disgrace to law. \u00a0The fact that a person devoid of integrity is Attorney General of the United States is all the evidence required to know that the rule of law in America is stone dead.<\/p>\n William Blackstone wrote that weaponized law is tyranny and that when executive power weaponizes law, it is incumbent upon Parliament to impeach and punish the conduct of the government\u2019s \u201cevil and pernicious counselors.\u201d \u00a0The US Congress has taken no such steps, which means the legislature has abdicated its responsibility and assented \u00a0to the establishment of tyranny.<\/p>\n The Empire of Lies has deep-sixed William Blackstone\u2019s \u201crights of Englishmen\u201d embodied in the US Constitution as the Bill of Rights.<\/p>\n The United States and the Western world have become a tyranny. This is an unavoidable conclusion.<\/p>\n There is no \u201cthe one\u201d as in the movie\u00a0The Matrix<\/em>\u00a0or \u201cV\u201d as in the movie\u00a0V for Vendetta<\/em>\u00a0to rescue us from tyranny. \u00a0How are we going to escape the tyranny that has descended upon us now that law is weaponized?
