The state has placed razor wire along miles of the river to block entry to the US &#8211;\u00a0<strong>which the Supreme Court just allowed the Biden administration to remove<\/strong>\u00a0while a legal battle plays out in a lower court.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>At the White House, National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said Mr.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/topics\/biden\/\">Biden<\/a>\u00a0has the authority to nationalize the Texas National Guard and order them to desist. But he said Mr.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/topics\/biden\/\">Biden<\/a>\u00a0has made no such determination.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/topics\/supreme-court\/\">high court<\/a>\u2019s ruling was 5-4, with Chief Justice John G.
