The TI program is best understood as covert, multi-decadal, global psycho-political warfare against blacklisted \u201cenemies of the state,\u201d a war crime, and one of the greatest crimes against humanity in history.\u00a0 However, governments gaslight the population, maintaining that this black program (Special Access Program or SAP), ongoing since the 1950s at least, doesn\u2019t exist.\u00a0 The evil inherent in this program would be inconceivable were it not matched by the radical evil inherent in the government-supported flood of illegal immigrants into our nations (Kalergi Plan) and associated massive sex\/child\/slave trafficking operations, the DoD\u2019s and UNs injection of most of humanity with an \u201coperating system\u201d via the Covid jab, the systematic genocide (democide) of Palestinians by Israeli and American militaries, decades of aerial spraying of metamaterials, metal oxides, and toxic chemicals (chemtrails) into our skies, and current attempts to technologically enslave humanity via the \u201cGreat Reset\u201d\/UN Agenda 2030\/Internet of Things (IoT).\u00a0 All of these crimes against humanity proceed today without effective opposition.\u00a0\u00a0 Each of these state-sponsored operations is a multi-billion to trillion dollar industry.\u00a0\u00a0 Each comprises depopulation genocide\/democide, mass murder of innocents.\u00a0 All pretexts of decency and law and order seem to have vanished from America.\u00a0 Psychos Are In Charge*<\/a>.

A.\u00a0 Dr. Rauni Kilde M.D. explains this \u201cperfect crime\u201d in her presentation at a military-mind control conference; her presentation<\/strong>\u201cELECTROMAGNETICNEUROTELECOMMUNICATION AND CYBERNETICS,\u201d 33rd INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS ON MILITARY MEDICINE, HELSINKI, FINLAND, JUNE 30, 2000:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIn 1952, when electronic implants were placed in the brain and teeth for tracking, behavior and mind control, conditioning, programming, and covert operations, it became necessary to hide the technology, Electrical Stimulation of the Brain (ESB) and implants during surgery or abduction from the public because of the Nuremberg Code, which prohibits involuntary medical experimentation on humans. The DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual) for Psychiatry was created in 20 languages. Today, it lists the (symptoms created by the) four methods used on unsuspecting targets (electronic, chemical, or bacteriological, and psychological warfare experiments) as signs of paranoid schizophrenia. All medical schools teach that one is mentally ill if they hear voices in their heads, feel they are surveilled, poisoned, beamed with microwaves, listened to via radios, telephone, loudspeakers, or TV, feel that their thoughts are read and responded to by strangers, and if they experience paranormal phenomena. The alternative diagnosis that the individual is a victim of mind control is never taught. Neither is the fact that the technologies to create such symptoms have existed for 50 years without public knowledge.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

In this same presentation, Dr. Kilde explained how these technologies are being abused today:<\/p>\n

\u201cOn July 21, 1994, the US Department of Defense (DOD) proposed that \u201cnonlethal\u201d weapon be used against anyone engaged in activities that they opposed. That could include almost anything and anyone. Mind control technology is classified under \u201cnon-lethal weapons.\u201d DOD\u2019s potential enemies may be counter-culture individuals, those with opposing political views, economic or financial competitors, biological undesirables, etc. <\/em><\/p>\n

There is evidence that some organizations have moved against these people or groups, slandering, harassing, and even killing without adequate cause or sanction.\u00a0 Secret neuro-telecommunication, cybernetics, and electronic warfare capabilities can lead to abuse by unethical people in positions of power. II. My Testimony:<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have postponed sharing my experiences as a targeted individual (TI) for a number of reasons.\u00a0\u00a0 First, I wanted to wait until I had an adequate understanding of this highly complex, sophisticated warfare system before trying to interpret my targeting experiences.\u00a0\u00a0 Second, I wanted to avoid voluntarily providing perpetrators with additional \u201cdata,\u201d i.e., \u201cplay back\u201d to use the British intelligence term and \u201cthe collect\u201d\u00a0 using the American intelligence vernacular.\u00a0 Thirdly, the so-called \u201csymptoms\u201d of organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH) have been devised in such a way that when TIs complain to authorities, they can be diagnosed as schizophrenic, paranoid, and delusional per the CIA-authored DSM-5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Psychiatry-5).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t take a genius to correlate major elements of this program with early efforts of Macy Conferences (1941-1960) participants, notably British spy-anthropologist, Gregory Bateson, to find ways to simulate the symptoms of schizophrenia.\u00a0 Lastly and most importantly, authorities<\/strong>, including police, military, special operations forces, scientists, medical doctors and nurses, RF engineers, and computer network engineers, academic and corporate scientists, etc., are directly involved in the execution and cover-up of the program (!)<\/strong> under various pretexts, including the \u201cwar on terror,\u201d \u201ccounterterrorism,\u201d \u201cnational security,\u201d \u201chuman research,\u201d \u201cbiomedical engineering research,\u201d \u201clife extension\u201d research, AI precision health care, wireless tissue engineering, \u201ctelecommunications,\u201d telemedicine, the UN 2030 SMART\/C40 city agenda, etc.\u00a0 Thus, reporting these crimes is futile.<\/p>\n

III. What TI\u2019s Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Of the suite of abuses commonly suffered by TIs listed below, I have experienced and continue to experience essentially all of them.\u00a0 I place an x<\/strong> to the left of the abuses listed below to which I am certain I have been and\/or am now being subjected and the dates in which I first recall experiencing these \u201csymptoms\u201d to the right. \u00a0 I place a question mark next to \u201cmemory tampering\u201d because I can\u2019t remember whether or not this has occurred.\u00a0 (Little joke there.)<\/p>\n

A. Preliminary Steps and Behind the Scenes<\/strong><\/p>\n

x<\/strong> Secret profiling- can take a few years (as far back as the 1950s?\u00a0 2003, 2006)
\nx<\/strong> Defamation and slandering of you to neighbors and community by Special Operations Forces, FBI, Infragard, or Other Perps (certainly 2013-present)

C. Electromagnetic and neuroweapons attack phase<\/strong><\/p>\n

x<\/strong> Directed energy weapon attacks in home (for me, the most extreme and dangerous occurred in 2003 and 2006 in California and 2016 in Crestone\/Baca home)

To this short list of common TI \u201csymptoms,\u201d I would add: a)<\/strong> incessant swarming by strangers, b)<\/strong> sleep deprivation, c)<\/strong> tinnitus, d)<\/strong> being repeatedly awakened at 3:00 am (presumably from curses sent out by local covens), e)<\/strong> spinning (vertigo), f)<\/strong> continually being spied upon, tracked, harassed, provoked, abused, insulted, accosted and set up by teams of strangers (aka gangstalking perps, fake people, spies\/crisis actors, surveillance role players, counterterrorism agents, police) and g)<\/strong> poor service by medical professionals (due to incompetence and\/or malfeasance?), h)<\/strong> poor service by any number of repair shops and businesses, i)<\/strong> continual efforts by stalkers to \u201cduplicate,\u201d \u201creplace,\u201d \u201cde-person\u201d the target, j)<\/strong> the ubiquitous white panel (windowless) vans when the TI is \u201con the road.\u201d k)<\/strong> getting \u201czapped\u201d\u00a0 at home and at the local Baptist church. l)<\/strong> getting vertigo (spinning), both at home and on the trail, m)<\/strong> predominance of stalkers who are Jewish, Masons, ex-military-intelligence types.<\/p>\n

These counterintelligence, counterterrorism, counterinsurgency tactics are used by militaries, intelligence agencies, special forces, police, and large corporations to \u201ctake out\u201d enemies both abroad and domestically. Their bag of dirty tricks appears to be nearly bottomless.\u00a0\u00a0 GCHQ (General Communication Headquarters), the UK\u2019s version of the NSA, describes the 5 Ds<\/strong><\/em> deployed in these soft-kill military\/para-military operations as deny, deceive, disrupt, degrade, destroy<\/strong><\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0 A spate of Hollywood movies from the 1940s through today have culturally normalized these unconventional warfare tactics via \u2018predictive programming\u2019\u00a0 (See: Gangstalking\/Mind Control In The Movies; Anatomy of the \u201cPerfect Crime:\u201d Including 48 films (1943 to 2021)<\/a>).<\/p>\n

From a practical viewpoint, it is virtually impossible for TIs to document all the incidents of organized stalking, street theater, electronic torture\/abuse, gaslighting, setups, psychological and physical attacks, etc. (see above) to which we are subjected.\u00a0 The cumulative impact of these attacks is that TI\u2019s lives are more or less completely captured and degraded via ongoing \u201clies, spies, set-ups, and psyops.\u201d\u00a0 One goal of government psychologists, as in the Guantanamo Bay detention facility, is to impose tortures that result in \u201clearned helplessness\u201d of victims, or targets (TIs), so they lose the will to live and commit suicide.\u00a0 Using modern satellite, cell phone, and electronic warfare technologies, TIs\u2019 whereabouts are tracked, surveilled, and monitored at all times.\u00a0 \u201cThe program\u201d follows TIs wherever they go.\u00a0 Because \u201cthe devil is in the details,\u201d extensive records are needed to prove the targeting system.\u00a0 And \u201cthe program\u201d appears to be a life sentence for virtually all TIs<\/p>\n

Nonetheless, I herein describe a tiny fraction of my experiences as a TI while living within Operation Crestone\/Baca, Colorado.\u00a0 Without pleasure, I name names of individuals involved in the ongoing Operation Crestone\/Baca, some<\/em> of whom I believe have participated in my targeting in various ways.\u00a0 \u201cThe program,\u201d however, is designed in such a way that perpetrators always maintain \u201cplausible deniability.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 Hence, this very sophisticated program is often described as \u201cthe perfect crime.\u201d\u00a0 And it is generally nearly impossible to prove their participation, especially since police and the legal system are \u201cin on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

D. Phases of Organized Stalking<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dr. John Hall, medical doctor, TI, author, and activist\/advocate for TIs, identifies six general phases of organized stalking that all TIs experience: 1) selection, 2) surveillance, 3) stalking, 4) defamation, 5) attack, and 6) monitoring\u00a0<\/strong> (See: The Six Phases of Organized Stalking: From Dr. John Hall\u2019s \u201cGuinea Pigs: Technologies of Control\u201d<\/a>).\u00a0\u00a0 Based on my experience and research, I would suggest the following additions to this schema:<\/p>\n

1)<\/strong> During early phases of target selection and surveillance, TIs undergo extensive, covert, psychological and physical profiling, somewhat as depicted in the movie, \u201cThe Game.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

2)<\/strong> Many TIs do not survive the initial \u201cshock and awe\u201d or \u201cshock treatement\u201d phase<\/strong> (combined phases 3-5) of the program, in which they experience sudden-onset targeting, tracking, no-touch torture, and terror.\u00a0\u00a0 During these phases many TIs commit suicide, are made homeless and destitute, and\/or become incarcerated or institutionalized, which are the goals of the program.<\/p>\n

3)<\/strong> TIs brains are evidently mapped via their remotely (wirelessly) measured neurological responses to the systematic and coordinated attacks which occur during the \u201cshock and awe\u201d phase of targeting.\u00a0\u00a0 Collectively, these attacks constitute trauma-based mind control and essentially amount to Satanic Ritual Abuse (SRA).<\/p>\n

4)<\/strong> For TIs who survive \u201cthe shock and awe\u201d phase<\/strong> of targeting, Stages 2 \u2013 6 seem to occur more or less simultaneously and continuously thereafter.<\/p>\n

5)<\/strong> Thus, in my opinion, those who survive the targeting program for more than a few years should be considered \u201csurvivors\u201d<\/strong> of (MKULTRA-style, trauma-based mind control) SRA.<\/p>\n

No legal protections, even including the normal rules of warfare, are afforded those classified as \u201cterrorists.\u201d\u00a0 Hence, any and all atrocities and tortures may \u201clegally\u201d be inflicted upon individuals who have been secretly blacklisted and \u201cde-personed\u201d as \u201cenemy non-combatants\u201d<\/em> or \u201cpotential terrorist threats\u201d<\/em> on the DHS\/FBI \u201cTerrorist Screening Data Base\u201d (TSDB)<\/em> and tortured, terminated and\/or utilized as human test subjects.<\/p>\n

E. TIs As Human Test Subjects<\/strong><\/p>\n

The US government has a long and sordid history of: 1) utilizing all manner of civilians for covert biomedical, mind and behavioral control, and weapons testing research and experimentation, and 2) blacklisting and targeting\/torturing perceived \u201cenemies of the state.\u201d \u00a0 The TI program appears to combine both of these black programs, justifying them under the pretexts of \u201cnational security\u201d and the \u201cwar on terror.\u201d\u00a0 \u00a0 Thus, I suggest that in addition to being targeted\/harassed unto death via this program, TIs today are typically used as human test subjects (HTS) for:<\/p>\n

a) DARPA\/DoD\/NATO\u2019s exotic weapons and torture testing,<\/p>\n

b) bio-engineering, biodigital convergence, and neural net\/machine learning studies via remote neural monitoring,\u00a0 EEG heterodyning, etc.<\/p>\n

c) testing and deployment of surveillance-torture-Internet of Things (IoT)-total control technologies to be implemented under SMART and C40 (cognitive) cities and the AI precision health care system,<\/p>\n

d) Bill Gates\u2019 Total Enslavement Patent 060606 \u2013 Cryptocurrency System Using Body Activity Data<\/a>,<\/p>\n

e) development of NATO\u2019s cognitive warfare system under the DoD\u2019s Geographic Information Grid (GIG) Enterprise,<\/p>\n

f) radical gaming and torture voyeurism,<\/p>\n

g) other purposes.<\/p>\n

There is also considerable evidence that these military-grade technologies are deployed by private companies and\/or citizens against rivals, anyone they wish to destroy, or anyone from whom they wish to steal ideas, inventions, patents, creativity, memories, information, etc.\u00a0 For example, see: TI James Walbert\u2019s Lawsuits Against Jerimiah Redford (Jewish stalker, 2008) and Witchita Police (2011) Re: Directed Energy Weapon Attacks (10 related posts; 2 videos)<\/a><\/p>\n

Since I believe Dr. John Hall\u2019s six stages of targeting may be inadequate to a full understanding of \u201cthe program,\u201d\u00a0 it may be useful to examine components of other standard intelligence schemas.\u00a0 In \u201cThe CIA and the Cult of Intelligence\u201d (1974), Marchetti and Marks outline the CIA\u2019s seven stages of developing an agent (spy) as: 1) spotting, 2) evaluation, 3)\u00a0 recruiting, 4) testing, 5) training, 6) handling, and 7) termination (p. 215-).<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 Certainly, the \u201ctesting,\u201d \u201chandling,\u201d and \u201ctermination\u201d phases of this system seem highly relevant to what TIs experience.\u00a0 Indeed, the TI program itself could be subsumed under the heading \u201ctermination\u201d of an intelligence or military operation.\u00a0 In essence, when government wishes to eliminate an individual, and\/or no longer requires the \u2018services\u2019 of those individuals as involuntary human test subjects, this program is utilized.<\/p>\n

Within these broader contexts, it is possible I have been utilized as an unwitting, nonconsensual human test subject from early childhood, possibly in the CIA\u2019s Artichoke, Bluebird, MKULTRA mind-behavioral control programs (1950 to present).\u00a0 To justify my continued utilization as a human test subject, I could have also been placed on a variety of secret blacklists, including a) the CIA\u2019s MHCHAOS Program of the 1960\u2019s-70s, b) the Main Core list of the 1980s-90, and c) the post-9\/11 DHS\/FBI \u201cTerrorist Screening Data Base.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I may share more pertinent information on these possibilities in the future.<\/p>\n

However, as the late TI, Dr. Rauni Kilde, states in: Neuro-electromagnetic Telecommunication (military mind control technologies): Two Scientific\/Medical Abstracts by Dr. Rauni Kilde (2000 and 2001)<\/a>:<\/p>\n

The testing period of implanting certain groups of people (soldiers at war, prisoners, mental patients, handicapped children, the deaf and blind, single women, homosexuals, etc.) is over\u2026. The objectives of achieving behavior modification and influencing bodily and brain functions and mental and emotional processes remotely and wirelessly through COMPUTER-SATELLITE LINKS have been achieved\u2026. Today, anyone can be targeted and plans to microchip and control the whole world population through brain-satellite-computer links are far advanced.<\/em><\/p>\n

IV.\u00a0 My Profiling<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following incidents appear to me to be associated with my covert psychological and physical profiling in Crestone\/Baca, Colorado, between 2006 and 2008, and my physical profiling in Turlock and Sonora, CA and Cottonwood, Arizona between 2003 though 2005.<\/p>\n

Chronology of Events:<\/strong> \u00a0 In 2003, on the advice of my then ladyfriend, Barbara Lacey Arnold (nurse), I checked myself overnight into the Adventist Health Hospital in Sonora, California with a palpitating heart beat.\u00a0 I was then living in an apartment in nearby Jamestown.\u00a0\u00a0 I was diagnosed as experiencing \u201catrial fibrillation\u201d and this was chemically converted in the hospital overnight.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 During the follow-up exam, the attending physician scowled at me continuously as if I had done something wrong..<\/p>\n

Within a year, Dr. Nitin Patel, a heart specialist of Indian extraction and formerly the neighbor of my nurse ladyfriend, offered me a free complete cardiac workup.\u00a0\u00a0 Dr. Patel was opening a new clinic in Cottonwood, Arizona at the time. \u00a0 Following a battery of free cardiac tests, Dr. Patel told me my heart was doing great.\u00a0 As a gesture of thanks, Barb and I invited Nitin and his wife, Vasu (a good friend of Barb\u2019s), over for a pancake breakfast.\u00a0 During breakfast, Dr. Patel pointedly recommended I watch the movie, \u201cThe Game\u201d (1997).\u00a0 \u201cThe Game\u201d is a dark psychological thriller that depicts the coordinated targeting and psychological destruction of a Targeted Individual (TI).\u00a0\u00a0 The film ends with the rather ominous two-word phrase:\u00a0 \u201cPlayers wanted.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Notably, in the movie, before the protagonist (played by Michael Douglas) enters \u201cthe game,\u201d (i.e., begins being a TI), he undergoes an intensive physical examination much like the physical exam I was given by Dr. Patel.<\/p>\n

Dr. Nitin Patel, Cardiologist in Arizona<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Curiously, Nitin\u2019s wife, Vasu (also Indian), did not join us for breakfast that day.\u00a0\u00a0 Barb told me later that Dr. Patel is a Freemason and that Vasu had made dramatic attempts to run away from home, on foot!<\/p>\n

I now surmise Dr. Patel\u2019s role in my targeting may relate to these factors:<\/p>\n

1) His affiliation as a Freemason could have been the motivation for him to participate in helping to entrap me as a TI\/Masonic blood sacrifice, and<\/p>\n

2) His affiliation as a medical doctor could have been his motivation for participating in my physical profiling as a non-consensual human experimentee for testing and development of bio-engineering technologies and\/or the electromagnetic testing and tampering with the Medical Body Area Network (MBAN) for AI-Precision Health Care.<\/p>\n

Or, both motivations may apply, thereby \u201ckilling two birds with one stone.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 Or, to modify the aphorism to more accurately describe the situation: \u201cOne murder serves two purposes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Much of the biomedical engineering research over the past few decades relates to: 1) brain research, 2) bioengineering\/synthetic biology, 3) routing of electromagnetic frequencies through the human body via a system of in-body and on-body sensors, the biofield, i.e., the \u201cMedical Body Area Network,\u201d 4) nano-technology\/biosensors, and 5) life extension, wireless tissue engineering technologies.\u00a0 The medical-scientific community needs human guinea pigs.\u00a0 Masons, as ever, apparently, want human blood sacrifices, as this is part of what they do to usher in the Antichrist Kingdom.\u00a0 As noted, nonconsensual human guinea pigs have been and are being used for the development and deployment of these \u201cdual use\u201d systems for many decades.\u00a0 \u201cDual use\u201d means the same technologies deployed by the military to harm and destroy may also be used to help, healm, enhance, and augment humans.<\/p>\n

After reflecting on these possible connections, I visited Dr. Patel\u2019s office a couple years ago (fall of 2021?), now re-located to Prescott Valley, Arizona.\u00a0 In our brief conversation, I thanked him for the cardiac work up he had given me and asked him if he remembered recommending the movie, \u201cThe Game,\u201d to me.\u00a0\u00a0 He said he didn\u2019t.\u00a0 But I believe he was lying.\u00a0 His dark face seemed to turn kind of patchy, almost pallid.\u00a0 While going to and from Patel\u2019s office, I was vigorously targeted by strangers\u00a0 (stalkers) in cars and on foot.\u00a0\u00a0 Fellow masons?\u00a0 (Bear in mind that TIs are tracked and surveilled continually and our whereabouts are always known.)\u00a0 On returning to my vehicle after visiting Patel\u2019s office, I observed that one of my windshield wipers had been removed and the wiper arm extended.\u00a0 I was certainly being subject to vigorous surveillance, tracking, stalking, and monitoring\u2026.. standard intimidation tactics.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Scottish Rite Freemasonry funded some of the earliest eugenics and mind control programs in America, in addition to the Rockefeller Foundation.)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Fast forward to the spring of 2006 in Turlock, California:\u00a0 While at home after work, I experienced a violent and sudden onset of nausea, spinning (vertigo), vomiting, and diarrhea all at once that knocked me to the floor.\u00a0 I had never experienced anything like this before.\u00a0\u00a0 Thinking it might be heart-related and on the advice of another friend, fellow CSUS professor, Christine Stryker, I called 911, got a very expensive ride in an ambulance and checked into the emergency room of Emmanuel Medical Center.\u00a0\u00a0 I was left unattended and without water until about 3:00 am, when a male nurse woke me up and demanded in a hostile voice, \u201cWhat are you doing here?\u201d \u00a0 In the course of the night, four cardiologists checked me and found no evidence of heart problems.\u00a0 One suggested the episode could possibly<\/em> be due to a Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Even with contributions from my medical plan, I paid about $5000 for the privilege of this ambulance ride and overnight hospital stay.<\/p>\n

I now believe that both the 2003 and 2006 episodes were the result of attacks via \u201cnonlethal\u201d aka directed energy or neuroweapons.\u00a0 However, the most severe electronic (neuro) attacks I have experienced occurred in the summer of 2016, culminating on July 1, 2016 at my Crestone\/Baca, Coloreado home, when I had the sensation of being struck very hard by what felt like a blunt object on the back of the head.\u00a0 (A directed-energy weapon\/neuro-weapon attack?\u00a0\u00a0 Ultra sound?, a Terahertz bullet?, or possibly \u201cNeuroStrike\u201d technology?).\u00a0 I collapsed to the floor and was completely<\/em> bed-ridden and weak as a kitten for over two weeks.\u00a0 I experienced a whole suite of symptoms that would not normally be associated with each other.\u00a0 Savvier now, however, I didn\u2019t check into a hospital but rather, remained on my living room couch, until I recovered, crawling to the bathroom on hands and knees when needed.\u00a0\u00a0 Of that, more later.\u00a0 Two friends, Thad Englert and Don Tullus, paid me unexpected visits during my recovery.\u00a0 I had called to let Thad Englert know of my condition, but not Don Tullus.\u00a0\u00a0 Was he tipped off by someone else?<\/p>\n

A possible clue to the identity of my (electronic) attackers at this time is that fact that a beautiful, blond, Mormon woman going by the name of Tiara Lusk had been trying to correspond with me by email at this time. \u00a0 Her MOE (method of entry) was to ask me a question regarding information I presented on my website and asking if we could talk on the phone. \u00a0 (This happens to me frequently, actually). \u00a0\u00a0 For two weeks following the attack, I was actually too weak even to talk on the phone.\u00a0 But when I finally signaled to her that I could talk, I noted that her caller ID read \u201cBrigham Young University.\u201d \u00a0 This despite the fact that she said she was living in Idaho.\u00a0 I speculate<\/em> that Tiara (later, Tiara Robinson) was then working as a graduate assistant at BYU and that her job was to help her professors or other academics there, probably associated with the psychology department, to monitor my response to the electromagnetic\/neuroweapon attacks I had experienced.\u00a0 In this case, BYU psychologists\/neuroscientists would have been one part of a team working on a military weapons-testing contract.<\/p>\n

Shortly thereafter, in the fall of 2016, there were international reports of similar neurological attacks on American and Canadian diplomats in Havana, Cuba that produced a strange suite of symptoms that have been termed the \u201cHavana Syndrome.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

The following two accounts by experts may shed light on what actually happened to me in my Crestone home on June 30, 2016 as well as in Turlock, California, in 2006:<\/p>\n

Speaking before a room full of US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) soldiers and the J-5 Donovan Group, Dr. James Canton, CEO of Global Futures, Inc. and consultant to generals and presidents, explained the military-intelligence <\/strong>significance of\u00a0 \u201cHavana Syndrome\u201d<\/strong> as follows:<\/p>\n

\u201c<\/em>The American officials attacked in the embassies in Cuba and China were attacked to demonstrate a \u2018proof of concept;\u2019<\/strong> that is, to demonstrate an operational, deployed capability of soft, non-lethal neuroweapons<\/strong> that could and did \u201ctake them out of the game.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Soft neurotech have many possibilities in \u201chybrid conflicts\u201d\u2026. And these are now available. This is the new reality. These weapons have been deployed\u2026 these attacks were targeted and purposeful.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

So neuro (warfare) is likely a game changer, and it has much larger impact domains when it\u2019s in the wild\u2026. Neuro-hacking includes the ability to create thoughts and blend it with AI.\u00a0<\/strong> These devices that we think were used externally or possibly internally (deployed in the Cuban and Chinese embassy attacks).\u00a0 Or they are tied to other sensors (webmaster: intra-body bio-sensors!<\/strong>), (and)<\/strong>\/or flyables, drones\u2026. <\/em><\/p>\n

These (Cuban\/Chinese) embassy attacks are directed, purposeful, and targeted at a particular population that is targeted and chosen<\/strong>\u2026<\/em> The perpetrators are demonstrating a capability set\u2026.\u00a0 You have to assume we are at the beginning of neurotech being incorporated into the hybrid (warfare)\u2026 <\/em><\/p>\n

This test has been very effective. We are getting more data<\/strong>.\u00a0 It\u2019s not going away. It\u2019s been an effective trial. This is not like super-sophisticated technology\u2026.\u00a0 The soft part (i.e., \u201cnon-lethal\u201d part of these neuroweapons<\/strong>)- yields cognitive dysfunction to impact decision-making operations, communications, negotiations.\u00a0 The goal is to take parties out.\u00a0 It\u2019s low-term impact.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n

Based on my research (gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com<\/a>), I believe that I and hundreds of thousands to millions of other TIs worldwide have been utilized as test subjects for the development and\/or targets for the deployment<\/em> of these electromagnetic weapons<\/strong> and this \u201cnew\u201d Neural and Cognitive Warfare domain for over a half century<\/em>.<\/p>\n

I speculate<\/em> that my psychological and physical profiling in Crestone\/Baca occurred between about 2006 and 2008 and was carried covertly out by Drs. Will Miles and Phil Schecter (real name?), Jan Norris, and possibly others.\u00a0\u00a0 Will Miles, a retired psychology professor and Dean from a university in Alaska, was my hiking partner on a number of hikes in 2006, during which time I believe he profiled me and after which he shunned me completely and we lost all contact.\u00a0\u00a0 We did two long day hikes, a north to south traverse across the Great Sand Dunes and to Cottonwood Lake on the Cottonwood Creek trail. \u00a0 Both of these are quite rigorous, all-day hikes that would provide opportunities for physical as well as psychological profiling.\u00a0\u00a0 In both hikes, Will asked me to guide us because, he claimed, he couldn\u2019t read maps. \u00a0 This was no problem for me, but I remember thinking that an experienced hiker like Will should know how to read a map.\u00a0 Was he pretending ignorance in order to test me?\u00a0 If so, why?\u00a0 Profiling and testing, I\u2019d guess.\u00a0 But \u201cfor whom?\u201d<\/p>\n

Will lived(s?) with his wife in a house immediately adjacent to the facility then operated by the Spiritual Life Institute of America<\/em> (the Carmelite Catholics) and, although he was\/is not Catholic, he told me he wanted to be near them to \u201chelp out.\u201d\u00a0 Amazingly enough, this facility is now operated by the \u201cCenter For Contemplative Research,<\/a>\u201c<\/em> whose website states that \u201ccontemplatives provide the best brain data!\u201d<\/em><\/strong> \u00a0 Has the remote measurement and extraction of \u201cbrain data\u201d from monks, nuns, and retreatants by military scientists been a \u201cdual use\u201d purpose of the Spiritual Life Institute ever since they built their facility in the middle 1980s?\u00a0\u00a0 I now suspect so.<\/p>\n

Again, my inference that Will Miles was one of my profilers in Crestone\/Baca is based on his very strange behavior towards me.\u00a0 Initially, he was very friendly albeit non-talkative.\u00a0 In addition to our hiking adventures, he once invited me over for coffee.\u00a0 We had a friendly one-on-one conversation for about an hour or two in which he was charming and animated but appeared to be interviewing me.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (Having had numerous hiking and climbing partners during my life, I can say with certainty that this is NOT how hiking partners generally interact with each other.)\u00a0 Soon thereafter, he cut off all contact between us.\u00a0\u00a0 Based on this very strange behavior, I speculate he was doing contract consulting work (for the DoD or partner agency?) by profiling me.\u00a0 He may have also profiled, monitored, or even helped to design disruptive psychological scenarios for members of the Carmelite Catholic and\/or other members and spiritual groups of the Crestone\/Baca community, much as Air Force psychologists designed tortures for the detainees at Guantanamo Bay.<\/p>\n

A friend of the Carmelites since 1968(!), I have always suspected that the \u201ccoup of 2003\u201d that resulted in the break-up of their monastic community was externally orchestrated and provocateured, i.e., was an intelligence operation.\u00a0 My friends in that community subsequently told me that all of them<\/em> had suffered PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder)<\/em> after the community implosion and that each had needed to spend about five years in psychological therapy!\u00a0 I suspect that Dr. Miles is of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dr. Phil Schecter (real name?), not be confused with Dr. Phil of television fame, was a medical doctor in Denver, Colorado area who then became a psychologist and moved to Crestone\/Baca.\u00a0 I met him in the context of various civic\/political events in which I was involved.\u00a0 He has subsequently left the Baca.\u00a0 I recall: 1) he was quite short and a bit pudgy, unlike the Dr. Phil of TV fame, 2) he had two huge, very fluffy dogs, possibly St. Bernards, or a similar breed.\u00a0 3) he claimed to be a martial arts expert and made vaguely threatening references to his great strength and fighting prowess and his reluctance to use them, and 4) he placed an add in the local Crestone Eagle<\/em> newspaper offering free counseling to anyone who was traumatized by the events of September 11, 2001.\u00a0\u00a0 The tie-in with 9\/11 is interesting because it suggests he was\/is part of the (largely Jewish) network involved in the 9\/11 cover-up.\u00a0 By offering free therapy to people still traumatized by 9\/11, he would be able to identify those who question the official narrative. My hunch is that Schecter profiled me and was paid for this \u201cwork.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jan Norris (spelling?) was\/is a slender and quiet lady psychologist, who, like myself, was a member of the Board of Directors of KHEAP (the Khmer-Buddhist Educational and Assistance Project), a non-profit organization in Crestone headed up by former World Bank consultant, Peter Gyallay-Pap.\u00a0 Peter had lived in Cambodia and married a Cambodian woman (Nhat) and this non-profit organization was\/is his way of trying to help provide Buddhist educational opportunities to young Cambodians.\u00a0 Jan hardly spoke during our meetings.\u00a0\u00a0 I suspect, but can\u2019t prove, that she may have also been psychologically profiling me.\u00a0\u00a0 I make this speculation<\/em> because during one meeting, Peter seemed to go out of his way to be confrontational towards me, verbally provoking, attacking, and yelling at me.\u00a0 Defending myself from Peter\u2019s unprovoked abuse, I may have matched his decibels.\u00a0 Did this (staged?) event give Jan something to evaluate?\u00a0\u00a0 She took in the confrontation silently, wide-eyed as ever.\u00a0 I believe Peter Gyallay-Pap is probably of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another Board member of KHEAP at this time was Dr. Phil Madonna, a retired social science professor from the University of Denver.\u00a0\u00a0 I did a couple of local hikes with Phil as well.\u00a0\u00a0 During a brief conversation I had with him in front of the Crestone post office, Phil smiled and stated:\u00a0 \u201cI didn\u2019t know you had any friends.\u201d\u00a0 It could mean nothing.\u00a0 But sometimes even apparently incongruous comments and incidents like this can reveal those who are \u201cin the know\u201d and \u201cin on it.\u201d<\/p>\n

A number of others may also have covertly profiled me in Crestone\/Baca without my knowledge.\u00a0\u00a0 One may have been John Milton, long-time Crestone \u201cnature guru\u201d\/spiritual teacher, whose \u201cSacred Earth\u201d courses combine Tibetan Buddhist teachings with Outward Bound-style wilderness retreats. \u00a0 One afternoon in the fall of 2005, I joined John and several local Crestonians for a kind of guided meditation on the slope of a mountain near his retreat facilities.\u00a0 John prolonged his guided meditation until it was almost dark.\u00a0\u00a0 Then he dawdled in the back of the group as I led us back through the woods to \u201ccivilization\u201d in the dark. \u00a0 I wondered then if this scenario was set up to test my outdoor skills.<\/p>\n

During this time frame, I also recall incongruous encounters with plain-clothed military types from Maryland (Fort Meade, NSA?).\u00a0\u00a0 In August, 2017, I briefly encountered a short, fit man accompanied by two women at a lodge in a small town on Grand Mesa, Colorado.\u00a0 In the other encounter, I briefly encountered a blond woman while returning to my vehicle after climbing the sand dunes of the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The woman smiled and jumped onto the sand, rolling around in front of my Akita dogs as if to play. \u00a0 Incongruous incidents like this are very commonplace for me and my \u201csixth\u201d sense sometimes alerts me that something is not as it should be.\u00a0 These incidents are more explicable if indeed my cognitive responses to these \u201cstimuli\u201d have been and are being remotely measured electronically, as I now suspect.\u00a0 In other words, they may be \u201cset-ups\u201d of some kind.<\/p>\n

Remote neural modulation comprises the non-invasive (remote) measurement of electrical brain activity.\u00a0\u00a0 If this brain-to-computer (BCI) technology has been continuously deployed against me for years, these contrived \u201ctests\u201d make much more sense.\u00a0 Then my \u201cbrain data\u201d and \u201cbrain wave\u201d patterns) could have been measured via EEG (electroencephalograph), TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) via wifi signals, or some other means, then recorded and stored indefinitely for a variety of purposes.\u00a0 This scenario would also help account for the nearly continual and innumerable, orchestrated set-ups and psyops to which I have been subjected for more than a decade.\u00a0\u00a0 Apparently, TI\u2019s responses to trauma and other stimuli can be remotely measured, recorded, and stored indefinitely in brain image libraries (BIL) as \u201cdata,\u201d then re-used in a variety of ways.<\/p>\n

This new form of hybrid warfare enlists all manner of military and non-military assets as well as special, regular and irregular (civilian) forces.\u00a0\u00a0 These forces include military \u201cpsychological operations groups\u201d (POGs) as well as contract psychologists, who design and monitor the scripts for \u201cpsy-acts,\u201d \u201cpsy-attacks,\u201d or street theater that produce the types of stimuli, traumas, and no-touch tortures to which TIs are subjected.\u00a0 Similarly, Air Force psychologists designed \u201cnon-lethal\u201d tortures for the \u201cdetainees\u201d at the Guantanamo Bay torture facility in order to impose \u201clearned helplessness\u201d upon them, as per (Jewish psychologist) Dr. Martin Seligman\u2019s 1960s MKULTRA experiments on rats and dogs.<\/p>\n

V.\u00a0 Things to know about gangstalkers (perps, goons-on-the-ground, gangbangers, Sheriff\u2019s informants, surveillance role players, counter-terrorism experts, special forces operators, Neighborhood Watch vigilantes, crisis actors, change agents, trackers, spotters, spies, etc.) who harass, provoke, and torture TIs:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1) The TI program seeks to control the target by controlling the people the target knows, including friends, family, acquaintances, strangers, etc.\u00a0 Any of these may be enlisted to become \u201cperpetrators.\u201d<\/p>\n

2) Although in plain-clothes and appear to be civilians, perpetrators (perps) are \u201csoldiers\u201d in a chain-of-command.<\/p>\n

3) Perps (citizen-based agents) use, take instructions from, and report back to their commanders in special forces, regular military, para-military, or their civilian superiors predominantly via cell phone apps.\u00a0 I have seen this process in action.<\/p>\n

4) Thus, all \u201cagents\u201d have commanders and\/or handlers and are not acting on their own recognizance.<\/p>\n

5) Strangers who befriend the target or engage the target will have a \u201cMethod of Entry\u201d (MOU) via which they make initial contact.\u00a0\u00a0 This too is generally scripted.<\/p>\n

6) These psychotronic (electronic and psychological) warfare operations today are co-extensive with military Cognitive Warfare (CW) operations and are coordinated via highly-advanced military technologies involving C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance), cognitive radios, drones, satellites, cell towers, and Brain-Computer Interface technologies and EM frequencies.\u00a0 Apparently, military sensor hunters can also hunt in-body biosensors and the wireless body area network (WBAN) of targets as well.<\/p>\n

9) For many gangstalking perpetrators, hunting, terrorizing, and torturing their fellow citizens is a passion and a way of life.\u00a0\u00a0 It is what they live for.<\/p>\n

10) A large percentage of stalkers seem to be members of interlocking satanic cults.\u00a0 These include the military, intelligence services, Masons, Judaic cults (Jews, Mormons, Jehovah\u2019s Witnesses, 7th Day Adventists, witchcraft covens, etc.\u00a0 Individuals within these cults also function within a hidden chain-of command.<\/p>\n

11) Military and paramilitary drone sensor operators and sensor hunters are apparently involved in tracking, surveilling, torturing, and terrorizing \u201ctargets\u201d in real time, more or less continuously.<\/p>\n

12) Authorities involved in implementing and covering up these massive black ops deny these programs exist.\u00a0 This includes all branches of government and the media.<\/p>\n

VI. Living In Operation Crestone\/Baca:\u00a0 CIA-DoD MKULTRA Cult-Mind Control City
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

As noted throughout this extended series (Is Crestone\/Baca the \u201cVatican City of the New World Order?\u201d An Expose of the New World Religion<\/a>), I believe that Crestone\/Baca, Colorado has functioned and continues to function as a CIA-DoD military-intelligence mind control (MKULTRA) operation\/experiment cum New Age-cult city.\u00a0\u00a0 In my opinion, Operation Crestone\/Baca is managed by:<\/p>\n

a) military intelligence people who are rarely visible,<\/p>\n

b) teams of on-the-ground operatives\/agents who pose as pillars and members of the community, and<\/p>\n

c) hordes of civilian-spies, operatives, agents, provocateurs, contractors, and gangstalking perps who come to and go from the area.<\/p>\n

Thus, Crestone\/Baca functions largely as a \u201cPotemkin Village,\u201d i.e., false front much as depicted in \u201cThe Truman Show\u201d movie. \u00a0\u00a0 Behind the carefully designed exterior of \u201clove and light\u201d and \u201ceco-spirituality\u201d lies an entirely different and much darker reality.\u00a0 This speculation is born out by this extended series of articles and appendices.\u00a0\u00a0 Thus, I suggest that the 28 spiritual retreat centers in Crestone\/Baca offer:<\/p>\n

1) a host of unwitting, involuntary test subjects for non-invasive mind-behavioral monitoring and manipulation and experimentation, and<\/p>\n

2) excellent cover for spooks, psychologists, and contractors to come and go as they wish in order to monitor and execute these operations as well as control our community.<\/p>\n

I can only guess as to how many local residents, meditators, spiritual seekers, retreatants, and visitors have been utilized, like myself I believe, as unwitting human test subjects over the years in the Operation Crestone\/Baca mind control\u00a0 \u201cexperiment.\u201d \u00a0 Certainly, I have personally witnessed many local residents being driven out of the community because they did not \u201cfit in.\u201d\u00a0 Perhaps they didn\u2019t fit in with the secret mission of Crestone\/Baca? \u00a0 Other locals have inexplicably committed suicide under strange circumstances or may have possibly have been remotely, electronically \u201csuicided.\u201d \u00a0 The magical, mystical lore of the Crestone\/Baca New Age community is that \u201cthe mountain\u201d decides who stays and who leaves.\u00a0\u00a0 Nonsense.\u00a0\u00a0 The CIA and DoD decide, I believe.<\/p>\n

A. Suspected New World Order Personnel in Crestone\/Baca:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Be subtle! be subtle! and use your spies for every kind of business\u2026. Knowledge of the enemy\u2019s dispositions can only be obtained from other men.\u00a0 Hence the use of spies, of whom there are five classes: (1) Local spies; (2) inward spies; (3) converted spies; (4) doomed spies; (5) surviving spies.<\/em>
\nWhen these five kinds of spy are all at work, none can discover the secret system. This is called divine manipulation of the threads. It is the sovereign\u2019s most precious faculty.<\/em><\/p>\n

The following list of possible New World Order agents in Crestone is based on my experience and my speculations and is therefore highly incomplete.\u00a0 Many of these people present as friendly, educated, even outstanding, sometimes WONDERFUL<\/em> people.\u00a0\u00a0 However, my experience suggests to me that some<\/em> of these people may have operated and\/or continue to operate within an invisible (military\/para-military\/cult) \u201cchain-of-command\u201d and\/or, shall we say, a \u201csecret team of on-the ground operatives.\u201d\u00a0 Thus, many may be paid consultants, operatives, provocateurs, spies, and\/or possibly mind-controlled spies.\u00a0 And their allegiances may lie with foreign powers.\u00a0 Indeed, given that the Strongs are from Canada and Denmark and are affiliated with the United Nations<\/em>, there may have been and still be many unregistered, illegal foreign agents operating within Operations Crestone\/Baca.\u00a0 The below list is provisional and based on my best guesses.<\/p>\n

Let me preface this section with a statement of my conviction that those who enter into a nation, state, city or town with the secret goal of destroying that nation, state, city or town form essentially a type of Trojan Horse enemy fifth column and must be identified as such and dealt with accordingly to maintain national sovereignties.\u00a0\u00a0 These agents must be exposed and criminally prosecuted and punished.\u00a0 Likewise, those associated with gangstalking, and therefore with extra-judicial torture, murder, attempted murder and treason, must also be exposed, prosecuted and punished. \u00a0 I am not charging all of the below individuals with being spies, deceivers and agents of foreign powers, but I believe many are.\u00a0 The United Nations<\/em> itself must be regarded as a deadly foreign power because its stated goals involve reducing global (including the American) population, ending national sovereignties, and stripping American citizens of their God-given and constitutionally-guaranteed rights.\u00a0 Hence, UN agents fall into the category of Trojan Horse enemies of the people of the United States of America.\u00a0 National, state, city and county officials who act in a coordinated manner to strip citizens of their God-given and constitutionally-guaranteed rights and subject them to terror, torture, and murder must also be regarded as treasonous criminals and prosecuted accordingly.<\/p>\n

As Crestone\/Baca resident ex-opera singer, Susan Vaughan, observed, \u201cYou can\u2019t throw a stick around here without hitting a change agent.\u201d
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

And a local surveyor informed me that \u201c80 percent of the homes in the Baca are owned by trusts.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 Huh?\u00a0\u00a0 Does this mean they function as military-intelligence \u201csafe houses\u201d (i.e., houses that can be utilized by military-intelligence spies, etc. to coordinate and carry out military-intelligence operations)?<\/p>\n

Various people play various roles in the Crestone\/Baca Operation.\u00a0 Many of the individuals named below have been my \u201cfriends\u201d in the past.\u00a0 However, most of these relationships have either become strained or more or less terminated altogether because I gleen they were never genuine in the first place.<\/p>\n

Hanne Strong, Danish Director of the Manitou Foundation<\/em> and former wife of Maurice Strong, is reported to have stated that in the meetings she attended in the Baca over the years, at least a couple CIA agents were always present<\/em>.<\/p>\n

B. Suspected military-intelligence people (\u201cthe hidden hand\u201d):<\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. Clay Bridgeford, CIA, Crestone\/Baca resident<\/li>\n
  3. Mark Eliot, father was in MI6, probable British intelligence operative, Buddhist, and maker of films on Buddhism<\/li>\n
  4. David Eliot, son of Mark Eliot, part-time resident of Crestone\/Baca<\/li>\n
  5. Martin Maccauley, probable British intelligence agent, Baca Grande Water and Sanitation Board of Directors, graduate(?) of Naropa (Buddhist) Institute in Boulder, CO, chief amongst Carmelite Catholic parishioners, wrote a carefully-timed letter to the editor of the Crestone Eagle<\/em> entitled \u201cDr. Karlstrom and Mr. Hyde\u201d in which he maintained I should not be elected to the Board of Directors of the Baca Grande Property Owners Association because I am an \u201canti-semitic conspiracy theorist.\u201d<\/li>\n
  6. \u00a0Quite possibly many, many others?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    C. Suspected Operation Crestone\/Baca on-the-ground operatives (The Crestone\/Baca New World Order \u201cteam\u201d)<\/strong><\/p>\n

    4. Linda Joseph, simultaneously on the Saguache County Board of Supervisors and the Manitou Foundation<\/em> Board of Directors; witnesses observed her using Manitou Foundation<\/em> checks to cover her personal needs. (Member of \u201cthe tribe\u201d?).<\/li>\n
    5. Ken Nelson, formerly Christian pastor from Minneapolis, MN, then Washington D.C. diplomat, active in Crestone\/Baca politics.\u00a0 He officiated at the \u2018Meet the Candidates\u2019 meeting for the 2014 POA Board election in which I was a candidate. Now moved to Salida, CO with his wife Joan.<\/li>\n
    6. Mark Jacobi, from New York City, calls himself, \u2018Obi Wan Kanobe,\u2019 in the context of the Baca Volunteer Fire Department, self-described \u201cwarlock,\u201d operative\/spy, common fixture at POA board meetings and in monitoring downtown Crestone, member of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/li>\n
    7. Christine Canaly, from New York City, wife of Mark Jacobi, head of San Luis Valley Ecosystem Council with degree in communications, not environmental science.<\/li>\n
    8. Peter May, from Washington state, Baca Fire Department fixture.<\/li>\n
    9. John Milton, head of Sacred Earth retreat center, purportedly has an M.A. in Ecology from University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a pioneer in the environmental movement.\u00a0 Also purportedly a Tibetan Buddhist master in his own right.<\/li>\n
    10. Lisa Cyriaks, Baca resident, political activist in trailhead closure issue (2008-2012), Lexam gas drilling issue, and many, many others, financial auditor<\/li>\n
    11. Christian Dillo, German Zen Buddhist of Crestone Mountain Zen Center, active in Crestone Spiritual Alliance in trailhead closure issues of 2008 and 2012, has now moved out of town.<\/li>\n
    12. Tamar Ellentuck, Baca resident, political activist in northern access to Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve issue, now moved to Alamosa, CO, member of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/li>\n
    13. Shawna (last name unknown), Canadian married to Lopan (means \u201cteacher\u201d), the Bhutanese leader of the Yeshe Khorlo Buddhist temple where she resided; was Director of the Baca Grande Property Owners Association, friend of Caroline Macarah, now living in Alamosa?<\/li>\n
    14. Robert Phileo, Washington D.C. government worker, former owner of Northern Valley Investment and Realty, from whom I purchased two Baca lots in 1994.<\/li>\n
    15. Kate Steichen, M.A. in business administration, involved in organizing and producing numerous reports over the years as \u201cvisioning processes for the community.\u201d<\/li>\n
    16. Russel Schrieber, Hindu spiritual seeker and carpenter, he built my tool shed in 2001. \u00a0 Was President of POA Board during heated local political battles, was served legal papers (sued) by Baca resident, Woodora Eisenhower.\u00a0 Died shortly thereafter.\u00a0 Member of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/li>\n
    17. Bruce McDonald, computer software engineer\/expert, website host provider, often involved in local Baca politics.\u00a0 May have played \u201ccontrolled opposition\u201d role in local Baca battles?<\/li>\n
    18. Christopher O\u2019Brien, originally musician from New York City, then Crestone resident and author of \u201cThe Mysterious Valley: Astonishing True Stories of UFOs, Animal Mutilation, and Other Strange Phenomena\u201d (1996), \u201cEnter the Valley: UFOs, Religious Miracles, Cattle Mutilations, and Other Unexplained Phenomena in the San Luis Valley\u201d (1999), and \u201cStalking the Herd: Unraveling the Cattle Mutilation Mystery\u201d (2014).<\/li>\n
    19. Bob Smith, Baca resident, walked up and down my street for several years almost daily, supposedly to hike and climb in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, also tried to convince me about the reality of UFOs by sharing \u201cThe Disclosure Project\u201d video with me, long-beared Hasidic Jew-looking member of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/li>\n
    20. Parvin Johnson, engineer from Florida who moved to the Baca in about 2000 and immediately became first amongst parishioners with the Catholic Carmelites and first among Baca Water and Sanitation District Board members extending through the periods of: The Carmelite Coup of 2003, pollution of Baca water in 2009, and complete replacement of BGW&S personnel in 2009.\u00a0 Member of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/li>\n
    21. Bill Peck, former Jr. College earth science teacher, moves to Crestone about 2018, he says, to be near me because he was so impressed with my gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com<\/a> website.\u00a0 He claims to be a TI but says he is not stalked and on June 2, 2019, he invited me over to his house \u201cto compare our memory problems.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 (Is this gaslighting?).\u00a0\u00a0 Bill Peck told me he is basically provided free or extremely low-cost housing in Crestone.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 My impression was that he appeared to stalk me, following me to church etc., though pretending to be a friend, hence, probably a \u201cfake TI.\u201d \u00a0 (\u201cFake TIs\u201d are perps who seek to befriend the TI in order to collect more information\/\u201ddata\u201d on them).\u00a0\u00a0 They are extremely common in the metaverse (online world) of TIs- these are termed \u201ccyber-stalkers\u201d).\u00a0\u00a0 Bill also informed me that Ami Cohen, a Jew who also appeared like a stalker and was hostile, was \u201cgiven\u201d a house in Crestone.<\/li>\n
    22. Pam Richie, former high school teacher and property manager from Chicago who rented my house in 2009-10.\u00a0\u00a0 This \u201crenter from hell\u201d stopped paying her utility bills and did about $6,000 damage to my property.<\/li>\n
    23. Steve Haines, originally from Australia, then Florida, former member of Da Free John cult in San Francisco area, plumber, philosopher who, although without any university training, attends academic conferences on Jean Gebser\u2019s book, The Ever-Present Origin<\/em>.\u00a0 Also, former columnist for The Crestone Eagle<\/em>.\u00a0 Steve arrived in the Baca in 2001 as I was completing construction of my home and did the plumbing in my house.\u00a0 After demonstrating hostility toward me for a number of years, Steve decided to befriend me again, asking me to join him for periodic lunches or breakfasts in Salida at the Fourth Street Diner in Saguache where set ups were often waiting for me.\u00a0 On the thirty-minute drive going to and from Saguache, Steve asked innumerable, often inane questions and would talk endlessly about various \u201cconspiracy theories.\u201d\u00a0 He seemed to want to pump me for my information, impressions, opinions, etc.\u00a0\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 When I mentioned the contribution of Jews to world conspiracies,\u00a0 Steve stated:\u00a0 \u201cLook, we have to set some ground rules here.\u201d\u00a0 When I was hosting a series of community meetings to address various issues confronting us, Steve tried to get me agree to let a local lesbian (named Kimberly?) of a local group called \u201cThe Tribe\u201d chair these meetings at my house.\u00a0\u00a0 You can\u2019t make this stuff up.\u00a0 Member of the \u201cTribe,\u201d I\u2019d guess.<\/li>\n
    24. Lee Temple, former professor of architecture at Cornell University, sometimes poses as expert on climate change at local gatherings despite the fact he has no academic training in that field.<\/li>\n
    25. William Folk, cop from Hawaii (Honolulu) with second home in Crestone, who told me on two occasions he was working \u201cin the field\u201d (i.e., on mercenary assignment in Crestone\/Baca?).\u00a0 He was\u00a0 politically active in the 2008 trailhead closure issue and also the 2009 BGW&S water quality issues. Then he became president of the Baca Grande Property Owners Association (POA), whereupon I saw him morph from an intelligent, reasonable neighbor into a tyrant\/dictator.<\/li>\n
    26. Don Tullos, semi-retired construction\/builder originally from Texas, Mason, vigilante volunteer in Sagauche County-Crestone\/Baca Peace Patrol and hence, presumably informant for Sheriff\u2019s Department.\u00a0 Likes to brandish his concealed carry pistol in a threatening manner.\u00a0 After I was hit by DEW (directed energy weapon) in my home (ultra-sound or TerraHertz bullet?) in July, 2016 and was subsequently bed-ridden for two to three weeks, Don came by to check on me.\u00a0\u00a0 Thanks Don, except I don\u2019t recall ever telling you I was injured\u2026. Did someone else, perhaps the one(s) who used the DEW against me, ask you to check on me?<\/li>\n
    27. Kiffany (?), former Baca resident who re-located to Sagauache because, she told me, of the toxicity of Crestone\/Baca politics, worked for a time at a coffee shop in Moffat (between Crestone and Saguache).\u00a0\u00a0 When I tried to put up a flier poking fun at the ongoing gangstalking operations in the area, she angrily told me she would call the police if I put up the sign and that I was a \u201cthreat.\u201d\u00a0 We had previously been on friendly terms.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Of course, she may have been informed by an FBI\/DHS type that I was a \u201cpotential terrorist threat\u201d<\/em> and secretly listed on the \u201cTerrorist Screening Data Base.\u201d<\/em> \u00a0 But this simply reflects the larger societal dynamic stated by black author, James Baldwin: \u201cThe victim who is able to articulate the situation of the victim has ceased to be a victim: he or she has become a threat.\u201d <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      D. Suspected visiting activists\/operatives\/change agents\/spies\/provocateurs<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1)<\/p>\n

      Yeshe Dorje (real name unknown).\u00a0 In 2006, at least four people in Crestone\/Baca sported the common Tibetan name, Yeshe Dorje.\u00a0 This particular \u201cYeshe Dorje\u201d was a long, red-frizzy headed \u201cBuddhist\u201d affiliated with Yeshe Khorlo monastery.\u00a0\u00a0 His horrible (bent forward) meditation posture, however, gave him away as a non-Buddhist infiltrator.\u00a0 He was apparently a friend and associate of the lovely Caroline Macarah (below).\u00a0 In my quest to find the AWOL Caroline, I found him standing in the middle of an empty living room of an unoccupied house wearing a whole raft of military-style communication gear, walkie-talkies, \u201ccognitive radios?\u201d, and possibly even the equipment depicted in this graphic from Skizit Gesture\u2019s Gangstalkers Record Brain Frequencies for Torture with Electronic and Acoustic Weapons)<\/a><\/strong> below:<\/p>\n

      \"\"\u201cYeshe\u201d appeared very unhappy to see me.\u00a0\u00a0 This was a \u201cToto 2\u201d moment<\/strong> of revelation for me.\u00a0\u00a0 Yeshe apparently directing an operation from an empty living room of an empty house.\u00a0 My hunch then and now is that he was\/is a Mossad agent posing as a Buddhist and this empty house functioned as a \u201csafe house\u201d for Operation Crestone\/Baca.<\/p>\n

      2) Caroline Macarah, persented herself as a Buddhist translator\/practitioner who lived at Yeshe Khorlo Bhutanese (Tibetan) buddhist temple in the fall of 2006.\u00a0\u00a0 With an M.A. from Stanford in chemistry-pharmacy, she was acknowledged in scientific papers to be the lab assistant for a Stanford chemistry professor who received a prestigious scientific prize in Belgium or France for his research. \u00a0\u00a0 I had some very pleasant hikes with Ms. Macarah and I got to know her well enough to know she graduated from an elite Eastern high school, Exeter, as well as the University of Montana, where she was an honors student.\u00a0\u00a0 However, she disappeared abruptly without a word or a trace.\u00a0 I later did an online search and found the prize-winning academic papers written by the Stanford researcher for whom she had worked.\u00a0\u00a0 As I recall, the papers had to do with mobilizing Ca++ ions across cell membranes and barriers via certain microscopic channels(?). \u00a0\u00a0 It was very advanced, molecular-(nano-) level stuff quite possibly related to neuroscience!\u00a0\u00a0 I placed these research papers and my extensive notes on them in my file cabinet. However, this lone file disappeared from my file cabinet during one of a number of Special Forces-style house break-ins.\u00a0 Another Toto 2 moment\u2026\u2026\u2026\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

      Is it possible that Caroline\u2019s award-wininng chemical\/pharmacological research had something to do with the water pollution issues our community experienced three years later via the doping of Baca drinking water by Seaquest and abnormally high doses of chlorine?\u00a0 (\u201cSeaquest\u201d included OPP, ortho-poly-phosphates as well as unnamed \u201cpropriety ingredients.\u201d<\/em>) \u00a0 (See Appendix 193: Professor Eric T. Karlstrom V. New World Order: Brief History of My Environmental & Political Activism and Research in Crestone\/Baca, Colorado (2006-2014)<\/a>).\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0 Logical ancillary questions are:\u00a0 Was\/is Ms. Macarah working for the CIA or a related agency?\u00a0 And why did she disappear so precipitously?<\/p>\n

      3)\u00a0 Kimberlie Dawn Kromer (2012 and 2021), retired Air Force officer, environmental activist, former outward bound instructor, and possible \u201csurveillance role player\u201d\/counterintelligence\/HUMINT (Human Intelligence) agent.\u00a0 At the time of the 2012 trailhead closure issue, Kimberlie and her husband, Chris Jones, a computer network engineer, lived east of the Front Range, in the Red Feather Lakes area, I believe, but said they owned a lot in the Baca.\u00a0 They appeared in town to join our local Baca \u201csave the trails\u201d group, supposedly to help us.\u00a0 The two returned to the Baca again in the fall of 2021 and joined our community\u2019s challenge to the \u201cCivil Emergency, Emergency, or Local Disaster Regulations\u201d document passed by our Saguache County Government (2021-07).\u00a0\u00a0 Was\/is Kimberlie an agent provacateur? \u00a0 Kimberlie told me that she and I were \u201cbff,\u201d i.e., \u201cbest friends forever,\u201d and it seemed so.\u00a0 But I now suspect this may have just been an act.\u00a0 Michelle, the owner of the Elephant Cloud grocery store in Crestone, told me that Kimberlie and Chris spent most of their time working out.<\/p>\n

      They invited me over for a couple very pleasant meals, at which time I noticed they did not have any furniture, but rather were basically camping out in their home, which they had rented from Mark Eliot.\u00a0 Was this the Mark Eliot, the British Buddhist-Spy, or the Mark Eliot, working with the Baca Grande Water and Sanitation?\u00a0 Is this situation indicative of the \u201cempty house (\u201csafe house\u201d) syndrome?\u201d\u00a0 In retrospect, it is possible Kimberlie actually tried to entrap\/set me up three times.\u00a0\u00a0 I explain the first of these incidents in Section VIII. 2012 Police Entrapment\/Sting <\/strong>below.\u00a0\u00a0 The second and third times would have occurred in 2021 and I can explain elsewhere.\u00a0 I got to know Kimberlie well enough to know she was brought up as a Jehovah\u2019s Witness and is an enthusiastic occultist and astrologer.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Her MOE (that\u2019s the military acronym for Method of Entry) in 2021 was to drive down my street, Peaceful Way, when I was staining my gate and approach with a big smile, and the words, \u201cWhat a beatiful gate, what a beautiful man!\u201d<\/p>\n

      4) Chris Jones, Kimberlie\u2019s husband, computer expert and possible SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) partner for his wife?\u00a0 Reportedly, he gave up a secure, distance-computing job with the University of California in Santa Barbara during the Covid debacle because he didn\u2019t want to be jabbed.\u00a0 When I was having computer difficulties, he spent hours preparing a files I could download and shared these with me on a flash drive.\u00a0\u00a0 Not trusting his largess, I never loaded them.<\/p>\n

      5)\u00a0 Ron (or Rob or Roy?), ex-NYC cop, drives around patrolling Crestone\/Baca nearly 8 hours a day sporting Lawrence of Arabia-style headgear. \u00a0 I call Roy \u201cthe UFO guy\u201d because he kept leaving CDs and video tapes at my door to convince me of the reality of UFOs.\u00a0 He also came by my house to encouraged me to buy some automatic rifles, for instance, an AK-47.\u00a0\u00a0 Was trying to set me up?\u00a0 Definite spy and definite member of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/p>\n

      6) Kathryn Van Note, from New York City, purportedly came to Crestone\/Baca after a 10-12 year meditation stint at a Hindu ashram in Puna, India.\u00a0 She became involved in the Lexam gas explorations issue in 2006 and joined the steering committee of our Water Watch Alliance group.\u00a0 She later defected WWA to join group the rival group headed by Aurielle Andhara.<\/p>\n

      7) Ceal Smith, briefly worked with Christine Canaly on the San Luis Valley Ecosystem Council, formerly a biology teacher in the Tucson, Arizona area.\u00a0 Was active in the Lexam gas-drilling issue.<\/p>\n

      8) Barbara Marx Hubbard, author, officer of Earth First Battalion, promoter of \u201chomo novis\u201d (new man) and eradication of 1\/4 of human population.\u00a0 Her guided meditation\/lecture in Crestone\/Baca was extremely well attended.\u00a0 Another member of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/p>\n

      9) William Irwin Thomas, Professor of Lindesfarne Foundation, has a home in the Baca but is present only very rarely.<\/p>\n

      10) David Bright, outsider who moved into our community and became involved in the Lexam gas exploration issue in 2006.\u00a0 In the photo below, David Bright is shown with Maya Madrigal, Peggy Utesch (from Rifle), and Mackinzie Trujillo at a gas field near Rifle, Colorado.\u00a0\u00a0 David is wearing gators, something normally worn on ski slopes.\u00a0 This gear is conspicuously unnecessary for this environment and is indicative of his status as an outsider.\u00a0\u00a0 Why do these outsiders keep jumping into our political\/environmental campaigns?\u00a0\u00a0 Are they change agent\/crisis actor\/controlled opposition types?\u00a0 David helped Maya, Mackinzie and I develop our community\u2019s response to the Lexam gas drilling proposal.\u00a0 He once recommended Sun Tzu\u2019s \u201cThe Art of War\u201d to me.\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cThe Art of War\u201d is \u201c the<\/b> most important and most famous military treatise in Asia for the last two thousand years.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>I saw David filming the Lama Dances at the Yeshe Khorlo Buddhist temple in 2006 attended by Hanne Strong and many other VIP community members.\u00a0 He also filmed the spectators in the audience at this event, including me.\u00a0 Was\/is he a spy\/agent?\u00a0 For whom?<\/p>\n

      12)\u00a0 McKenzie Trujillo, another outsider who became activist in Lexam gas exploration issue in 2006.\u00a0 She was mostly visiting from Salida, Colorado, an hour\u2019s drive away.\u00a0 Controlled opposition?\u00a0 Why are so many of these \u201clocal\u201d activists are NOT Baca property owners or residents?<\/p>\n

      13) Aurielle Xanthia Andhara is apparently one of four names she has used, I\u2019ve been told, with the first one being Margaret Green.\u00a0\u00a0 Aurielle was\/is(?) a Baca property owner and part-time Baca resident (renter), with her main residence in Colorado Springs. \u00a0 She became active (as controlled opposition?) in the Lexam gas exploration issue in 2006 and became President of the second group of three (competing) environmental groups focusing on this issue.\u00a0\u00a0 Was she a street theater\/role player\/change agent\/spy?\u00a0 This is from Appendix 193<\/a> of this series:<\/p>\n

      \u201cNote that all these dramatic events are occurring during the USFWS\u2019s 30-day scoping comment period\u2026. On September 19, there was a steering committee meeting (of Water Watch Alliance) at my house. Although I expected three, Lisa Cyriaks, Aurielle Andhara and myself, to attend, Aurielle was over two hours late coming. So Lisa and I had the meeting ourselves and at Lisa\u2019s suggestion, I agreed to postpone the main WWA until the following week, from 9\/20 to 9\/27. When Aurielle arrived late, I filled her in on what we had decided, including postponing the meeting. At this point, Aurielle became extremely irrate. In fact, she started yelling and screaming. When I tried to escort her by the arm to the door, she screamed even louder, if possible: \u201cYou touched me! You touched me!\u201d At this point, she slapped me quite hard on the face. I asked her then to please leave.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

      Aurielle was also active with a local Sufi spiritual group.\u00a0 I first met her in 2006 while hiking up the South Crestone Creek trail where I found her squatting in the middle of some tall flowers next to the trail.\u00a0 (Huh?)\u00a0 We talked and became friends and I offered her the use of my computer for a few days.\u00a0\u00a0 Later, at the end of a meeting of the steering committee of Water Watch Alliance, after the other participants had left, Aurielle staged a scene,\u00a0 began screaming at me and slapped me.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Then she screamed again, \u201cdon\u2019t touch me!\u201d\u00a0 I hadn\u2019t and didn\u2019t touch her but gently escorted her to the door.<\/p>\n

      In the fall of 2008, I took a three week vacation from Crestone\/Baca and when I returned Aurielle had set up an alternative group, become its leader, and stolen nearly the entire Water Watch Alliance membership!<\/p>\n

      14) Ulriche Greenway, one half of the German couple that very, very, very rarely visits the Baca.\u00a0 They own a home on Tranquil Way, a tiny road which has been utilized by locals to access Cottonwood Creek trailhead since the 1970\u2019s that locals termed \u201cthe Tranquil Way bypass\u201d.\u00a0 In 2012, the Greenways blocked the Tranquil Way bypass with boulders, thereby closing off major access route to Cottonwood Creek, Crestone Peak, and Crestone Needle in the Sangre de Cristo Wilderness Area.\u00a0 This occurred at the exact same time that other members of \u201cHanne\u2019s team,\u201d including the Crestone Spiritual Alliance, closed off another four trailheads behind the Baca subdivision that accessed several other drainages in the mountains.<\/p>\n

      15) Bruce Polock, a visitor from back East, he claimed his prolonged stay in Crestone was because his Volvo broke down.\u00a0 He stayed in the Baca at Dean Lloyd\u2019s house who was then active in the Baca water pollution campaign of 2009 and became semi-active in that issue.\u00a0\u00a0 He exhibited great deference toward Martin Maccauley at the Baca Grande Water & Sanitation meeting in which Dean Lloyd, I, and several others in our small group presented our case that the Baca water was polluted and needed to be cleaned up.\u00a0 A very personable man, his mother was Protestant and father was a member of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d\u00a0 Probable spy\/change agent.<\/p>\n

      16) Jenny Larson (Trillium Starfyre), rented the home immediately next to mine (973 Peaceful Way) in 2007 as I describe in Part XIII. Excommunicated From Crestone\/Baca, CO (NWO MKULTRA Cult City)! Covert Ops, Mind Control, Nonconsensual Experimentation & Targeted Individual Program\/Cognitive Warfare<\/a>.\u00a0 She was London banker from Sweden who changed her name to Trillium Starfyre to reflect her new status as spiritual seeker and became a Tibetan Buddhist meditator with Dr. Alan B. Wallace\u2019s group of scientific meditators<\/em>.\u00a0 Professor Wallace of the University of Massachussetts, Amherst, is also a primary fixtureof the Center For Contemplative Research<\/a> that has moved into the Baca after the Carmelite Catholics sold their facilities to them.\u00a0\u00a0 What\u2019s a Swedish London banker doing renting the house next to mine?\u00a0 I speculate in Part XIII above.<\/p>\n

      17)\u00a0 Nick and Michelle (last name unknown), rented the house across from mine on Peaceful Way (940 Peaceful Way) at the same time that Trillium rented 972 Peaceful Way next to me.\u00a0\u00a0 Nick was a New York Stock broker and volunteer climate activist with an Al Gore program who was also supposedly taking time out to join Alan B. Wallace\u2019s group of science-based Buddhist meditators.\u00a0 Members of \u201cthe tribe.\u201d<\/p>\n

      18) John and Laurie Davidson; he was a semi-retired lawyer from New Mexico with only a few clients left.\u00a0 She was a nurse commuting to Alamosa.\u00a0\u00a0 They had met online and married.\u00a0 In 2008, they rented the house across the street from me (940 Peaceful Way) for about a year or less.\u00a0 Reportedly, they split-up soon after leaving Crestone.\u00a0 Did he have a legal mission on Peaceful Way?<\/p>\n

      19)\u00a0 Red-headed \u201cbiofeedback lady\u201d (name unknown); was a woman who rented a house with another lady in the Baca\u2019s Chalet I at about this time.\u00a0 Her specialty was healing through bio-feedback.\u00a0\u00a0 Thus, she briefly joined a host of \u201calternative healers\u201d in Crestone\/Baca.<\/p>\n

      20)\u00a0 Bi-location (teleportation) couple (names unknown) ran the Bed and Breakfast at the top of Panorama Way when I first moved to the area in the 1990s.\u00a0\u00a0 VERY good looking couple.\u00a0 He spoke nonchalantly about his experiences with teleportation and bio-location.<\/p>\n

      21)\u00a0 Tall bookstore owner in Saguache (unknown name), this man carried a limited selection of consciousness-type books and told me: \u201cPeople come to Crestone to heal or die.\u201d\u00a0<\/em> Probable spy-operative.<\/p>\n

      22) Pam Richie, supposedly ex-high school teacher and rental manager from Chicago who rented my house in 2009\/10.\u00a0\u00a0 She stopped rent, stopped paying her bills, and nearly wrecked my house, doing an estimated $6,000 in damage.<\/p>\n

      23) Celeste Mary McGann: Very friendly and seemingly smart and well educated woman from California who I got to know very briefly.\u00a0 She said she had worked with the University of California.\u00a0 She also pulled out lots of her new age books to show me \u2013 including JJ Hurtak\u2019s YHWH (featuring METATRON (i.e., Satan)) and other New Age books. I\u2019m afraid she is either possessed or mind controlled, as she talked about losing time periods of her life and other indications of mind control. She says she\u2019s talked with Arcturians, and Jesus and all the masters- and does so almost daily. She she reports having seen an 8 foot black Satan with red eyes at her door. Is she under mind control?\u00a0 Of very deep into Satanism?\u00a0 She later recommends a local guy, Daniel Brown, to me as a computer expert when I was having computer problems.\u00a0\u00a0 Daniel said he\u2019s also a car expert and over the phone he diagnosed my car problem (no power steering or power brakes) as a broken serpentine belt.\u00a0 When he came to fix it, he just happened to have one in his car\u2026.. What?!<\/p>\n

      But what he really wanted was to \u201cfix\u201d my computer!\u00a0 Could this be an elaborate plan to get hold of my computer?<\/p>\n

      24) On 7\/29\/2019, Crested Butte area.\u00a0 I drive up dirt road to Paradise Divide and am followed closely by a black SUV with Texas plates.\u00a0\u00a0 I climbed up Mt Cinammon (12,237\u2032) from the Paradise Divide pass (11,250\u2032). \u00a0 There were two couples in the black SUV who followed me up the mountain. \u00a0 Near the top I get a strong intuition they are zapping me.\u00a0 At the top I met the driver of the SUV who asked me with a grin if a particular peak he pointed to was Crystal Peak. \u00a0 Being too impetuous, I said, I\u2019d been thinking the same.\u00a0 Could they actually read my mind?<\/p>\n

      E. Stalkers\/perpetrators?\u00a0 When \u201clove bombing\u201d turns to \u201chate bombing\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

      By far the majority of gangstalkers I have encountered in Crestone\/Baca have been outsiders and strangers who I generally only glimpse once, if at all, as they do their drive-by harassment scenarios, etc.\u00a0 A few locals, however, have participated, albeit in a limited, probably scripted way.<\/p>\n

      1. In about March, 2016, Ted Brumm, former military, painter, guitar player and singer-songwriter from Texas, stole a couple (low-paying) music gigs from me (Yak N\u2019 Cracker and Steel Horse Grill).\u00a0 About this time, I noticed Ted riding around on his brand new white Harley Davidson<\/em> and sometimes try to appear intimidating with his biker buddy, River (below).\u00a0\u00a0 He must have showed up where I was about over 20 times.\u00a0 Sorry Ted, not very intimidating.\u00a0 But I guess the stalking is lucrative, a?<\/p>\n

      2. About this same time, River, actually Richard someone, another local wanna-be rock guitar player, who said he works in the field of \u201ccommunications\u201d in the Denver area, rides around with three new Harley Davidson\u2019s<\/em> (not at once) either solo or with Ted Brumm (above) and seems to try to appear intimidating.\u00a0\u00a0 Sorry River, not very intimidating.\u00a0 When I asked him how much the Harleys cost, he replied, \u201cabout $50,000.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Wow, could this local glut of Harleys be his rewards for being a gangstalking perp?<\/p>\n

      3. Being frequently followed and stalked by Ron (or Rob or Roy), the ex-New York City cop, aka \u201cthe UFO guy.\u201d \u00a0 One day I was talking with another Baca resident, Tom Tucker, about the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks and he approached us and informe us we couldn\u2019t talk about that subject.\u00a0 I replied, \u201cLook, we live here, this is our home.\u00a0 We can talk about what we want to talk about.\u201d<\/p>\n

      4. Various members of the volunteer Baca Fire Department who patrol my street sometimes.<\/p>\n

      5. An undocumentable number of stalking events, many of which seem to involve Jews.<\/p>\n

      VII. Strange Vignettes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The words \u201cincongruous,\u201d \u201chostile,\u201d and \u201cabuse\u201d describe many, many of my experiences in Crestone\/Baca (and elsewhere) after having apparently been \u201cwatchlisted\u201d and placed on the Terrorist Screen Data Base (TSDB) with the DHS and FBI.\u00a0\u00a0 A few basic facts about the entrapment and psychological warfare set-ups that the stalking perps (gangbangers) execute:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. All are designed and orchestrated in such a way that specific messages are delivered to TIs.\u00a0\u00a0 (See: Psychopath\u2019s \u2018New World War\u2019 Against All Humanity; Comments by author, Mark M. Rich<\/a>) In this sense, the psy-acts carry out the function of \u201cpsychic driving\u201d of the 1960\u2019s MKULTRA \u201cexperiments\u201d by CIA pscychiatrist, Dr. Ewen Cameron.\u00a0 The goal is to destroy targets\u2019 self-concept and identity.\u00a0\u00a0 Examples of these messages would include:\u00a0 \u201cwe hate you,\u201d \u201cyou\u2019re too fat,\u201d \u201ceverybody hates you,\u201d \u201cyour mother hates you,\u201d \u201cyou\u2019re going to die,\u201d \u201cwe want you dead,\u201d \u201cyou\u2019re too old,\u201d etc.<\/li>\n
      2. All psychological attacks are designed and orchestrated in such a way that the perps\/civilian soldiers\/crisis actors have plausible deniability.<\/li>\n
      3. Many are contrived in such a way as to make it appear<\/em> that the TI has done something wrong when the TI hasn\u2019t actually done anything wrong.\u00a0\u00a0 (For those who understand basketball: When a team wants to stall or gain points by \u201cdrawing a foul,\u201d their guards often plant themselves directly in front of the opposing guards who are dribbling the ball down court and then pretend to be knocked down.\u00a0\u00a0 Gullible referees are sometimes tricked by this technique into calling a foul against the guard dribbling the ball down court.) \u00a0 This kind of staged, street theater, is used incessantly to provoke and\/or entrap TIs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Examples:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1) (In the past I have had three, then two Akita dogs.\u00a0 I now have one.) \u00a0 I have been and still am subjected to innumerable staged, unpleasant dog encounters that utilize the \u201cdraw a foul\u201d strategy above.\u00a0 Even when no dog altercation occurs, the other dog owner (who often borrows the dog they are walking!) typically begins screaming hysterically to make it appear they are being wronged.\u00a0 Some of these individuals (actually \u2018surveillance role players\u2019) have called local police and Forest Service authorities, etc., to complain of such (staged) incidents.\u00a0 Then, after they have disappeared into the ether, I am contacted by police or Forest Service employees, or both, etc. and warned to be more careful with my dogs.\u00a0 These are set-ups and psy-ops designed to create the impression that I\u2019ve done something wrong. These are not coincidental encounters, they are are staged attacks<\/em>.<\/p>\n

        In the summer of 2013, one of these staged set-ups was carried out by a strange guy (stalker) from the Front Range with a very mangy, sick dog who stood waiting at the trailhead of North Crestone Creek, where upon my approach, he began screaming loudly at me, demanding I put leashes on my dogs because his dog had been attacked before.\u00a0 (A slender Jewish-looking man was seated on a nearby rock as \u201cback-up\u201d witness, I\u2019m sure.)\u00a0 Although no dog fight ensued (and in fact one of my dogs developed kennel cough thereafter, probably because he had just obtained his from the pound) the guy from the Front Range reported the incident to the Forest Service.\u00a0 His complaint resulted in visits to my house by both a local police and a National Forest Service employee.\u00a0\u00a0 Another provacateured incident (of stalking) occurred near the base of South Crestone Creek train;\u00a0 Baca visitor, Elizabeth Savage was returning from a hike while I was just beginning near the trailhead.\u00a0 Her dogs and mine were off-leash.\u00a0\u00a0 The first I saw her, she was screaming at and chasing my dogs dogs downhill.\u00a0 She then complained to the sheriff\u2019s department.\u00a0 No dog altercation had occurred and she did all the screaming.\u00a0 However, the complaint by the lovely Ms. Savage resulted in a phone call to me from the Saguache County Sheriff and who knows, perhaps some other unseen consequences.\u00a0 There have been many such staged incidents both in Crestone, elsewhere, and near my other residence in Mexico.<\/p>\n

        2) Swarming by thuggish-looking, usually silent perps is fairly common.\u00a0 For example, when I was in the process of copying 10 xeroxed copies of this book in 2015 in an Alamosa store, the shope filled with hostile, loitering, silent strangers.<\/p>\n

        3) A dead goat appeared next to the road one morning where I often began my daily walk.<\/p>\n

        4) My house has been broken into a number of times and small items have been stolen or moved around.\u00a0 Among the minor losses were Linda Hunt\u2019s book, \u201cSecret Agenda: The United States Government, Nazi Scientists, and Project Paperclip, 1945\u20131990\u2033 and the file folder I put together of Caroline Macarah\u2019s chemistry\/pharmacology research mentioned above. <\/span><\/p>\n

        5) One evening, I saw two small lights from a stationary drone parked on the ground across the arroyo (termed \u201cgreen belt\u201d) in my backyard.\u00a0\u00a0 I have also seen air-born drones bobbing and weaving in the air near near where I have been camping.<\/p>\n

        6) Hundreds, possibly thousands, of fly-overs by planes, helicopters, drones and other air vehicles at my house and wherever I am hiking, and climbing mountains, and camping.\u00a0 These incidents include:<\/p>\n

        a) In spring, 2008 (during the Lexam gas drilling controversy), a military helicopter hovered about 20 to 30 feet directly over my house for about 15 minutes. \u00a0 This scene was witnessed by former neighbor, Mark Hammer, at 980 Peaceful Way.\u00a0 I assumed that this was an intimidation tactic to dissuade me from my activism with Water Watch Alliance regarding the Lexam Explorations, Inc. gas drilling operation on the Baca National Wildlife Refuge.<\/p>\n

        b) In the summer of 2023, three military planes flew very low and slow (north to south) over my house.\u00a0\u00a0 While none flew directly over my property, they were all flying very low and slow and the farthest west of these flew lower than the elevation of my house(!), which is quite an amazing feat.<\/p>\n

        c) On hiking up one of the trails into the Sangre de Cristo Wilderness area, a brand new organge (emergency?) helicopter flew directly to where I was hiking with a friend, turned around and returned toward the others side of the valley.<\/p>\n

        7) Electrical wires around the perimeter of my house have been cut with wire cutters.<\/p>\n

        8) The serpentine belt on my pickup truck was cut during the night while it was parked in my driveway.\u00a0 Of course, this resulted in simultaneous failure of both the steering and brakes when I drove it the next day.\u00a0 It is a 10,000 pound pickup truck but I just managed to keep it out of the ditch.<\/p>\n

        9) The poisoning and probable killing of my pets.\u00a0 Mollie, my 6 month-old Akita was poised by rat poisoning in the Baca.\u00a0\u00a0 Bodie, my 14 year old mixed-Akita rescue, was poisoned (with a neuro-toxin?) in Mexico and died from this.<\/p>\n

        10) A nearly continuous parade of military and medical people, often in couples, have stayed at the Delightful Dome B&B at 980 Peaceful Way, directly across the road from my house.\u00a0 This house is now owned by a very tall, slender man named Spafford who lives in Nederland, Colorado.\u00a0\u00a0 Is it a safe house for my targeting?\u00a0\u00a0 Are they spying on and\/or irradiating me?\u00a0 Spafford and my other neighbor, Paki Wright, pressured a Boulder resident who had purchased the lot directly across (south) from my house into not building his dream house there.\u00a0 Why?<\/p>\n

        11) Neighbors in nearby homes often demonstrate hostility and rudeness or avoid all contact with me.<\/p>\n

        12) Postmasters at the local post office consistently misplace my mail or lose it altogether.<\/p>\n

        13) My frequent mobbing and vehicular harassment by police in Alamosa, Colorado.<\/p>\n

        14) Inside a (public) meeting of the Sagauche County Commissioners, Sheriff Warwick approached me in full body armor and demanded: \u201cWhat are you doing here.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

        15) April 13-15, 2004: Barbara Lacey and I attend a Dalai Lama teaching at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, California.\u00a0 While at a local motel, someone or someones paced the floor loudly in the room above of us for the entire night.\u00a0 In her book, \u201cBright Light on Black Shadows, Dr. Rauni Kilde identified this as one typical gangstalking tactic used by the NATO\/CIA\/MI6 \u201cStay Behind Armies\u201d of Western Europe after World War II.\u00a0 This must have been gang stalking related!<\/p>\n

        16) In about early March, 2016, when I was gassing up my truck at about 7:00 am, a deranged man (I think it was Boone, a weird local satanist), walked into Crestone from the \u201cFree Box\u201d and while looking straight ahead, roared as loud over and over as he could: \u201cI\u2019m going to kill you, shut up, I\u2019m going to kill you, shut up.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0 No one else was there, so I guess this was the message he was supposed to deliver to me:\u00a0 \u201cShut up or I\u2019m going to kill you.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

        17) In 2013, at the Crestone Mercantile grocery store, one of two men in the next shopping aisle said loudly: \u201cThat guy is the devil.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

        18) About 2016, as I was putting up a notice regarding gangstalking at a coffee shop in Moffat, the employee there, a lady from Saguache named Kiffany who I had previously been on good terms with, told me I was a \u201cthreat\u201d<\/em> and that if I didn\u2019t remove the flier she would report me to the police.\u00a0\u00a0 Who\u2019s been talking to you, Kiffany?\u00a0 A \u201cthreat\u201d to whom, Kiffany?<\/p>\n

        Black activist, James Baldwin, discovered:<\/p>\n

        \u201cThe victim who is able to articulate the situation of the victim has ceased to be a victim: he or she has become a threat.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

        James Baldwin\u2019s FBI file contained 1,884 documents.\u00a0 (From: Stalking: The Threat of Surveillance for Activists in the Public Eye by Araya Baker (2024)<\/a>)<\/p>\n

        20) Being irradiated in my home with DEW (directed energy weapons) while giving radio\/podcast national and international interviews.\u00a0 One instance occurred on the anniversary of 9\/11 when I was discussing the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on Truth Frequency Radio with Kev Baker.\u00a0 My symptoms, extremely hot red face, difficulty thinking and even talking, extreme fatigue.\u00a0 The other instance occurred on the Ramola D podcast (everydayconcerned.net<\/a>).\u00a0 This podcast showed my face as ucharacteristically beet red.<\/p>\n

        21) Alamosa surveyor informs me that 80% of the homes in the Baca are owned by trusts.\u00a0 This would explain the \u201cempty house\u201d phenomena.<\/p>\n

        22) I find a small water container in back yard on which is written the following message:\u00a0 \u201cThis is our land.\u201d<\/p>\n

        23) A South African man named \u201cAndrew\u201d tricked me into sharing my screen so we could have a conversation on Skype.\u00a0\u00a0 He thereupon hacked into my computer, jovially explaining to me how he had done it and that it was illegal.<\/p>\n

        24) It is not uncommon that the lights in my sun room flicker on and off in the evening\u2026.. could be related to microwave radiation directed toward the house.<\/p>\n

        25) While I was attending one of Tsoknyi Rinpoche\u2019s 6-day Buddhist retreats, we retreatants were offered the opportunity of attending a yoga class with a very limber (of course) yoga instructor from New York.\u00a0\u00a0 While lying down on my yoga mat and very uncomfortably trying to contort my body into the instructed positions, I glance over at the next guy who was also struggling and grimacing with discomfort.\u00a0\u00a0 I saw this same compact-built, military man, an officer of some sort, a couple years later as he introduced the (CIA-supported) Dalai Lama to a packed stadium of many, many thousands in Denver.\u00a0 Clearly, the military has an long-term and ongoing interest in studying the mind and using meditators for the scientific study of the brain.\u00a0\u00a0 Indeed, the Dalai Lama\u2019s Mind and Life Institute<\/em> has also been studying and producing books on this subject for decades.<\/p>\n

        26) While walking my dogs one morning in the summer of 2023) in the southern part of the Baca in the Cottonwood Creek drainage, I encountered an American Tibetan Buddhist about my age (early to middle 70s) driving a pickup truck.\u00a0 We had a friendly conversation in which he informed me that his \u201cteacher\u201d (Guru) was the late Trungpa Richpoche, one of the first Tibetan masters to establish himself in America, in Boulder, Colorado.\u00a0\u00a0 He also informed me that \u201cthe Chinese\u201d provide money that supports his Tibetan Buddhist organization, the KTTG, and their major building projects in Crestone and that they regard the implantation of Tibetan Buddhism in America as a projection of their \u201csoft power<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

        27) Possibly relevant to comment 26 above and the influence of the communist Chinese in Operation Crestone\/Baca<\/em> is the fact that when the approximately 80+ acres of retreat land was established for Tsoknyi Rinpoche\u2019s Pundarika Foundation<\/em> (about 15-20 years ago?), the Baca lots that were consolidated at that time for this purpose were owned by an Asian consortium.\u00a0 I\u2019m not sure if the lots were owned by Chinese, Japanese, or Korean interests.\u00a0 But I do recall that Steven Beard, a wealthy\u00a0 almond grower from Escalon, California and my then neighbor at 940 Peaceful Way,\u00a0 purchased many nearby lots for himself and then gifted them to the Christian mystical \u201cJoannine Grove\u201d group\/cult. \u00a0 Within a few years, Joannine Grove gifted these lots to the Pundarika Foundation<\/em> for their retreat and meditation facilities in Chalet I of the Baca Grande subdivision.<\/p>\n

        28) Why are these connections potentially significant?\u00a0 Anna Louise Strong, reported by various accounts to have been Maurice Strong\u2019s older sister, was a Western journalist, scholar, and researcher who lived and wrote in communist Soviet Union and China. \u00a0 There is still a statue dedicated to her in communist China.\u00a0 Some believe that she was former Chinese premier, Zeng Zhao Ping\u2019s, wife and that Maurice Strong was their son. \u00a0 After Maurice Strong was kicked out of the United Nations for embezzling UN \u201coil for food\u201d funds ear-marked for Iraqi children in the 1990s, he moved to China, which remained his primary residence until his reported death in 2015.<\/p>\n

        Strange Vignettes in the Greater Crestone Area:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1) In January-February, 2016, while I was on a camping trip in Big Bend National Park, Texas, \u201cJim,\u201d who claimed to be a former mechanic from Louisville, Kentucky now living in Almagordo, New Mexico, was working on his computer and apparently waiting for me outside a small grocery store.\u00a0 He is quite friendly and talkative and soon tells me he is looking for houses to buy as he\u2019s been living out of his car for the last three years.\u00a0\u00a0 (However, he was driving a new spotless Volvo and his tent looked like it had been purchased a few days before at Big Five or Walmart).\u00a0 He soon started to show me house listings in Wilkesboro, North Carolina on his computer!\u00a0\u00a0 As it happens I\u2019d been to Wilkesboro three times during the past several years for bluegrass events.\u00a0 Hmmm.\u00a0 How could he have known that?\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 He couldn\u2019t, unless\u2026 The \u2018devil is in the details\u2019 when it comes to intel ops and operators.\u00a0\u00a0 And \u201cJim\u201d definitely seemed more like a CIA or intelligence contractor than a mechanic.\u00a0 \u00a0 This \u201cmessage,\u201d apparently, was me to leave Crestone\/Baca for the bluegrass hills of North Carolina.<\/p>\n

        2)<\/strong> A couple of computer repair stories indicate much.<\/p>\n

        a)<\/strong> In Nov., 2017, after having my laptop stolen in downtown La Paz, Mexico, I purchased another in Grand Junction and asked Jamin, a former employee at Grand Junction\u2019s \u201cSimply Mac\u201d who lived in White River to add increased memory to my computer.\u00a0\u00a0 He installs a 1 TB OWC internal hard drive.\u00a0\u00a0 But it takes him 24 hours longer than he predicted, and I am \u201cput off\u201d and forced to wait an extra day.\u00a0\u00a0 (Incidentally, when you\u2019re a TI, you can expect lots of delays as this gives the perps extra time to set up their operations.)\u00a0 And when I return to pick up the computer: 1)<\/strong> two very swarthy guys are at Jamin\u2019s house with him (special forces or military guys?), one of whom is a tatood weight-lifter type, and 2)<\/strong> my most recent and most complete gangstalking log had been removed, and 3)<\/strong> as a result of this fix, I have never been able to recover the photos I had on my i-photos concerned with natural climate change.\u00a0 4)<\/strong> Meanwhile, it also impossible for me to recover the gangstalking log from the computer because Jamin had wiped the hard-drive clean.<\/p>\n

        b)<\/strong> When the OWC internal hard drive in my computer failed a couple years later, I took the computer to be fixed at \u201cThe Mac Ranch\u201d in Durango, Colorado.\u00a0\u00a0 There, a very competent young man named Simon helped me upgrade the computer by installing a 2 Gb internal hardrive.\u00a0 When I returned to pick up the computer, other customers milling around included:\u00a0 1)<\/strong> a young, red-cheeked, upper class-looking English guy, who was quite demonstrably laughing and talking with and even hugging Simon, (the computer expert), and who appeared to be his lifelong best buddy.\u00a0\u00a0 (Was this fellow MI6 or some other British intelligence type? \u00a0 I\u2019ve visitied Cambridge University, known Cambridge graduates, I know the type.); \u00a0 2)<\/strong> The second fellow that appeared at the counter as I was picking up the computer was a very large tough looking guy who just scowled in my direction.\u00a0 The apparently very friendly relations between this British (spy?) and Simon, the guy who upgraded my computer, suggests (and of course does not prove) that the Brit may have succeeded in either copying the contents of my computer and\/or inserting bugs into my computer system and\/or deleting files on my computer.<\/p>\n

        Many, perhaps most, of these choreographed incidents seem trivial, but they are designed in such a way that they have a cumulative and negative impact.\u00a0\u00a0 It is a bit like \u201ca death from 1000 cuts\u201d- only it seems like a much higher number than 1000.\u00a0\u00a0 Setups may occur on a daily basis or there can be many in a day, or there may be a lull.\u00a0\u00a0 The target IS<\/em> the operation.\u00a0 The program is designed to keep the target off-balance and always questioning his\/her reality.\u00a0\u00a0 So the TI is forced to always wonder:\u00a0 Is this a setup?\u00a0 Is this a stalker?\u00a0\u00a0 Can I trust this person?\u00a0 It becomes extremely difficult to distinguish real-life people and events from \u201cfake people\/spies\u201d and staged events. \u00a0 And of course the intended result is that the TI loses trust in others.\u00a0 I have learned to anticipate and diffuse many set-ups over the years.\u00a0\u00a0 But I have also been fooled on many, many occasions by them.<\/p>\n

        VIII. The 2012 Police Entrapment Sting That Got Me Blacklisted (?)
        \n<\/strong><\/p>\n

        During the confrontation between our local \u201csave the Baca trails\u201d group and the Manitou Foundation<\/em> team that occurred at a 2012 meeting of the Saguache County Road and Bridge facilities (See Appendix 193<\/a>), I was encouraged by other members of our small \u201csave the trails\u201d group, including Lisa Cyriaks, Marvin Ogden, and Clem Gassling, to lodge a complaint with Saguache County Sheriff, Mike Norris.\u00a0\u00a0 There were about six signatures on our small petition, with mine at the top.\u00a0\u00a0 Sheriff Mike Norris was out of the office at the time hunting elk at the time.\u00a0 The Sheriff\u2019s Department secretary (I think), encouraged me to call him on the phone, nonetheless. \u00a0 His response to me on the phone was an enthusiastic \u201cI got a bull!\u201d\u00a0\u00a0 I was then encouraged by someone in the Saguache County Sheriff\u2019s Department to take our small petition\/complaint to the Sheriff of Alamosa County in Alamosa.<\/p>\n

        Wishing to pursue all avenues to protect public access our public lands from the UN\/Manitou Foundation<\/em> trailhead closures, I drove to the Alamosa Sheriff\u2019s Department.\u00a0\u00a0 There, a courteous officer named Ben (l forget the last name) appeared to be waiting for me, hands folded, at his desk.\u00a0\u00a0 We had a pleasant conversation for about ten minutes in which I explained the situation and we departed on friendly terms.\u00a0 Ben (?) offered me his card and encouraged me to call him if I ever needed anything.<\/p>\n

        All this sounds quite innocuous enough.\u00a0 Except<\/em>, that I learned later that Saguache County Road and Bridge manager, Randy Arredondo\u2019s son had arrived at the Alamosa Sheriff\u2019s Department before me to alert the Sheriff I was coming.\u00a0 He had apparently driven at a break-neck speed from Sagauche to Alamosa to alert the Alamosa Sheriff that I was coming.\u00a0\u00a0 This would explain why the Alamosa Sheriff was patiently waiting at his desk for my arrival.\u00a0 But why?\u00a0 Was this a set-up?\u00a0\u00a0 Was I already being targeted?\u00a0\u00a0 Was I about to be watchlisted to be<\/em> targeted?\u00a0\u00a0 Was I then registered as some kind of trouble-maker or potential terrorist threat for lodging this complaint?\u00a0\u00a0 It seems insane\u2026 and yet subsequent events lead me to suspect that I may have been entrapped in a joint sting by these two Sheriff\u2019s departments.\u00a0 Indeed, both departments may have been incentivized, financially or otherwise, to expand the list of local \u201cpotential terrorist threats.\u201d\u00a0 The Sagauche County Sheriff\u2019s department may have preferred to collaborate on this \u201ccase\u201d with the much larger Alamosa Sheriff department perhaps because of its greater man-power.\u00a0 Obviously, I can\u2019t say for sure.<\/p>\n

        But the Alamosa Sheriff\u2019s smug demeanor reminds me very much of the smug demeanor a presiding FBI officer displayed toward Patrick Knowlton, a material witness to the Vince Foster murder\/cover-up who was subsequently gangstalked and intimidated by FBI agents.\u00a0 Patrick Knowton relates his gangstalking nightmare in the first video in this post:<\/p>\n

        FBI COINTELPRO GANGSTALKING Of: 1) Witness, Patrick Knowlton In Vince Foster Murder-Cover Up, 2) Bombing of Environmentalist, Judi Bari, and 3) \u201cDisappearing\u201d Members of Black, Muslim, Anti-War, Environmental, and Animal-Rights Groups (9 youtubes, court cases, and 2 personal accounts by webmaster)<\/a><\/p>\n

        Note that the purpose of the FBI\u2019s gangstalking of Patrick Knowlton was to intimidate and silence him to maintain the cover-up of the Vince Foster murder.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

        (From the above video:\u00a0 <\/strong>John Clarke, Patrick Knowlton\u2019s attorney:<\/strong> (Gangstalking) is used by various federal intelligence investigative agencies and it has two purposes: 1) It warns the witnesses and scares and intimidates the witness, and if that doesn\u2019t work and the witness continues to tell the truth about whatever it is that they\u2019ve seen, 2) it will discredit him.<\/em><\/p>\n

        Hugh Turley, co-author of \u201cFailure of the Public Trust\u201d with John Clark and Patrick Knowlton (1999):<\/strong> \u201cIt\u2019s terrifying. It\u2019s like something out of the Twilight Zone or Alfred Hitchcock. It\u2019s really scary. You know a lot of the movies we see show the terrorists as the bad guys and the FBI agents are the good guys that save us. If you turn that upside down, can you think of a more horrifying movie than if the FBI agents were evil and they were terrifying the citizens and the press was going along with it? That\u2019s scary.\u201d)<\/em><\/p>\n

        Very much like Patrick Knowlton, I am a material witness to the many crimes of the UN-New World Order-Maurice Strong-CIA fifth column international, criminal cabal that seems to control Crestone\/Baca, Colorado.\u00a0 So I suspect that my gangstalking has had a similar function: to maintain the cover-up of a host of crimes relating to Operation Crestone\/Baca that I have exposed by \u201ctaking me out of the game,\u201d<\/em> to use Dr. James Canton\u2019s phrase (see above).\u00a0 Well, as it happens, I am in a small house in Mexico as I finally complete this account of my stalking after over a decade of experiencing intense stalking-electronic harassment.<\/p>\n

        The first video in the following post (1) Masonic Sheriff\u2019s Departments Behind Gangstalking; Transcription & Comments; 2) Synopsis Of \u201cCircle of Snakes: How To END Your Gang Stalking!\u201d<\/a>) features a TI who describes the central role that Sheriff\u2019s Departments play in coordinating the gangstalking operations.\u00a0 Speaking from his personal experience, the speaker also stresses the importance of Masonic satanic rituals in these operations:<\/p>\n

        \u201cGangstalking is coordinated by the sheriff\u2019s department. A confidential informant, a friend of mine, told me that they put me on the list for 24\/7 surveillane after I turned in a dirty cop. My friend told me their ultimate goal is to get you to commit suicide after they stalk you and isolate you. They will break in your house and do things to double your bills, so they can also target your finances. They do things to systematically make you waste money, fixing things you shouldn\u2019t have to because they sabotage things.<\/em><\/p>\n

        My friend said at his Masonic Lodge, many of the Masons are on the list to do the stalking, but most of the people they use are the confidential informants that do surveillance and other things for the police departments, like the controlled buys. But there is a difference between surveillance and harassment. In stalking they want you to know you are being harassed and stalked.\u00a0 When they finally drive someone to suicide, they will actually throw parties to celebrate like it was a big joke.<\/em><\/p>\n

        If you look up Freemasonry Police and Freemasonry Police badges on google, you\u2019ll see pictures of police and Masonic lodges. It\u2019s all Luciferian doctrine. They study the teachings of Albert Pike. All these guys have read the Satanic Bible, different Aleister Crowley books, and magic, witchcraft, etc. So you have to figure a lot of these police are Masons and belong to the lodge. They study Luciferian doctrine and do satanic rituals at Masonic lodges. On top of that they jack themselves up with steroids. So they think that you\u2019re a slave, and they are masters.\u00a0 <\/em>Freemasons do Satanic Ritual Abuse\u2026.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

        If the Tranquil Way bypass controversy was used by Crestone locals, visiting agents, police, and Saguache County officials to entrap me and getting me secretly placed on the DHS\/FBI \u201cTerrorist Screening Data Base\u201d (TSDB), much as outlined in the scenario above, the subsequent, continuous attacks and entrapment set-ups directed against me wherever I go by law enforcement, military, para-militaries, and civilian vigilantes over the past 11 years become more explicable.<\/p>\n

        I am not naive enough to believe that I fully understand what happened (or when or why) to get me secretly watchlisted on the FBI\/DHS Terrorist Screening Data Base (TSDB). \u00a0 Nonetheless, I currently regard this scenario to be the most probable of many possible scenarios.<\/p>\n

        Saguache County has a very sparse population of only about 6,000 people living in an area of about 3,000 square miles.\u00a0\u00a0 It is also the second poorest county in Colorado.\u00a0 So imagine that my targeting may have provided unique logistical challenges for local, state and federal officials, but also a much-needed source of (federal) revenue for them.\u00a0 One Saguache County board member told to me that a $50,000 grant was available to the County for the purpose of funding a SWAT team.\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cYou never know when you might need a SWAT team,\u201d<\/em> he confided to me.<\/p>\n

        IX.\u00a0<\/strong>Conclusions\/Synopsis<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Clearly, a primary goal of the \u201cTI program\u201d is to destroy the life of the TI to the extent that they commit suicide.\u00a0 It is well known that perpetrator groups often throw wild parties to celebrate when one of their victims commits suicide.\u00a0\u00a0 Additionally, having taken an entire year to research the history of mind control for Part VI: Mind Control History and Applications<\/a> of this series and having been a TI for at least 10 years, I can say with some confidence that \u201cthe program\u201d comprises high-tech adaptations of Dr. Ewen Cameron\u2019s two-fold process of \u201cde-patterning\u201d (i.e., breaking down of TIs personalities via trauma and torture) and \u201cpsychic driving\u201d (i.e., re-writing desired personality traits to create assassins, mass shooters, sex slaves, bio-robot slaves, etc.) formulated in the 1960s CIA MKULTRA project.\u00a0\u00a0 What might these high-tech adaptations be?\u00a0\u00a0 In the preface of this series I state:<\/p>\n

        ... \u201cwe may surmise that \u201ctargeted individuals\u201d have been and are the lab rats for the development and implementation of \u201ctotal individual control\u201d transhumanist enslavement and human energy harvesting within UN SMART-C40 cities via: a) the DoD\u2019s Global Information Grid (GIG) Cognitive-Electronic-Drone-Netcentric Warfare system, b) Internet of Things (IoT), Internet of Bodies (IoB), and the Internet of Bio-Nano Things (IoBNT), c) AI precision health care, and d) (Bill Gates\u2019 Total Enslavement Patent) 060606 \u2013 Cryptocurrency System Using Body Activity Data (& videos)<\/a>.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

        This scenario comports with the underlying purpose of Crestone\/Baca, Colorado (CIA-DoD MKULTRA Cult-Mind Control City<\/strong>) as UN Agenda 2030-MKULTRA prototype!\u00a0 And, as we have noted, there is a discernable focus among some in Crestone\/Baca that are mentioned above that includes the \u201cscientific\u201d and academic study of (mind-behavioral states of) Buddhist meditators, Christian contemplatives, and other spiritual seekers.\u00a0\u00a0 Thus, the common threads of the TI program, including the imposition of trauma on the \u201ctest subject\u201d via no-touch torture and use of TIs as nonconsenting subjects for testing directed energy and neuroweapons and for bio-medical engineering studies are both present here.<\/p>\n

        Incredibly, most elements of society seem to be complicit in \u201cthe program\u201d in one way or another and so the impression is made in the target\u2019s mind that all elements of society are participating in the degradation and destruction of their lives.\u00a0 This comprises the high-tech equivalent of being shunned and excommunicated from society.<\/p>\n

        My experiences as a Targeted Individual (TI) conform closely with the experiences reported by other TIs, as documented in Section III.<\/strong><\/p>\n

        In Section IV,<\/strong> I document, based on my impressions and recollections, the psychologists\/psychiatrists, medical doctors, and military personnel that profiled me for \u201cthe program.\u201d\u00a0 These include: Dr. Nitin Patel (Cardiologist, Cottonwood, Arizona, Mason, 2003), Dr. Will Miles (former psychology professor, Jew, 2006),\u00a0 Dr. Phil Schecter (real name?, psychiatrist, Jew, 2007), some possible NSA-military personnel, and possibly Dr. Phil Madonna (former Sociology Professor, University of Denver) and Jan Norris (Crestone psychologist?).<\/p>\n

        I also describe some of the more dramatic electronic attacks against me in this section.<\/p>\n

        In Sections V and VI<\/strong>, I share my insights into how the targeting program works based on my personal experiences.\u00a0\u00a0 In Section VI<\/strong>, I also share my insights into the ways in which Crestone\/Baca, Colorado itself has functioned as a military-intelligence-run mind control operation.\u00a0 And, based on my best estimatations, I provide the names of some of the people involved in various levels of this multi-decadal military-intelligence operation.<\/p>\n

        In Section VII<\/strong>, I detail some of the bizaare experiences I have had as a TI in the Crestone\/Baca area.\u00a0\u00a0 Like Operation Crestone\/Baca itself, the TI program seems to be predominantly a military-intelligence operation.\u00a0\u00a0 My experiences indicate that operatives\/agents perps have tried to entrap me innumerable times in various sting operations or \u201cset-ups\u201d sometimes referred to as \u201cstreet theater.\u201d\u00a0 Physical stakers and cyberstalkers have also hacked into my home, my brain, and my computer, evidently trying to demonstrate their \u201comniscient\u201d powers. \u00a0\u00a0 Computer files that have been \u201cdisappeared\u201d include my gangstalking log and my library of photos related to my academic research in the field of climate change.\u00a0\u00a0 Hacked computer files certainly include my photo library and more.\u00a0\u00a0 Some of the articles I have posted on my websites, notably naturalclimatechange.org<\/a>, have been revised.\u00a0 Actual files and books that have disappeared from my house include my file on Caroline Macarah\u2019s chemical\/pharmocology research and a book by Linda Hunt on Operation Paperclip.<\/p>\n

        Parrticular \u201cmessages\u201d that \u201cperps\u201d have delivered to me in person in Crestone\/Baca include:\u00a0 \u201cShut up or we will kill you,\u201d \u201c\u201dkill yourself,\u201d you should leave town,\u201d \u201cyou\u2019re the devil,\u201d \u201cthis is our land\u201d (message found in my back yard), \u201c80% of the homes in the Baca are owned by trusts,\u201d \u201cyou can\u2019t throw a stick around here without hitting a change agent,\u201d \u201cnow Crestone is going to take you down,\u201d \u201cI\u2019ll eulogize you,\u201d and \u201care you going to stay in Illuminativille?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

        (Indeed, in the movie: \u201cThe Flame, Finding Gold in Crestone, Colorado\u201d<\/em> (2013), Hanne Strong\u00a0 admonishes ALL<\/em> residents of Crestone\/Baca to \u201cdo \u2018the work\u2019 or you better hit the road.\u201d<\/em> \u00a0 What!??\u00a0 (Webmaster:<\/strong> i.e., \u201cthe work\u201d is your spiritual practice so you can be studied like a lab rat by the government?!)\u00a0 <\/em>How about you hit the road, Mrs. UN New World Order, foreign invader from Denmark.)<\/p>\n

        In Section VIII<\/strong>, I briefly outline the gist of what I believe may have been a sting directed against me by the Saguache and Alamosa County Sheriffs departments, most probably in concert with others.<\/p>\n

        The bottom line is that this massive black program has been fairly effective in wresting control of my life, destroying my freedom and sovereignty as an individual, and destroying the quality of my life.\u00a0\u00a0 It has incorporated cruel and unusual punishment<\/em> in a relentless campaign to defeat me psychologically and electronically, to dominate and overpower my will, my mind, and my personal sovereignty.\u00a0\u00a0 In this sense, the \u201ctargeted individual program\u201d is coextensive with Cognitive Warfare (CW), the new 6th warfare domain that has been termed \u201cthe battle for your brain,\u201d<\/em> and \u201cthe war against thought and truth.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

        But why? \u00a0 Why would the US government and its allied institutions expend such vast personnel and resources to impose their will, their agenda, and their<\/em> ideology<\/em> on the citizenry.\u00a0\u00a0 And whose will, agenda, and ideology is being imposed?\u00a0 This series of articles provides the long answer to that question.\u00a0 But certainly the main players include the Masons\/Jews\/Illuminati and other secret societies, the United Nations, British and American intelligence agencies, the US military and police forces, and the secret army of citizen vigilantes (citizen-based agents).
        \n<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

        The short answer to this question was provided in two online articles written in 2000 by ex-Special Forces operator, Willian Dean Ross.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This post and indeed, this entire series of chapters and appendices, supports Ross\u2019s summation, which forms the first epigraph quote of the Preface<\/strong><\/em> to this series:<\/p>\n

        1) The agenda of the \u201cLeft-hand Path\u201d is in what they call \u201cTHE PLAN\u201d<\/strong>\u2013 setting up of a one-world electronic mind-control totalitarian police state system of slavery and tracking with a one-world religion offering ancient human sacrifices to their God \u2013 Lucifer.<\/strong> \u00a0Out of the Skia or Gaia will come the Ascended Masters \u2013 the UFOs (ETK: via \u201cOperation Bluebeam?\u201d).\u00a0\u00a0This is the true Harmonic Convergence when man and demon are one again as in Genesis 6:1 of the Bible.\u00a0\u00a0We are in for a new high-tech \u201cTower of Babel!\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

        It is their hope to merge the seen and unseen world.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0It is their goal to make sure we have a \u2018oneness of mind\u2019<\/strong> and are spiritually harmonized to a frequency that will bring this about.\u00a0\u00a0That is why many conservatives, Christians, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists are on the surveillance and extermination lists.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

        The One World Government and One World Religion<\/strong> will not succeed in forming as long as there are differences in thought.\u00a0\u00a0All other political and religious belief systems must be eliminated by a variety of methods through the press, television, movies, and educational mediums.<\/em><\/p>\n

        The New World Religion is pushing for the \u2018hive mentality\u2019 with the achieved collective consciousness, harmonic convergence of oneness of mind.\u00a0\u00a0There will be no room for any personal opinion or individual thought process.\u00a0\u00a0Persons that choose a separate route will be eliminated.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
