The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals did not exactly come to the obvious conclusion that these Modified mRNA \u201cvaccines\u201d are in fact slow kill bioweapons yet, but their monumental ruling that they do not qualify as vaccines proper does mean that at some point in the not so distant future (when the excess deaths and turbo cancers become even worse) they will \u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u2026we now have the state of Kansas suing the Intelligence Industrial Complex’s biggest BigPharma asset known as Pfizer; the lawsuit, filed by Republican Attorney General Kris Kobach, claims that the company’s “misrepresentations” of the \u201cvaccine\u201d resulted in “record company revenue” of around $75 billion in less than two years.<\/p>\n

The suit also correctly claims the following:<\/p>\n

Pfizer misled the public that it had a \u2018safe and effective\u2019 COVID-19 vaccine\u2026<\/p>\n

Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was safe even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine was connected to serious adverse events, including myocarditis and pericarditis, failed pregnancies, and deaths.\u00a0Pfizer concealed this critical safety information from the public\u2026<\/p>\n

Pfizer said its COVID-19 vaccine was effective even though it knew its COVID-19 vaccine waned over time and did not protect against COVID-19 variants.\u00a0Pfizer concealed this critical effectiveness information from the public\u2026<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

But it gets worse, far worse:<\/p>\n

Pfizer administered 3,355,518 Pfizer vaccine doses in Kansas as of February 7, 2024.\u00a0This accounted for more than 60% of all vaccine doses in Kansas\u2026<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This means that well over half of Kansas residents are now afflicted with varying degrees of VAIDS, even if they do not realize it, yet. Rest assured, the VAIDS lawsuits will most certainly be filed in the coming years.<\/p>\n

For now, AG Kris Kobach\u2019s lawsuit is on the right track:<\/p>\n

Because Pfizer unblinded the original control group and allowed them to receive Pfizer\u2019s COVID-19 vaccine, Pfizer, government regulators, and independent scientists cannot fully compare the safety and efficacy of Pfizer\u2019s COVID-19 vaccine against unvaccinated individuals.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In other words, Pfizer is guilty of blatant and egregious fraud.<\/p>\n

Pfizer\u2019s extensive and aggressive efforts to keep its COVID-19 vaccine information hidden conflict with its public transparency pledges and raise serious questions about what Pfizer is hiding and why it is hiding it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

When the \u201cvaccine\u201d excess deaths are finally extrapolated by states like Kansas, lawsuit like these will be viewed as far too little, too late.<\/p>\n

Kobach added, “Pfizer did not publicly release adverse events data from its database.”<\/p>\n

No, Pfizer purposely faked their data knowing full well that the entire murderous Modified mRNA platform could never ever pass animal trials, and so they were premeditatedly engaging in state sponsored murder, or democide.<\/p>\n

Pfizer\u2019s stock is coming under pressure as of this writing, down over 2%, but far more shareholder pain is expected, unless\u2026<\/p>\n
