{"id":236685,"date":"2024-07-02T18:02:13","date_gmt":"2024-07-02T22:02:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=236685"},"modified":"2024-07-02T18:03:05","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T22:03:05","slug":"kash-patel-confirms-seized-documents-from-mar-a-lago-raid-were-evidence-showing-doj-and-fbi-corruption-in-trump-russia-probe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=236685","title":{"rendered":"<h2><b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kash Patel Confirms Seized Documents from Mar-a-Lago Raid Were Evidence Showing DOJ and FBI Corruption in Trump-Russia Probe<\/span><\/b><\/h2>"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--more-->Sundance<br \/>\nThe Conservative Treehouse<\/p>\n<p>During an appearance on Tucker Carlson\u2019s television show, former house intel staff and Trump aide Kash Patel confirms the documents targeted by the DOJ\/FBI raid on Trump\u2019s home were documents of evidence showing DOJ\/FBI political corruption in the Trump-Russia probe.<\/p>\n<p>President Trump declassified documents that show how the institutions within the U.S. government targeted him.\u00a0 However, the institutions that illegally targeted President Trump are now the same institutions seeking control of the specific evidence of their unlawful targeting.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"responsive-embed relative mb-4 overflow-hidden\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Kash Patel says he was intentionally named in FBI affidavit for 'political purposes'\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/TOY8Cz2qq_0?feature=oembed\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>An FBI raid cannot be predicated on a document conflict between the National Archives and a former president.<\/p>\n<p>The DOJ-NSD warrant, and the subsequent raid on Mar-a-Lago could only be predicated and justified on records the U.S. government deems \u201c<em>classified<\/em>\u201d and\u00a0<em>material vital to national security interests<\/em>.\u00a0 That\u2019s the Main Justice cover story to retrieve the evidence of their own wrongdoing. First, documents that highlight the activity of Hillary Clinton\u2019s team in creating the false Trump-Russia conspiracy theory (2015\/2016).\u00a0 Second, documents that highlight the activity of government officials targeting Donald Trump within the same timeframe (Crossfire Hurricane), that continued into 2017, 2018 and 2019 (Robert Mueller).<\/p>\n<p>Think of the two sets of documents as evidence against two teams working in synergy.\u00a0 Team one (Clinton) was outside government. Team two (DOJ\/FBI) was inside government.\u00a0 The documents pertain to both groups but are also divided.\u00a0 That helps to explain the wording of the memo above.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-182941\" src=\"https:\/\/theconservativetreehouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/trump-fist-crop.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 343px) 100vw, 343px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theconservativetreehouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/trump-fist-crop.jpg 343w, https:\/\/theconservativetreehouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/trump-fist-crop-216x300.jpg 216w\" alt=\"\" width=\"343\" height=\"477\" \/>The documentary evidence against the outside group (Clinton et al) would also involve government documented evidence as the DOJ\/FBI inside group interacted with them.\u00a0 Notes from interviews, materials provided, FBI 302 summaries of interviews, etc.<\/p>\n<p>We can extract a lot of information on the first sets of evidence from the lawsuit filed by President Trump in March of this year, mostly against the outside actors. [<a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.flsd.610157\/gov.uscourts.flsd.610157.1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LINK HERE<\/a>]<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit was filed against specific persons and most of those persons were interviewed by the FBI as part of the originating investigation.\u00a0 Within the subjects of the lawsuit we find names and groups including:<\/p>\n<p>Hillary Clinton, Hillary for America Campaign Committee, DNC, DNC Services Corp, Perkins Coie, Michael Sussmann, Marc Elias, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Charles Dolan, Jake Sullivan, John Podesta, Robby Mook, Phillipe Reines as well as Fusion GPS, Glenn Simpson, Peter Fritsch, Nellie Ohr, Bruce Ohr, Orbis Business Intelligence, Christopher Steele, Igor Danchenko, Neustar Inc., Rodney Joffe, James Comey Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Kevin Clinesmith and Andrew McCabe.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to being named in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/storage.courtlistener.com\/recap\/gov.uscourts.flsd.610157\/gov.uscourts.flsd.610157.1.0.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the lawsuit<\/a>, many of those names were interviewed by the FBI as part of the origination of the Trump-Russia investigation, and\/or part of the ongoing investigation of the Trump-Russia fabrication. Each of those interviews would carry an FD-302 report summarizing the content of the interview, the questions and answers given.<\/p>\n<p>The totality of those 302 documents is a lot of evidence likely consisting of hundreds of pages.<\/p>\n<p>For the government officials on the inside, in addition to 302\u2019s (ex Bruce Ohr) there would be documents of communication between them.<\/p>\n<p>Think about the full\u00a0<strong>unredacted<\/strong>\u00a0text messages between Lisa Page and Peter Strzok as an example.\u00a0 The DOJ publicly released over 600 pages of those text messages, and that wasn\u2019t all of them.\u00a0 The text messages were also redacted, under claims of privacy and national security.\u00a0 We can assume any version of these text messages declassified by President Trump would not be redacted.\u00a0 Hence, you go back to the January 20th memo and see the notes about \u201cprivacy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We also know there are many pages of communication between DOJ lawyer Lisa Page and her boss in the FBI Andrew McCabe.\u00a0 Almost none of them were ever made public; but they exist.\u00a0 This internal communication is likely the type of material contained in both the \u201cbinder,\u201d left for the DOJ to release, and the boxes at Mar-a-Lago to be used as evidence against the named defendants in the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>Bruce Ohr has 302\u2019s and emails relating to his involvement as a conduit between Fusion GPS and the FBI.\u00a0 Some of those were released in redacted form, and some of them were never released.\u00a0 Additionally, Nellie Ohr, Bruce\u2019s wife, who worked at Fusion GPS invoked spousal privilege when called to testify before the House committee investigating the issues.\u00a0 However, it is almost certain the FBI interviewed her so there are likely 302\u2019s on Nellie Ohr.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-170024\" src=\"https:\/\/theconservativetreehouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/trump-tweet-declassification-and-corrupt-fbi.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 450px) 100vw, 450px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theconservativetreehouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/trump-tweet-declassification-and-corrupt-fbi.jpg 655w, https:\/\/theconservativetreehouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/trump-tweet-declassification-and-corrupt-fbi-300x193.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"289\" \/>Chris Steele, Igor Danchenko and Rodney Joffe were also interviewed by the FBI.\u00a0 Those 302\u2019s were never released.\u00a0 Presumably John Durham has stakeholder equity in that part of the Trump-Russia hoax, but the documentary evidence prior to January 20, 2021, that exists outside the special counsel could also be records at Mar-a-Lago.<\/p>\n<p>Then we get to the big stuff\u2026. The records and evidence in unredacted and declassified state, that would drive the DOJ-NSD to claim vital national security interests.<\/p>\n<p>The NSA compliance officer notified NSA Director Admiral Mike Rogers of unauthorized use of the NSA database by FBI contractors searching U.S. citizens during the 2015\/2016 presidential primary.\u00a0 That 2016 notification is a classified record.<\/p>\n<p>The response from Mike Rogers, and the subsequent documentary evidence of what names were being searched is again a classified record.\u00a0 The audit logs showing who was doing the searches (which contractors, which agencies and from what offices), as noted by Director Rogers, was preserved.\u00a0 That is another big-time classified record.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we would have Admiral Rogers writing a mandatory oversight notification to the FISA court detailing what happened.\u00a0 That\u2019s a big and comprehensive classified record, likely contained in the documents in Mar-a-Lago\u2026 and then the goldmine, the fully unredacted 99-page FISA court opinion detailing the substance of the NSA compromise by FBI officials and contractors, including the names, frequency and dates of the illegal surveillance.\u00a0 That is a major classified document the Deepest Deep State would want to keep hidden.<\/p>\n<p>These are the types of documents within what former ODNI John Ratcliffe called \u201cthousands of pages that were declassified by President Trump,\u201d and given to both John Durham and Main Justice with an expectation of public release when the Durham special counsel probe concluded.<\/p>\n<p>In short, President Trump declassified documents that show how the institutions within the U.S. government targeted him.\u00a0 However, the institutions that illegally targeted President Trump are the same institutions who control the specific evidence of their unlawful targeting.<\/p>\n<p>These examples of evidence held by President Donald Trump reveals the background of\u00a0<strong><em>how the DC surveillance state exists<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0 THAT was\/is the national security threat behind the DOJ-NSD search warrant and affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>The risk to the fabric of the U.S. government is why we see lawyers and pundits so confused as they try to figure out the disproportionate response from the DOJ and FBI, toward \u201csimple records\u201d, held by President Trump in Mar-a-Lago.\u00a0 \u00a0Very few people can comprehend what has been done since January 2009, and the current state of corruption as it now exists amid all of the agencies and institutions of government.<\/p>\n<p>Barack Obama spent 8 years building out and refining the political surveillance state.\u00a0 The operators of the institutions have spent the last six years hiding the construct.<\/p>\n<p>President Donald Trump declassified the material then took evidence to Mar-a-Lago.\u00a0 The people currently in charge of managing the corrupt system, like Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, Chris Wray and the Senate allies, are going bananas.\u00a0 From their DC perspective, Donald Trump is an existential threat.<\/p>\n<p>Given the nature of their opposition, and the underlying motives for their conduct, there is almost nothing they will not do to protect themselves.\u00a0 However, if you peel away all the layers of lies, manipulations and corruption, what you find at the heart of their conduct is fear.<\/p>\n<p>What do they fear most?\u2026<\/p>\n<h2><em>\u2026..THIS!<\/em><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-236426\" src=\"https:\/\/theconservativetreehouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/wisconsin-rally-1.jpg\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/theconservativetreehouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/wisconsin-rally-1.jpg 680w, https:\/\/theconservativetreehouse.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/wisconsin-rally-1-300x109.jpg 300w\" alt=\"\" width=\"850\" height=\"310\" \/><\/p>\n<p>People forget, and that\u2019s ok, but prior to the 2015 MAGA movement driven by President Donald J Trump, political rallies filled with tens-of-thousands of people were extremely rare;
