\u201cSocial media went a little bonkers last week when an interview of Texas Children\u2019s Hospital\u2019s Dr. Peter Hotez began circulating with the Big Pharma insider calling for the United Nations and NATO to deploy security forces against \u2018anti-vaxxers\u2019 in the United States<\/strong>. Dr. Hotez\u2019s statements first appeared on the YouTube channel of an international pediatric conference that took place in Colombia, but the interview then jumped onto X.<\/em><\/p>\n

The Simposio Internacional de Actualizaci\u00f3n en Pediatr\u00eda (International Symposium of Pediatric Updates) later\u00a0removed the interview from YouTube<\/a>\u00a0although photos can\u00a0still be found on Facebook<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

In clips of Hotez\u2019s interview that continue\u00a0to circulate on X, he claims \u2018anti-vaxxers\u2019 caused hundreds of thousands of deaths<\/strong>* in the United States.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

*This is full reality inversion. The Science\u2122 killed untold millions, perhaps billions in the global aggregate, with its so-called \u201cvaccines\u201d that weren\u2019t actually vaccines. Thanks to the tireless work of independent journalists and whistleblowers from within the industry, thousands and perhaps millions of lives were saved, not taken.<\/p>\n

Hotez\u2019s comments (emphasis added):<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat I\u2019ve said to the Biden administration is, the health sector can\u2019t solve this on its own. We\u2019re going to have to bring in Homeland Security<\/strong>, the Commerce Department, Justice Department to help us understand how to do this.<\/em><\/p>\n

I\u2019ve said the same with\u2026I met with [WHO general director] Dr. Tedros last month\u2026to say, I don\u2019t know that the World Health Organization can solve this<\/strong> on our own. We need the other United Nations agencies\u2014NATO<\/strong>. This is a security problem, because it\u2019s no longer a theoretical construct or some arcane academic exercise. Two hundred thousand Americans died because of anti-vaccine aggression, anti-science aggression<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n

And so, this is now a lethal force\u2026and now I feel as a pediatric vaccine scientist\u2026it\u2019s important, just as important for me to make new vaccines, to save lives. The other side of saving lives is countering this anti-vaccine aggression.\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
