More than 200 retired\u00a0military<\/a>\u00a0generals and admirals endorsed former President\u00a0Donald Trump<\/a>\u00a0in an\u00a0open letter<\/a>, saying he has demonstrated his ability to lead the United States to safety and security in his second term.<\/p>\n Flag Officers 4 America said in a statement:<\/p>\n \u201cDonald Trump has a proven track record of success providing the most fundamental responsibilities required of a U.S. President: protecting national security, domestic safety, and the U.S. Constitution.\u201d<\/p>\n They added:<\/p>\n “The current administration, led by the President and Vice President, has allowed our nation to become unsecure, our citizens unsafe, and our country divided due to the cultural war being waged across America in the form of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).\u201d<\/p>\n They continued:<\/p>\n \u201cThis divisive domestic strife is dividing our Country, allowing our foreign adversaries to take advantage of the political\/social disorder in America. A recent bipartisan congressional report \u2018Commission on the National Defense Strategy\u2019 said: \u2018The United States confronts the most serious and the most challenging threats since the end of World War II.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe United States could in short order be drawn into a war across multiple theaters with peer and near-peer adversaries, and it could lose.\u2019<\/p>\n \u201cWe urge our fellow Americans to join us in supporting the election of Donald J. Trump for president. Our future is at stake,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n
