<\/div>\nDETAILS OF COMPLAINT TO CALIFORNIA MEDICAL BOARD<\/strong><\/p>\n William Henry (\u201cBill\u201d) Gates, III, and his wife Melinda Gates have both engaged in the unauthorized practice of medicine in countries around the world and every state in the United States.\u00a0 My complaint requests investigation and prosecution of both individuals, who own two homes in California[1]<\/a>.\u00a0 This is a public emergency requiring immediate action by the commission.<\/p>\n FACTUAL BACKGROUND<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Neither Bill nor Melinda Gates has a license to practice medicine.\u00a0 Bill Gates does not have even a college degree.\u00a0 Melinda\u2019s degree is in computer science and economics.\u00a0 Neither has the barest credential in biology or health care. \u00a0Yet on a continuous basis, for over 20 years, both have posed as experts, prescribing, overseeing, and administering medical treatment (including gene therapy) and drugs\u2013particularly vaccines\u2013to millions of people around the world.<\/p>\n Gates applies pressure to the baby\u2019s head with his right hand while squeezing a liquid substance into the infant\u2019s mouth.\u00a0 This is assault and battery.<\/em><\/p>\n There are hundreds of thousands of instances of serious health problems, including deaths, stemming from vaccines Bill and Melinda Gates and the entities they control or fund have promoted, which\u2014as they knew\u2013were not adequately tested (if they were tested at all) for safety to human health before being forced on an unsuspecting public.\u00a0 The vaccines contain contaminants, mercury-containing adjuvants like thimerosal[2]<\/a>, aborted fetal tissue[3]<\/a>, and often sterilizing factors.<\/p>\n A petition was filed with the White House[4]<\/a>\u00a0in April 2020, at last count signed by over 600,000 people, asking Bill Gates to be prosecuted for crimes against humanity.\u00a0 Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., is among those accusing Gates of such crimes.\u00a0 His statement, from his Facebook page, is as follows:<\/p>\n BILL GATES\u2019S CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY<\/strong> Vaccines, for Bill Gates, are a strategic philanthropy that feed his many vaccine-related businesses (including Microsoft\u2019s ambition to control a global vac ID enterprise) and give him dictatorial control over global health policy\u2014the spear tip of corporate neoimperialism.<\/p>\n Gates\u2019s obsession with vaccines is fueled by a messianic conviction that he is ordained to save the world with technology and a god-like willingness to experiment with the lives of lesser humans.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n Promising to eradicate Polio with $1.2 billion, Gates took control of India\u2019s National Advisory Board (NAB) and mandated 50 polio vaccines (up from 5) to every child before age 5.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n Indian doctors blame the Gates campaign for a devastating vaccine-strain polio epidemic that paralyzed 496,000 children between 2000 and 2017.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n In 2017, the Indian Government dialed back Gates\u2019 vaccine regimen and EVICTED Gates and his cronies from the NAB. Polio paralysis rates dropped precipitously.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n In 2017, the World Health Organization reluctantly admitted that the global polio explosion is predominantly vaccine strain, meaning it is COMING FROM Gates\u2019 Vaccine Program.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n The most frightening epidemics in Congo, the Philippines, and Afghanistan are all linked to Gates\u2019s vaccines. By 2018, \u00be of global polio cases were from Gates\u2019 vaccines.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n In 2014, the Gates Foundation funded tests of experimental HPV vaccines, developed by GSK and Merck, on 23,000 young girls in remote Indian provinces. Approximately 1,200 suffered severe side effects, including autoimmune and fertility disorders. Seven died.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n Indian government investigations charged that Gates-funded researchers committed pervasive ethical violations: pressuring vulnerable village girls into the trial, bullying parents, forging consent forms, and refusing medical care to the injured girls. The case is now in the country\u2019s Supreme Court.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n In 2010, the Gates Foundation funded a trial of a GSK [GlaxoSmithKline] experimental malaria vaccine, KILLING 151 African infants and causing serious adverse effects including paralysis, seizure, and febrile convulsions to 1,048 of the 5,049 children.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n During Gates\u2019s 2002 MenAfriVac Campaign in Sub-Saharan Africa, Gates operatives forcibly vaccinated thousands of African children against meningitis. Between 50-500 children developed paralysis. South African newspapers complained, \u201cWe are guinea pigs for drug makers.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n Nelson Mandela\u2019s former Senior Economist, Professor Patrick Bond, describes Gates\u2019s philanthropic practices as \u201cruthless\u201d and \u201cimmoral.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n In 2010, Gates committed $10 billion to the WHO promising to reduce population, in part, through new vaccines. A month later Gates told a Ted Talk that new vaccines \u201ccould reduce population.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n In 2014, Kenya\u2019s Catholic Doctors Association accused the WHO of chemically sterilizing millions of unwilling Kenyan women with a phony \u201ctetanus\u201d vaccine campaign. Independent labs found the sterility formula in every vaccine tested. After denying the charges, WHO finally admitted it had been developing the sterility vaccines for over a decade. Similar accusations came from Tanzania, Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n A 2017 study (Morgensen\u00a0et.al<\/em>.2017) showed that Gates\/WHO\u2019s popular DTP is killing more Africans than the disease it pretends to prevent. Vaccinated girls suffered 10x the death rate of unvaccinated children.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n Gates and the WHO refused to recall the lethal vaccine which WHO forces upon millions of African children annually. Global public health advocates around the world accuse Gates of hijacking WHO\u2019s agenda away from the projects that are proven to curb infectious diseases; clean water, hygiene, nutrition and economic development. They say he has diverted agency resources to serve his personal fetish\u2013that good health only comes in a syringe.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n In addition to using his philanthropy to control WHO, UNICEF, GAVI and PATH, Gates funds private pharmaceutical companies that manufacture vaccines, and a massive network of pharmaceutical-industry front groups that broadcast deceptive propaganda, develop fraudulent studies, conduct surveillance and psychological operations against vaccine hesitancy and use Gates\u2019s power and money to silence dissent and coerce compliance.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n In his recent nonstop Pharmedia appearances, Gates appears hopeful that the Covid-19 crisis will give him the opportunity to force his third-world vaccine programs on ALL PEOPLE.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Gates\u2019s influence on the direction governments \u201cmust take\u201d in future to defeat the COVID-19 pandemic is as outsized and unethical as his past efforts, as well as just as lacking in scientific basis.\u00a0 The current \u201cpandemic\u201d was, in fact, planned.\u00a0 He has predicted exactly such a pandemic for years.\u00a0 The Gates Foundation participated in hosting an exercise called \u201cEvent 201\u201d[5]<\/a>\u00a0in October 2019 in which a global pandemic involving a coronavirus was simulated in detail.\u00a0 The training and indoctrination of political officials by non-physicians such as Gates, both in recognizing and responding to a pandemic (which then materialized, as COVID-19\u2013in actuality a hoax, just as in the simulation), must be prosecuted criminally and enjoined.<\/p>\n A four-part series by James Corbett discussing the background of Bill Gates[6]<\/a>\u00a0establishes that he is a poseur.\u00a0 He was not even the developer of DOS, the original command language for Microsoft\u2019s computers (he bought it from another developer).\u00a0 Gates appears to be the creature of IBM, undoubtedly the real developer of the Windows and DOS operating systems, which IBM could not roll out under its own label due to antitrust concerns.\u00a0 Doing business as Microsoft, Gates exhibited the same predatory behavior as IBM itself, leading to his own prosecution under antitrust laws by the Department of Justice and 20 state attorneys general in the 1990\u2019s, a case he lost.\u00a0 Importantly, his (and his well-connected parents\u2019) real interest is eugenics and depopulation, explaining his efforts to sterilize Third World women.\u00a0 From Part One of the Corbett reports:<\/p>\n It was Gates who sponsored the meeting that led to the creation of GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance, a global public-private partnership bringing together state sponsors and big pharmaceutical companies, whose\u00a0specific goals<\/a>\u00a0include the creation of \u201chealthy markets for vaccines and other immunization products.\u201d As a founding partner of the alliance, the Gates Foundation provided $750 million in seed funding and has gone on to make\u00a0over $4.1 billion<\/a>\u00a0in commitments to the group.<\/p>\n In other words, what is hyped as selfless philanthropy by billionaire Gates is, instead, cover for the crassest profiteering by pharmaceutical companies.\u00a0 The goal of his and Melinda\u2019s efforts is not to create healthy humans, but to \u201ccreate healthy\u00a0markets<\/em>\u00a0for vaccines and other immunization products.\u201d\u00a0 The people championing the cause of vaccines are the same ones who are investing in vaccine development. \u00a0The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has also worked with Oxitec[7]<\/a>\u00a0to develop something known as a \u201cgene drive\u201d \u2014 a genetic modification meant to spread through multiple generations of mosquitoes to leave them sterile or unable to spread certain diseases.<\/p>\n In particular, the danger of the proposed COVID vaccine to human health is real, imminent, and terrifying.\u00a0 According to Corbett, \u201cThis is no mere theoretical risk. As researchers who were trying to develop a vaccine for the original SARS outbreak discovered, the vaccine actually made the lab animals subjected to it\u00a0more<\/em>\u00a0susceptible to the disease.\u201d[8]<\/a>\u00a0 Gates has repeatedly recommended gene therapy to improve health.\u00a0 In fact, he wants to bring gene therapy to the \u201cpatients who need it most\u201d\u2014who, coincidentally, mostly happen to be black (e.g<\/em>., for sickle cell disease)[9]<\/a>.\u00a0 This man, incredibly\u2014with no credentials in any scientific field\u2014gave a speech at the American Association for the Advancement of Science in February 2020 linking gene therapy with AI (artificial intelligence)[10]<\/a>.\u00a0 Gates has revealed that implantable nanochips are to be included in the COVID-19 vaccine he is funding development of for the purpose of identification and population control.\u00a0 These chips will modify the patient\u2019s DNA.[11]<\/a>\u00a0 It is this effort which must spur immediate action by this Board. \u00a0The motive of Gates and his \u201cvaccination partners\u201d is not to improve public health.\u00a0 It is, instead, to control the population and silence dissent.\u00a0 Those who are not vaccinated will not be able to travel or buy food.\u00a0 The joinder of a vaccine and AI is a perversion of the idea of health by a quack who never took the Hippocratic Oath, so has no fealty to the stricture \u201cFirst Do No Harm.\u201d\u00a0 Bill and Melinda Gates, and their foundation and other entities they control, should, in short, be prosecuted for buying and perverting the whole field of medical practice.\u00a0 An examination of their conflicts would legitimate such charges.<\/p>\n CHARGES<\/strong><\/p>\n Many possible charges can and should be brought against both \u00a0Bill and Melinda Gates, as well as their foundation, as follows:<\/p>\n Their recommendations as to global health policy and initiatives, including particularly vaccines, constitute the unauthorized practice of medicine in California.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n The Gateses\u2019 recommendations to persons worldwide (including in California) that they must be vaccinated with a yet-to-be developed COVID-19 vaccine which they are funding, benefit financially from developing, and promote\u2013in which it appears will be inserted tracking facilitation and foreign mRNA capable of modifying the patient\u2019s DNA\u2013having no relationship to improvement of the individual\u2019s health, constitute the unauthorized practice of medicine.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n Bill Gates\u2019s promotion of gene therapy as a cure for various diseases is fraudulent medical advice, and constitutes the unauthorized practice of medicine in California.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n Gates\u2019s plan to microchip people by means of vaccination, to prove they have been vaccinated, constitutes the unauthorized practice of medicine.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n Given the shocking history of the harm caused by Bill Gates in Third World countries, no argument can be made that his promotion and development of vaccination programs in \u201cpartnership\u201d with pharmaceutical companies, and the production and use of vaccines which are actually toxins, constitute bona fide research efforts. These activities have led to widescale paralysis and death of hundreds of thousands of innocent and nonconsenting children and adults, with nonwhite people disproportionately targeted under the false rubric of preventing disease.\u00a0 The \u201cvaccines\u201d thus meet the definition of biological weapons under 18 U.S.C.
