He wants Trump to pardon Flynn. If Trump does that then Flynn is not exonerated. Right now a full dismissal is an exoneration. This is such an abuse of what Judges are supposed to do it is just sad. The only reason a court would not grant a dismissal is if the prosecutors action hurt the defendant some way. That&#8217;s it. If this goes up on appeal he will lose. The en banc court sent the case back on procedural grounds, not substantive.
