{"id":38309,"date":"2020-11-24T12:36:00","date_gmt":"2020-11-24T16:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=38309"},"modified":"2020-11-24T12:36:49","modified_gmt":"2020-11-24T16:36:49","slug":"trump-takes-tow-pronged-legal-attack-on-election-theft-and-vote-fraud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=38309","title":{"rendered":"Trump Launches Two-Pronged Legal Attack on Election Theft and Vote Fraud"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>TWO FRONTS: Ellis Says Sidney Powell Will Build Case Against Dominion While Campaign Exposes Democrat Voter Fraud<\/h1>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h3>Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani will focus on easily provable election official fraud while Sidney Powell builds a case against Dominion<\/h3>\n<p>by TOM PAPPERT<br \/>\nNational File<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-38311\" src=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Jenna-Ellis-Sidney-Powell-Dominion-1-750x394-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"394\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Jenna-Ellis-Sidney-Powell-Dominion-1-750x394-1.jpg 750w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Jenna-Ellis-Sidney-Powell-Dominion-1-750x394-1-300x158.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>In an appearance on Newsmax TV on Monday, senior advisor to President Donald Trump\u2019s legal team Jenna Ellis explained that the campaign\u2019s legal team is focused on proving demonstrable physical fraud in Philadelphia, Detroit, and other big cities, while Trump-adjacent attorney Sidney Powell intends to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nationalfile.com\/kraken-update-powell-to-sue-dominion-smartmatic-in-new-lawsuit-after-separating-from-trump-campaign\/\">launch her own case<\/a>\u00a0against Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic.<\/h3>\n<p>Appearing on the heels of the news that the Third Circuit Court has granted emergency proceedings for the Trump campaign\u2019s lawsuit, paving the way for the campaign\u2019s strategy to reach the Supreme Court as fast as possible, Ellis explained the logic behind allowing Powell to conduct an independent investigation while the campaign proceeds legally.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSidney\u2019s been a great friend of mine, and ultimately the legal team was looking at two different directions,\u201d said Ellis, before clarifying that focusing on election official fraud would be the faster path to victory. \u201cSidney is very much focusing on Dominion Voting Systems, and that\u2019s going to be a much longer strategy, and that\u2019s going to be something that she\u2019s investigating.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRudy and I, and the other members of the legal team, our focus is looking at the election official fraud,\u201d she added. \u201cYou have these election officials that have just completely disregarded election law in their state.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ellis: It's astonishing how these state election officials had complete disregard for election law\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/s-bApNuCLjk?start=101&amp;feature=oembed\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe do have a very narrow window here before December 14, which is when the Electoral College votes, to make sure that we can get this strategy through.\u201d She added, \u201cI think there are very significant questions on Dominion, why we have 28 states that have their voting system. I think that\u2019s something the legislature should contemplate, and I hope Sidney is very successful in that one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>When pressed by Newsmax TV host Greg Kelly, who noted that even left wing media and politicians have raised concerns about Dominion Voting Systems, Ellis clarified that she does believe there are large issues with Dominion, but the campaign will not have time to fully prepare the case against the organization before December 14, while noting that Sen. Klobuchar (D-MN) and Warren (D-MA)<a href=\"https:\/\/nationalfile.com\/democrats-warren-klobuchar-wyden-wrote-complaint-against-dominion-in-2019\/\">\u00a0specifically complained<\/a> about Dominion\u2019s massive security flaws.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-14\">\n<div id=\"rc-widget-c3c5f0\" data-rc-widget=\"\" data-widget-host=\"habitat\" data-endpoint=\"\/\/trends.revcontent.com\" data-widget-id=\"168539\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u201cI think that there are very significant questions that the American people deserve answers to, but that\u2019s just going to take a little more time, so we are focused on behalf of the president and the campaign with the election official fraud,\u201d she added.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cJust to clarify, we only have three lawsuits at this time.
