Melissa Carone was the star witness at the Michigan Senate hearing on election oversight. Carone by far had the most damning testimony as a contract worker for Dominion Voting Systems.<\/p>\n
Carone outlined how she was trained on the \u201ctabulation and adjudication\u201d process for Dominion. Carone also explained her credentials as an IT specialist with a background in cybersecurity along with being a resident of Wayne County, Michigan.<\/p>\n
Carone gave testimony based on\u00a0her sworn affidavit<\/a>\u00a0claiming the \u201ctabulators\u201d would jam 4-5 times an hour.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cThe computer would put out an error that tells the worker the ballot number that was jammed and \u201cI witnessed countless workers rescanning the batches without discarding them first which resulted in ballots being counted 4-5 times,\u201d she said. \u201cAt approximately midnight I was called over to assist one of the counters with a paper jam and noticed his PC had a number of over 400 ballots scanned \u2013 which means one batch was counted over 8 times.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cWhen a worker had a ballot that they either could not read, or it had something spilled on it, they would go to a table that had blank ballots on it and fill it out,\u201d the IT contractor said. \u201cThey were supposed to be filling them out exactly like the one they had received but this was not the case at all. The workers would also sign the name of the person that the ballot belonged to-which is clearly illegal.\u201d<\/p>\n Carone worked a total of 27 hours at the TCF Center from November 3 to November 4, 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cWhat I witnessed was complete fraud at the TCF Center the whole 27 hours I was there,\u201d Carone said.<\/p>\n Michigan Senator Lana Theis asked Carone: \u201cSo, they had scheduled tabulators at the Department of Elections?\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s the main question here, huh?\u201d Carone replied as the audience gasped. \u201cI was trained on the tabulators and adjudication process and how many people here testified they also saw people coming and going from the department of elections [room] with ballots.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAs I stated, I was not supposed to even talk about this today,\u201d Carone declared.<\/p>\n Senator Theis then confirmed with Carone that batches of ballots after counted were left accessible to anyone in the room and she viewed election workers rescanning the same batches of ballots 4-5 times.<\/p>\n \u201cYep, absolutely,\u201d Carone stated. \u201cThey could scan them 50 times if they want to.\u201d<\/p>\n One senator said if they ran one ballot \u201cover and over\u201d again that would result in \u201cmassive discrepancies\u201d in the poll book.<\/p>\n Carone claimed it was \u201cbatches of 50 ballots\u201d that were allegedly rescanned, not one single ballot. She also said that the poll book was \u201c100 percent off.\u201d<\/p>\n
