A federal judge in Michigan denied ex-Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell\u2019s request to decertify the state\u2019s election result and slammed her claims of a vast election-fraud conspiracy as an assault on hard-fought voting rights.<\/p>\n

The suit against Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is one of those Powell, who is no longer associated with President Donald Trump\u2019s legal team, filed last month and referred to as releasing the Kraken, a mythical sea monster depicted in the 1981 fantasy film \u201cClash of the Titans.\u201d<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Calling Powell\u2019s claims of voting irregularities \u201can amalgamation of theories, conjecture, and speculation,\u201d U.S. District Judge Linda V. Parker said in a ruling on Monday that the suit didn\u2019t put forth the kind of evidence that would justify placing the election results in doubt to allow inspections of voting machines, software and security footage of polling places.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Judge\u00a0Parker was appointed by Barack Obama<\/a>.\u00a0 It\u2019s hard to believe an Obama judge could even spell the word \u2018amalgamation\u2019 \u2013 lots of letters for liberal and biased judges.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Daily Mail reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n

In a 36-page ruling, federal Judge Linda V. Parker finds the suit filed by Sidney Powell as part of her \u2018Kraken\u2019 lawsuits, lacks standing, proposes a remedy it is far too late to enforce \u2013 and critically undermines \u2018faith in the democratic process.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u2018For these reasons, the Court finds that Plaintiffs are far from likely to succeed in this matter,\u2019 she wrote in a scathing concluding passage.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Another Obama judge, another waste of court time and money, another appeal to an honest and righteous judge, another liberal judgement overturned.<\/strong><\/h3>\n
