Rep. Daniel McCarthy Announces Arizona Legislators Invoked Article 2, Section 1 \u2013 Meaning Arizona is Officially a Contested Election<\/h2>\n

Arizona Republicans on Monday called for the decertification of their state\u2019s false election results.<\/p>\n

As Cristina Laila\u00a0reported<\/a> \u2014 last week Arizona Rep. Mark Finchem issued a call to withhold the state\u2019s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden because \u201che believes there is enough significant evidence of fraud to invalidate the state\u2019s votes.\u201d<\/p>\n

Finchem also blasted Doug Ducey.<\/p>\n

\u201cI believe Doug Ducey signed a fraudulent document and he knew it!,\u201d Finchem said.<\/p>\n

Arizona House Majority Leader Warren Petersen released a statement Sunday night ahead of Monday\u2019s press conference: \u201cThe election should not have been certified with the number of irregularities and allegations of fraud. Especially troubling to me are the allegations surrounding the vendor Dominion,\u201d Petersen said in the press release. \u201cIt is imperative that a forensic audit occur immediately of the equipment and software. Upon any showing of fraud the legislature should immediately convene to decertify the vote.\u201d<\/p>\n
