Stone was arrested in a 2019 pre-dawn raid (which\u00a0CNN\u00a0<\/em>was\u00a0alerted to<\/a>\u00a0in advance) and sentenced to 40 months in prison before President Trump\u00a0commuted it<\/a>\u00a0in July, leaving stone with a fine and supervised release.
