<\/p>\nAs I\u2019ve documented in The COVID Chronicles: The Backstory \u2013 2001-2018<\/a> and The COVID Chronicles: The Ramp Up \u2013 2019<\/a>, the COVID-19 \u201cpandemic\u201d was planned well in advance. The following documents and exercises prove that what we\u2019ve witnessed throughout 2020 is no accident:<\/p>\n These are some of the major ones, but several more could be included. The common list of players involved in most, if not all of these efforts, include The World Health Organization (WHO), United Nations, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS), Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security, The Rockefeller Foundation, The World Economic Forum (WEF), U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), and the U.S. and Chinese governments. That\u2019s a staggering amount of power, money, and influence being represented in the planning of these events.<\/p>\n Almost from the outset of this \u201cplandemic\u201d, Bill Gates and other world leaders, politicians, and health professionals all began echoing statements that only a vaccine taken by all would help return things to normal. Given that COVID-19 was a novel virus, how could they know so quickly that it would require global vaccination to eradicate it? Now that there are reports of virus mutations<\/a> that are even more infectious, will the vaccines even matter in a few months? Why should anyone take a vaccine when the WHO has publicly stated<\/a> they are not certain if the vaccines can even prevent infection or know exactly how long antibodies against coronavirus will last?<\/p>\n Big Pharma has been working on coronavirus vaccines for a long time. During its 10-year history, Moderna had failed to bring a single product to market<\/a> before recently receiving emergency use authorization for its mRNA vaccine candidate. The vaccines that were supposed to take 18 months (already a far cry from the 7-10 year norm) to develop were rushed to market in half the amount of time. Could it be that these vaccines were being developed way before the pandemic began? Billions of public dollars were delivered to vaccine makers and coalitions like GAVI<\/a>, CEPI<\/a> (both created and funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation), and WHO\u2019s COVAX<\/a>. Though President Trump pulled financial support for the WHO back in April, in June he announced the U.S. would commit $1.16 billion to GAVI for vaccine funding<\/a> over four years.<\/p>\n As facts (click the Facts About COVID-19 section\u00a0below for a full listing) about COVID-19 and the faulty efforts to contain it began to emerge, awareness that something was amiss became more widespread. With the narrative around the pandemic quickly unraveling, people accordingly grew more concerned about the vaccines and how quickly they were being produced. Mass propaganda campaigns<\/a> have been activated to quell fears and persuade people to be injected with vaccines based on experimental<\/strong> technologies. Efforts to thwart \u201cmisinformation\u201d have also intensified as social media platforms and mass media censor any news or facts that paint the vaccines as dangerous.<\/p>\n Here are some quick facts about COVID-19 in case you missed them.<\/p>\n These facts do not paint COVID-19 as a very deadly virus. It seems as though an overwhelming majority can fight it off naturally, so why is a vaccine necessary? Is the push for global vaccination really to improve public health? Is it solely profit driven to enrich the coffers of Big Pharma? Or is this vaccine scheme a part of something far more sinister?<\/p>\n I believe that global vaccination against COVID-19 is the inception of a plan where technocracy, eugenics, and transhumanism converge to create a new era in human history. I will call it Techgenichumanism<\/em>. If you\u2019ve read the Internet of Bodies (IoB)<\/a> article you\u2019ll already have a good idea of what all this is leading up to. However, this article just scratched the surface of what the global syndicate has planned.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n In order to really comprehend the full ramifications of what a Technocratic society entails, I suggest picking up a copy of Technocracy: The Hard Road to World Order<\/em> by Patrick Wood. Here is a very brief overview.<\/p>\n Technocracy is a concept that goes back to the 1930s. The official definition is \u201cthe science of social engineering, the scientific operation of the entire social mechanism to produce and distribute goods and services to the entire population.\u201d In practical terms, it is a global economic system that depends on advanced technology, primarily artificial intelligence. It is run only by those who create the technology and have the means to control it. Technocrats have been lurking behind the scenes for close to a century, perfecting the methods they intend to use to control all human life on the planet. The same cabal of elitists who have been controlling the world behind the scenes for centuries stand to benefit.<\/p>\n What Does Technocracy Have to do With Coronavirus Vaccines? <\/strong><\/p>\n Technocracy has everything to do with coronavirus vaccines and all vaccine technologies going forward! As outlined in the previous article<\/a> in this series, there is a strong push to make vaccines mandatory. Along with that comes advanced tracking systems. In October, Moncef Slaoui, the official head of Operation Warp Speed, told the Wall Street Journal that all Warp Speed vaccine recipients in the US will be monitored by \u201cincredibly precise\u2026tracking systems\u201d for up to two years<\/a> and that tech giants Google and Oracle would be involved.<\/p>\n In addition to being tracked by Big Tech giants and the military industrial complex, the ultimate goal is to force the entire population to carry digital vaccine certificates<\/a>. These digital certificates may initially be limited to health information, but the plan is to roll out a full-fledged digital ID (ID2020<\/a>) which would contain driver\u2019s licenses, passports, work badges, building access cards, debit and credit cards, transit passes, and more. Would it surprise you to know that the Rockefeller Foundation, Microsoft, and GAVI are all listed as founding partners of this initiative? Would you be shocked to find out that the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is one of its largest donors?<\/p>\n In addition to tracking those who receive vaccinations, there is also a push to identify all who refuse the coronavirus vaccine<\/a>. This demonstrates that the \u201cplandemic\u201d is really serving as the pretext to transform society into a technocrat\u2019s wet dream, where everything and everyone is tied into a digital control and surveillance grid through IoT and IoB technologies.<\/p>\n Whether you take the vaccine or not, plans are being erected to tie you into a global tracking system that will require a digital identity to travel, purchase goods and services, access your workplace, visit a museum, enter a government building, attend a concert, etc. Here is further proof that this is true.<\/p>\n After being approached by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, researchers at MIT and Rice University collaborated on the development of a quantum dot tattoo<\/strong><\/a> that would deliver vaccines and allow vaccination records to be implanted under the skin. The technology was patented by MIT<\/a> in January 2019.<\/p>\n This new vaccine delivery system is intended to work with smartphones as indicated by Kevin McHugh, an assistant professor of bioengineering at Rice:<\/p>\n The tags are incorporated in only some of the array of sugar-based microneedles on a patch. When the needles dissolve in about two minutes, they deliver the vaccine and leave the pattern of tags just under the skin<\/strong>, where they become something like a bar-code tattoo<\/strong>.<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Instead of ink, this highly specific medical record consists of copper-based quantum dots embedded in biocompatible, micron-scale capsules. Their near-infrared dye is invisible<\/strong>, but the pattern they set can be read and interpreted by a customized smartphone<\/strong>.<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n I don\u2019t believe for one second that this is strictly about vaccines and medical records. The quantum tags will remain in your skin permanently and function as a bar code! Bar codes are typically used to track and identify products and animals! In the new technocratic society envisioned by despotic overlords, humans are seen as nothing more than products to be barcoded and monitored at all times.<\/p>\n Page three<\/a> of the patent document provides even more detail about what will be placed inside your body with these quantum tattoos:<\/p>\n Exemplary dyes include inorganic <\/em>nanocrystals<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, <\/em>lanthanide-based<\/em><\/strong> dyes<\/strong><\/em><\/a>, other <\/em>fluorophores<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, and non-fluorescent imaging agents. Preferably the dye is a near infrared imaging agent<\/strong> with an excitation wavelength<\/strong> and an emission wavelength <\/strong>in the near infrared range. A preferred type of inorganic nanocrystals is <\/em>quantum dots<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, e.g., copper-based quantum dots or silver-based quantum dots.<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n The arrangement of microneedles<\/strong> (size, spacing distance, quantity, density, etc.) as well as the type of dyes therein, may correspond to unique information such as a vaccination record, date, or identification of a subject<\/strong>. The microneedles dissolve or are degraded within 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, or 15 minutes upon contact with skin, delivering the dye-encapsulated particles in the skin (preferably the dermis), leaving the dyes as markings\/tattoos that last at least five years. <\/strong><\/em>(emphasis added).\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n The patent goes on to state that quantum dots are \u201cvery small semiconductor particles, generally only several\u00a0nanometres in size.\u201d These implanted materials will turn people into human antennas with the ability to receive wireless frequencies lasting up to five years, and the tattoos cannot be removed! Though it has been denied that the tattoos would serve as digital IDs, the patent document plainly states they can be used for \u201cidentification of a subject.\u201d<\/p>\n Is Technocracy a Luciferian Plot?<\/strong><\/p>\n The ingredient providing bioluminescence to make the quantum tattoos visible is aptly named \u201cLuciferase.\u201d Luciferase is a light-producing enzyme naturally found in fireflies and microorganisms. Luciferase is composed of Luciferin (watch this short video<\/a> to see how the process works). The Wikipedia<\/a> definition for Luciferin is very telling:<\/p>\n Luciferin<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(from the Latin\u00a0lucifer, \u201clight-bringer\u201d<\/strong>) is a generic term for the light-emitting compound found in organisms that generate bioluminescence. Luciferins typically undergo an enzyme-catalysed oxidation and the resulting excited state intermediate emits light upon decaying to its ground state. This may refer to molecules that are substrates for both luciferases and photoproteins.<\/em><\/p>\n The satanic, luciferian agenda to barcode all of humanity under a technocratic one world government will be embedded in the bioluminescent material in the next generation of vaccine technology!<\/p>\n Another related patent (Cryptocurrency System Using Body Activity Data<\/em><\/a>)<\/em> was granted to Microsoft in March 2020. The patent number is WO 2020\/06<\/strong>06<\/strong>06<\/strong> AI. Is this a mere coincidence that the patent number references the number 666, widely known as the symbol of the Mark of the Beast identified in Biblical prophesy?<\/p>\n Though the details are vague, it seems as though the patent relates to a type of financial system relying on data embedded in the quantum dot tattoo that will allow an individual access to cryptocurrency. The patent states:<\/p>\n Body activity data may be generated based on the sensed body activity of the user. A cryptocurrency system communicatively coupled to the device of the user may verify whether or not the body activity data satisfies one or more conditions set by the cryptocurrency system, and award cryptocurrency<\/strong> to the user whose body activity data is verified.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n A Bitcoin article<\/a> explains the process further:<\/p>\n The system may reward cryptocurrency to an owner or a task operator \u201cfor providing services, such as search engines, chatbots, applications or websites, offering users access for free to paid contents (e.g. video and audio streaming or electric books), or sharing information or data with users,\u201d the patent details.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n The patent does not explicitly detail exactly how this process will work, but I\u2019m sure it is being perfected. It will be ready to roll out when the planned economic crash occurs and we transition to a cashless society.<\/p>\n The Eugenics movement<\/a> of the early 19th<\/sup> century justified experimenting on humans with \u201cless desirable\u201d traits and sought to root them out by means such as sterilization and abortion. It was born from theories such as Social Darwinism and overpopulation, popularized by Thomas Malthus. Minorities, the poor, those with lower IQs, criminals, and the physically and mentally ill were the main targets of eugenicists. John D. Rockefeller, along with many others, was a major financier and pioneer of the movement. The\u00a0Eugenics Record Office (ERO) was opened at Cold Spring Harbor, Long Island, New York, in 1910. The American eugenics arm became the inspiration for Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany\u2019s final solution of weeding out \u201csocially inferior\u201d individuals through involuntary sterilization, and later gas chambers and death squads. Planned Parenthood had its origins in the movement as well. In fact, Bill Gates Sr. served on its national board of directors<\/a>. Gates Jr. (of Microsoft fame) confirmed this fact in a 2003 PBS interview<\/a>, stating:<\/p>\n When I was growing up, my parents were always<\/em> involved in various volunteer things. My dad was head of Planned Parenthood. And it was very controversial to be involved with that. And so it\u2019s fascinating.<\/em><\/p>\n The early roots of vaccination also stem from eugenics as demonstrated by a slew of human experimentation projects over the past 100 years. One such project took place at Willowbrook State School on Staten Island, New York from 1955 to 1970. In the search for a hepatitis vaccine, Dr. Saul Krugman and his partner Dr. Joan Giles coerced parents into allowing their mentally ill children to be experimented on<\/a>. In total, more than 50 children from ages 5 to 10 were part of the experiment where \u201cthe children were injected with the virus itself or made to drink chocolate milk mixed with feces from other infected children in order to study their immunity.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n
