As unacceptable as Trump\u2019s term was for ordinary Americans he disdained throughout his time in office, I strongly fear what\u2019s coming under Biden\/Harris and empowered congressional Dems will be much worse domestically and geopolitically.<\/p>\n
Days after brazen fraud elevated the incoming regime to power by election theft, Biden called for enacting more red-flag laws to disarm gun owners called dangerous, by what standard not explained.<\/p>\n
The 2001 Patriot Act created the crime of domestic terrorism for the first time \u2013 defined as \u201cacts dangerous to human life\u2026that appear to be intended:<\/p>\n
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;<\/p>\n
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or<\/p>\n
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n
Under the law, anti-war\/anti-election theft\/global justice demonstrations, environmental and animal rights activism, civil disobedience for justice denied, and dissent of any kind may be falsely called \u201cdomestic terrorism.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Patriot Act circumvented and greatly eroded key Bill of Rights protections.<\/p>\n
Unrelated to national security not threatened, it was and remains all about police state empowerment to eliminate an open, free and fair society incrementally over time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Not good enough for Biden, he wants new legislation in his first 100 days to harden the law that fails the constitutional smell test.<\/p>\n Supported by media press agents, he reinvented reality, calling pro-Trump Capitol Hill protesters \u201cdomestic terrorists (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n The designation applies to bussed in anti-Trump hooligans, DC police and their federal counterparts letting them into the Capitol building, complicit guards escorting them to areas where they sought access.<\/p>\n Events last Wednesday were orchestrated by anti-Trump dark forces, wanting him falsely blamed for what he had nothing to do with.<\/p>\n The same goes for his supporters on Capitol Hill.<\/p>\n They were peaceful, not insurrectionists or domestic terrorists as falsely claimed by Biden and supportive media.<\/p>\n Indeed last Wednesday was \u201c\u2018one of the darkest days in the\u201d nation\u2019s capital \u2014 for deep state orchestrated violence falsely blamed on Trump and his nonviolent supporters.<\/p>\n Biden lied saying the following:<\/p>\n \u201cDon\u2019t dare call them protesters (sic). They were a riotous mob (sic).\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cInsurrectionists (sic). Domestic terrorists (sic). It\u2019s that basic (sic). It\u2019s that simple (sic).\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cSimple\u201d it\u2019s not! Diabolical it was, a state-sponsored false flag for everything unfolding now \u2014 a major rule of law breach by anti-Trump dark forces!<\/p>\n Biden compounded his Big Lies by more of the same, falsely blaming Trump for \u201cunleash(ing) an all-out assault on our institutions of democracy (sic)\u201d \u2014 that\u2019s pure fantasy, never the real thing.<\/p>\n Biden\/Harris comprise Exhibit A \u2014 elevated to high office by brazen election theft, winner Trump now crucified for condemning what happened, wanting it reversed.<\/p>\n When inaugurated next week, Biden\/Harris will take office illegitimately, how their tenure will be throughout their time in office.<\/p>\n In stark contrast, winner Trump will be impeached this week by undemocratic House Dems, Senate trial perhaps to follow.<\/p>\n While removal from office is highly likely to fail, vilifying Trump by Dems and their media press agents for the wrong reasons will likely continue when he returns to private life.<\/p>\n Like what\u2019s ongoing, it\u2019ll be for the wrong reasons, not the right ones.<\/p>\n It\u2019s because nearly all undemocratic Dems share guilt \u2014 notably for high crimes of war and against humanity, along with serving privileged interests exclusively at the expense of most others.<\/p>\n
