\u201cMalicious manslaughter,’\u201d akin to murder, is charged by the doctor based on medical records and court proceedings. They show Sherri Kane\u2019s death was triggered by severe distress causing a hypertensive brain hemorrhage on December 17, 2020. The doctor claims those who caused her death acted to inflict her damage, suffering, and \u2018terminal attrition\u2019 in their corrupted justice system.<\/p>\n

Kane\u2019s skyrocketing blood pressure and multiple strokes followed a \u201cquadruple whammy\u201d committed by the Hawaii syndicate comprised of complicit lawyers, judges, and government officials in November and early December. This mob\u2019s outrageous corruption devastated Sherri Kane\u2019s health and faith that justice would return her and the doctor\u2019s stolen home and spa property on the Big Island of Hawaii; and jail the drug kingpin who forged the legal papers used to steal the couple\u2019s estate along with the doctor\u2019s life-savings.<\/p>\n

\u201cSherri literally saved my life a number of times,\u201d Dr. Horowitz said. MURDERED BY \u201cLAWFARE\u201d<\/h3>\n

Sherri knew many people who developed myriad diseases, become exhausted, and succumbed to the distress of mob rule over the courts, that is, \u201clawfare.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lawfare generally features malicious and damaging abuse of the courts by lawyers and judges intending to damage people, deprive them of justice, steal their rights, and\/or convert their properties.<\/p>\n

\u201cAttrition and submission is their chief goal,\u201d Sherri often said. \u201cThat is their \u2018game-plan\u2019 in the Hawaii courts especially. This is a\u00a0crime syndicate<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Bar members operate this racket to cause severe distress in their victims. They often cause the death of their targets. That\u2019s often how they gain their money, properties, and wash their profits through sham mortgages and fake bank accounts.<\/p>\n

The FBI was keenly aware of this \u201cpublic corruption,\u201d but only acted against a limited number of outsiders. That enabled the syndicate to control and continue.<\/p>\n

Sherri knew all about this cartel dealing drugs and stealing properties in Hawaii. But she just couldn\u2019t detach herself from her personal struggles with this \u201cbeast.\u201d As her losses and damages mounted so did her emotional distress and blood pressure.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe just couldn\u2019t cope with the injustice we witnessed year-after-year. The number of people being harmed, animals being killed. Then, during the month of November, we were struck by four deadly deeds,\u201d Dr. Horowitz explained. These are detailed below.<\/p>\n

It should be known that Sherri Kane\u2019s partner, Dr. Horowitz, is a federal-court-registered medical-legal expert witness. Having witnessed the events below, he plans to file a criminal complaint with state and federal law enforcers in Florida where Sherri lived and died on January 7, 2021.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe courts and law enforcers were repeatedly informed that Sherri had high blood pressure,\u201d Dr. Horowitz explained. \u201cHer medical and court records showed that her blood pressure spiked with severe emotional distress caused by the actions her adversaries committed.\u201d (1)<\/p>\n

\u201cThe corrupt officials stole our home,\u201d the doctor continued. \u201cThey destroyed our spa, killed Sherri\u2019s cat, and safe-harbored their lead agent\u2013the grand jury-indicted forger\u2013Paul J. Sulla<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sulla is a widely known drug kingpin and among Hawaii\u2019s most active forgers and land thieves. Sulla has operated as the \u2018go-to-guy\u2019 for top County of Hawaii officials, including three mayors who protected him. (2) Together, their enterprise stole properties and split profits.<\/p>\n

These crimes extend from Hawaii and span the nation. Four FBI investigators were assigned to Sherri\u2019s case. Each was stymied or stonewalled and unable to enforce criminal laws. There was no justice for Sherri and Len.<\/p>\n

Sherri couldn\u2019t tolerate this disgusting injustice.<\/p>\n

THE \u2018QUADRUPLE WHAMMY\u2019 THAT KILLED SHERRI KANE<\/h3>\n

There were four severely distressing happenings in November, 2020 that combined to be the \u201cproximate cause\u201d of Sherri\u2019s death. (2) Here they are:<\/p>\n

Prosecutor Roth announced his bid for mayor with a \u2018tough on crime\u2019 pitch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE #1: MITCH ROTH\u2019S CON ARTISTRY<\/h3>\n

Mitch Roth ran for Mayor to replace fellow Democrat Harry Kim.<\/p>\n

Kim\u2019s administration worked with Sulla and, like Roth,\u00a0turned a blind eye to Sulla<\/em>\u00a0having committed a \u2018pattern and practice\u2019 of\u00a0\u00a0forging deeds<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0trafficking drugs<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This mob\u2019s enterprise generated millions and millions of dollars.<\/p>\n

For example, Sulla\u2019s second known deed forgery in 2016 bilked the U.S. Army, foreign investors, and 80 needy low-income families out of their money and\/or properties.<\/p>\n

Sherri Kane helped publish these facts in an \u201cExecutive Summary<\/a>\u201d detailing the \u201cWaikoloa Highlands Heist<\/a>.\u201d That scheme defrauded the chief competitor of the Hunter and Joe Biden-affiliated\u00a0Burisma Holdings\u2019 energy company in the Ukraine.<\/a>\u00a0These facts tied this local Hawaii crime syndicate to the Bidens\u2019 international business influence.<\/p>\n

That same year, as\u00a0known to Roth and other County officials<\/a>, Sulla forged\u00a0Dr. Horowitz\u2019s deed that was also warranted by the County<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Both forged deeds slandered titles to County of Hawaii warranted lands. Yet Roth did worse than nothing about this. He actually protected Sulla and aided-and-abetted Sulla\u2019s illegal million dollar land conversions.<\/p>\n

According to Sulla\u2019s disclosures to investigative journalist Patricia Tummons in 2014, as published in\u00a0Environment Hawaii<\/em><\/a>, Sulla described his Hawaii mob as a \u201cconsortium.\u201d<\/p>\n

This Democratic Party-allied criminal consortium also controls Hawaii\u2019s courts. Law enforcers statewide operate under its corrupt influence, according to Kane\u2019s investigations and publications.<\/p>\n

Paul Sulla stands indicted for forgery and land thievery behind defense counsel, Brian DeLima.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

On\u00a0November 2, 2020<\/strong><\/a>, one day before Roth was elected County of Hawaii mayor, Roth directed his subordinate prosecutors to\u00a0dismiss<\/em>\u00a0Sulla\u2019s indictment\u00a0for stealing Sherri and Len\u2019s home and spa property by\u00a0obvious forgery<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Why Roth\u2019s dismissal?<\/p>\n

Roth was in charge of his underlings,\u00a0Chris Rothfus and Andrew Son<\/a>, who claimed they lacked proof for conviction \u201cbeyond a reasonable doubt.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHogwash,\u201d Horowitz protested.<\/p>\n

Over the years, \u201cThe HOROKANE\u201d provided Roth with substantial proof of Sulla\u2019s string of forgeries. The one Sulla was indicted for was the \u2018tip of the iceberg.\u2019<\/p>\n

Roth harbored Sulla repeatedly over the years regardless of the evidence presented him by Hilo police investigators.<\/p>\n

So Roth was\u00a0complicit<\/em>\u00a0in Sulla\u2019s theft schemes. Roth caused the couple\u2019s damages and distress.<\/p>\n

What was Roth thinking?<\/p>\n

\"Hawaii<\/p>\n

Roth-Thwarted Associate Prosecutor, Rick Damerville<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Roth knew \u201cThe HOROKANE\u201d had a large online following on Facebook,\u00a0JudicialCorruptionNews.com<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0RevolutionTelevision.net<\/a>. Roth and his cohorts in crime needed to keep these broadcast journalists quiet long enough to\u00a0win his mayoral election.<\/p>\n

So Roth approved of Sulla\u2019s prosecution just long enough to chill the couple\u2019s publications and political threat.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why Roth dismissed the case one day before his Democratic Party mob-controlled election.<\/p>\n

In other words, Kane was conned into believing justice would be served against Sulla. She was defrauded into thinking the couple\u2019s stolen property would be returned.<\/p>\n

Subsequently, on the eve of Roth\u2019s election, Roth obstructed justice for political gain and continued mob rule.<\/p>\n

Roth even conned his veteran prosecutor, Rick Damerville, who worked for years to develop the now dismissed case against Sulla.<\/p>\n

Sherri recorded a telephone conversation in which Damerville objected incredulously to Roth\u2019s subordinate prosecutors\u2019 sabotage. They dropped Damerville\u2019s prosecution and dashed Kane\u2019s hope of \u2018finality\u2019\u2013 jailing Sulla justly.<\/p>\n

<\/h3>\n

MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE #2: THE DISHONORABLE JUDGE WENDY DEWEESE\u2019S CON ARTISTRY<\/h3>\n

\"JudgeOn July 22, 2020, the\u00a0State of Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals ruled<\/a>\u00a0that Sulla had probably foreclosed on Sherri\u2019s and Len\u2019s property\u00a0illegally. So this higher court (after capriciously\u00a0depriving the couple of their $200,000 jury award<\/a>)\u00a0vacated<\/em>\u00a0Sulla\u2019s foreclosure.<\/p>\n

That\u00a0ruling<\/a>\u00a0sent the case back to the lower court of Judge Wendy DeWeese. Here, DeWeese compounded the couple\u2019s distress, and caused Sherri\u2019s death.<\/p>\n

DeWeese disregarded the appellate Tribunal\u2019s instruction that she\u00a0 should follow case law. That required Sulla to prove his ownership of the couple\u2019s property that Sulla acquired by multiple forgeries. This higher court ruling instructed DeWeese to permit Sherri and Len to \u2018have their day in court\u2019 to \u2018adjudicate the merits\u2019 of their defenses.<\/p>\n

But DeWeese did neither.<\/p>\n

On November 27, 2020<\/strong>,\u00a0DeWeese granted Sulla the couple\u2019s property<\/a>\u00a0by actually\u00a0altering the higher court\u2019s explicit ruling<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Now that dirty deed is a misdemeanor. It is called \u2018evidence tampering\u2019 under Hawaii law\u00a0\u00a7710-1076.<\/b><\/p>\n

DeWeese\u2019s \u201cTampering with physical evidence\u201d\u00a0<\/b>is apparent upon close examination of the\u00a0appellate ruling<\/a>\u00a0versus\u00a0DeWeese\u2019s transcript<\/a>\u00a0that precisely alters the case number subject to the higher court\u2019s decision.<\/p>\n

DeWeese\u2019s misdemeanor is compounded by her\u00a0hindering the couple\u2019s defense and counter-prosecution<\/em>\u00a0of Sulla. That\u2019s another misdemeanor under Hawaii Revised Statute\u00a0\u00a7710-1030\u00a0 titled \u201cHindering prosecution in the second degree.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Besides these two misdemeanors, DeWeese deprived the couple\u2019s rights to due process, and gave Sulla their property.<\/p>\n

So DeWeese\u2019s deeds compounded Roth\u2019s deadly actions that caused Kane\u00a0severe distress<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0death<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Sherri\u2019s blood pressure shot up wildly immediately after Roth and DeWeese ruled. Their actions, along with the following two more judicial assaults, caused Sherri\u2019s hypertensive terminal brain hemorrhage.<\/p>\n

MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE #3: SUPREME COURT CHIEF JUSTICE MARK RECKTENWALD\u2019S DISCIPLINARY STOOGE, BRADLEY TAMM, DISMISSED KANE\u2019S COMPLAINT AGAINST \u2018THE MOB\u2019<\/h3>\n

\"\"On November 19, 2020<\/strong>, as Sherri and Len were pleading for Judge DeWeese to reconsider her \u201cerror,\u201d Sherri received notice from the Supreme Court of Hawaii\u2019s Chief Disciplinary Counsel,\u00a0Bradley Tamm<\/a>, that Sherri\u2019s\u00a0complaint against Sulla\u2019s associate rip-off artist, lawyer Gary Dubin, was dismissed<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Dubin had helped Sulla steal the couple\u2019s property.<\/p>\n

Later, after The HOROKANE investigated Dubin, they reported that he had been jailed for tax evasion. They discovered and published that a Deep State plot involving Dubin had converted\u00a0$50 million of Philippine Dictator Ferdinand Marcos\u2019 massive fortune.<\/a>\u00a0Dubin\u2019s release from prison was tied to that money.<\/p>\n

\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

This \u201cPort Luc Madam\u201d was \u2018set up\u2019 by top state and federal drug dealers and Dubin to go to jail to protect their racket. At least one complicit judge was involved according to press reports.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dubin had been disbarred in Hawaii for ripping off many victims besides Sherri and Len.<\/p>\n

During\u00a0Dubin\u2019s investigation<\/a>\u00a0by Tamm\u2019s subordinate Office of Disciplinary Counsel (\u201cODC\u201d) lawyers, the \u2018white hats\u2019 asked Sherri to submit supplemental complaints against Sulla and his co-counsel,\u00a0Stephen Whittaker,<\/a>\u00a0and Kane did so promptly.<\/p>\n

But Tamm intervened in order to protect their criminal enterprise. Recktenwald\u2019s subordinate quickly dismissed Sherri\u2019s complaints to conceal and protect Sulla and their mob\u2019s apparent\u00a0complicity in land thievery and sex and drug crimes<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sherri and Len had provided the ODC with irrefutable evidence proving\u00a0Sulla had bribed his substitute lawyer, Stephen D. Whittaker<\/a>. But Tamm intervened to protect the corrupted enterprise and continue The Mob\u2019s fraud and theft schemes.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Sherri learned and published that Bradley Tamm had been disciplined himself for\u00a0embezzling clients\u2019 money as a drug addict and alcoholic<\/a>\u00a0suspended by the\u00a0State of California Bar Association<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Presumably, Chief Justice Recktenwald couldn\u2019t find any lawyer better qualified to do The Mob\u2019s bidding. So Recktenwald positioned Tamm to be the \u2018gate keeper\u2019 protecting all of their racket\u2019s most corrupt lawyers.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE #4: SHERRI KANE\u2019S LAWYER, MARGARET WILLE\u2019S, BETRAYAL<\/h3>\n

As evidenced by the\u00a0court transcript<\/a>\u00a0of November 5, 2020, Judge DeWeese railroaded Kane, Horowitz and their ally, Mitch Fine who attempted to intervene in their case. \u201cMitch\u201d helped finance the couple\u2019s spa project and held substantial interest in the lands being stolen.<\/p>\n

Appearing on the\u00a0video recording<\/a>\u00a0together, these three victims were\u00a0shocked<\/em>\u00a0by their supposed \u2018friendly defense counsel,\u2019 Margaret Wille, who stated that she\u00a0agreed<\/em>\u00a0with DeWeese\u2019s ruling!<\/p>\n

\u201cI agree with what you are doing,\u201d Wille told DeWeese about the railroading, effectively betraying and undermining Fine and breaking Sherri\u2019s heart.<\/p>\n

Wille had, in fact, advised Mitch to file his motion to intervene that De Weese was denying.<\/p>\n

Sherri was devastated by this betrayal. She went into a state of shock.<\/p>\n

Sherri had done substantial work for \u201cMargaret\u201d gratis. Sherri had launched, customized, and administered Wille\u2019s professional website. Sherri referred clients to Margaret.<\/p>\n

Wille had represented the journalists\u2019 interests for four years, was paid more than $60,000.00, with twice more pending victory over Sulla.<\/p>\n

Margaret had secured her debt over Sherri and Len by a lien on the couple\u2019s adjacent property. So Wille\u2019s betrayal, her agreeing with what DeWeese was doing to deprive the three damaged people, in-effect, condemned Sherri and Len to suffer many more years of costly and distressing litigation, or lose their remaining property to Margaret.<\/p>\n

Neither Lenny nor Sherri could financially or emotionally afford many more years of this disgusting \u201cdue process.\u201d Their abuse and attrition would secure for Wille and Sulla every bit of the couple\u2019s properties, and leave them destitute.<\/p>\n

Anyone with any reasonable intelligence would have taken Wille\u2019s statement as a \u201cstab in the back,\u201d as Kane did to her demise.<\/p>\n

\"\"Other than to protect Wille\u2019s relationship with Judge DeWeese, and secure the judicial racket\u2019s interests for Wille and Sulla, there was no need whatsoever for Wille to have said to the judge, \u201cI agree with what you are doing.\u201d<\/p>\n

And then, if that wasn\u2019t bad enough, Sherri had more good cause to be devastated.<\/p>\n

Wille never once filed any complaint against her \u2018brother\u2019 lawyers, Sulla and Whittaker, knowing full well she was bound by her license and ethical rules to do so. Wille knew about, but neglected nonetheless, both lawyers\u2019 host of felonies and unethical service to The Mob.<\/p>\n

EPILOGUE: WHO THE MOB KILLED AND WHY WE SHOULD CARE<\/h3>\n

During the month of November, through mid-December, Sherri was deeply depressed by these \u201cjudicial proceedings.\u201d She had already not been feeling well, but after these events Sherri increasingly complained of severe headaches, and high blood pressure. She made appointments, saw a number of doctors, and took their meds to no avail.<\/p>\n

On December 17, Sherri Kane awakened in pain. A brain aneurysm had burst sending blood into her \u2018subarachnoid spece\u2019 ultimately causing vast nerve damage and a series of strokes.<\/p>\n

On January 7, 2020, after four emergency surgeries, and extended brain damage while on life-support, Sherri Kane died at Gulf Coast Hospital in Fort Myers, Florida, as a victim of the aforementioned \u201ccriminal abuse of process\u201d and\u00a0manslaughter<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\"SherriSherri Kane personified the best of humanity, decency, integrity, and pure love. She was a mesmerizing \u2018larger-than-life\u2019\u00a0 avenger against injustice by reason of the compassion she felt for others victimized, as she was, by psychopaths.<\/p>\n

Sherri lent her pen, beauty, acting skills, and voice to those who were voiceless\u2013to the masses of people, especially women and children, deprived of their rights, dignity, and properties.<\/p>\n

Sherri battled incessantly for those made sick and enslaved by the \u201cjudicial racket\u201d that killed her.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s why Sherri created this website,\u00a0JudicialCorruptionNews.com<\/a>, and her popular Facebook group,\u00a0Report Hawaii Corruption<\/em><\/a>\u2013to help secure people\u2019s happiness and properties.<\/p>\n

Sherri Kane\u2019s efforts extended beyond Hawaii to the world damaged by political corruption, and the trafficking of drugs and human sex slaves. Before and after Sherri\u2019s funeral (that took place near Philadelphia at the King David Memorial Cemetery on January 11, 2021), her friends and loved ones prayed that justice would be served upon those named above, and others in \u201claw enforcement\u201d who violated their oaths, disgraced their offices, and distressed, damaged, and arguably\u00a0murdered<\/em>\u00a0Sherri.<\/p>\n

What will become of these complicit agents?<\/p>\n

Surely Sherri\u2019s adversaries will continue to justify their actions and likely get away with murdering others if something is not done to stop them. All of Sherri\u2019s friends agreed about this and the hopelessness it imparts. No help is expected from the complicit FBI or DEA as Sherri and Len unfortunately learned repeatedly.<\/p>\n

Each of the devildoers will all surely deny their complicity and accountability in Sherri\u2019s death. They will divert from, conceal, and otherwise defend their recklessness, malice, and\/or negligent\u00a0manslaughter<\/em>\u00a0of this most beloved heart and soul.<\/p>\n

That will not, however, obviate their karmic debt, and impact on their destinies. Sherri\u2019s friends all agreed that the damage done to Sherri, her grieving mother and many others Sherri helped,\u00a0shall afflict and solemnly burden the devildoers\u2019 lives evermore.<\/p>\n

Sherri\u2019s manslaughter condemns their spirits to suffer eternally.<\/p>\n

After her funeral, Sherri\u2019s friends gathered and discussed the best and likeliest outcome for these people who robbed society of Sherri\u2019s beauty and loving service at the young age of 51. They should be, and will be, tortured under God\u2019s \u2018due process,\u2019 all agreed.<\/p>\n

Now, \u2018from the other side,\u2019 Sherri continues to help us. She now works with the angels of retribution.<\/p>\n

Everyone who knew Sherri well, knowing her intense spiritual power, and uncanny metaphysical activity (all mentored by her prophetically-psychic grandmother next to whom Sherri now rests in peace), agreed on this prediction too:\u00a0Sherri would surely serve beyond her grave, from heaven, helping to avenge her killing and the damage done similarly to others.<\/em><\/p>\n

Justice shall be administered to the traitors against decency, morality, ethical responsibility, and constitutional duty<\/strong>. Sherri\u2019s soul arises from her grave to serve this higher calling.<\/p>\n

Two days after Sherri\u2019s death Sulla\u2019s main protector\u2013the new Hilo mayor, Mitch Roth\u2013suffered a\u00a0heart attack<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

That was no \u2018coincidence.\u2019 This news broke on the day Sherri was burried.<\/p>\n

In Sherri\u2019s own words, included in her obituary linked\u00a0HERE<\/a>, \u201cSherri always said, \u2018there is no such thing as \u201ccoincidences.\u201d Her greatest wish was to see justice served.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sherri\u2019s greatest wish shall surely come true, since she now has the freedom to give the demons a taste of their own \u2018medicine.\u2019<\/p>\n

(1) Dr. Horowitz alleges that several Big Island judges, lawyers, and prosecutors committed Sherri\u2019s\u00a0manslaughter<\/em>. They caused her death\u00a0recklessly<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0maliciously<\/em>. There is evidence of \u201cmalicious intent.\u201d And both voluntary and involuntary manslaughter are crimes according to\u00a0Hawaii law \u00a7707-702<\/a>\u00a0and\/or\u00a0Florida Statute 782.07(1)<\/a>. These statutes criminalize \u201cattempted manslaughter.\u201d In Florida this violation includes the offense of \u201cattempted murder.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to Florida law, a second degree felony is committed by\u00a0killing someone by \u201cculpable negligence.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(2) Sherri Kane had sought justice to serve karma upon those who had killed her cat, diverted her professional productivity, and largely stole her happiness.<\/p>\n

Sherri\u2019s domestic partner, Dr. Horowitz, had been battling to retain their house and 27-acre estate spa property for years against the grand jury-indicted deed forger and predicate land thief,\u00a0Paul J. Sulla, Jr<\/a>. Sulla is one of the nation\u2019s leading hallucinogenic drug traffickers.<\/p>\n

The couple\u2019s criminal complaints appeared to pay off on December 4, 2020, when Sulla was\u00a0indicted by a Hilo grand jury<\/a>\u00a0for forging one of the couple\u2019s deeds. Over the years, Sulla had altered a number of deeds, mortgages, and notes; all repeatedly neglected by the former prosecutor, now Mayor,\u00a0Mitch Roth<\/a>.<\/p>\n
