This unprecedented photo shows U.S. soldiers sleeping on the floor of the nation\u2019s Capitol building in Washington, DC\u2014with 25,000 more outside on the streets\u2014and thousands more nationwide on one-day notice.<\/p>\n

This is \u2018unprecedented\u2019 unless some unknown private fell asleep during the Battle of 1812 when the British were burning the city\u2014but these soldiers are not there to defend the building\u2019s inhabitants from harm.<\/p>\n

No.<\/p>\n

They are there because the president has invoked The Insurrection Act<\/em> as a result of an attempt by those within that same building to steal the government of the United States of America on behalf of foreign powers.<\/p>\n

So these soldiers are not defenders against riots or rioters, but more like guards preventing escape or the \u2018disappearance\u2019 of evidence.<\/p>\n

No traitors get in\u2014but perhaps more importantly\u2014no traitors get out. There was yet another attempt on the President\u2019s life Saturday past by dark forces within the Deep State, and perhaps he\u2019s had enough, though I suspect this move has been his plan for months if not years.<\/p>\n

So, when did the President invoke the Insurrection Act and how do I know it?<\/h2>\n

I know only because this loose lipped mayor who thinks he\u2019s sinking Trump\u2019s ship leaked it and The White House has gone silent ever since, which tells me we are now in the end game.<\/p>\n

Mayor David Holt is no fan of Donald Trump\u2014yet he received a call from the president last week letting him know The Insurrection Act had been invoked\u2014with a friendly tip that arrests of traitors in his city would begin shortly thereafter.<\/p>\n

Rather than keeping this call private\u2014as any reasonable elected official would do\u2014publicity-seeking Holt leaked the information about the call.<\/p>\n

Just my opinion, but I think my 3-D chess playing president knew this weak link, BLM-supporting Holt, would do exactly that\u2014but at any rate, that\u2019s how I know\u2014not by some inside intel.<\/p>\n

Now, you\u2019d probably like to know what that means, right?<\/h2>\n

It means there does not have to be an inauguration on January 20th.\u00a0 Donald J. Trump can\u2014and probably will\u2014remain president, until all traitors have been apprehended, as is his duty under this Act.<\/p>\n

This will not be an overnight situation, folks\u2014but the traitors cannot serve in Congress or any public office if convicted by a military tribunal for treason or aiding and abetting traitors\u2014which many Democrats and an embarrassingly high number of RINO Republicans have seemingly done.<\/p>\n

I bring this up, as the whole basis for the Democrats\u2019 Fake Impeachment 2.0 and its two hour, non-fact based screaming match this week was that the president instigated the attack on the Capitol and he must be removed from office and ruined for it! (more on that below)<\/p>\n

So, this means\u2014under the Act (which I\u2019m getting to) that the BLM\/CNN attackers are ripe for arrest and charges of sedition\u2014as well as their sponsoring outfits and funders, BLM, CNN and The Democrat Party.<\/p>\n

Got that?\u00a0 If Trump wants to wipe out Fake News, now\u2019s his chance, cause they\u2019ve all parroted the same lies to falsely frame Trump and millions of patriotic Americans who support their president.<\/p>\n

And a quick note on that\u2014how could Trump\u2019s speech \u2018instigate\u2019 an attack that already happened?<\/h2>\n

Yep.\u00a0 That\u2019s right.<\/p>\n

Trump was just warming up when CNN\u2019s Jade Sacker, and BLM\u2019a John Sullivan had already instigated the attack at the Capitol (we have it on film), which was a 56 minute brisk walk from the speech venue on the White House Ellipse due to crowds.<\/p>\n

Trump\u2019s speech ended 116 minutes after<\/em> CNN and BLM had already breached the Capitol door and were breaking things\u2014which would have taken Trump\u2019s crowd another 56 minutes just to get there!<\/p>\n

116 plus 56\u2014for the libs reading this\u2014is 2 hours and 52 minutes.<\/p>\n

This was clearly a pre-planned attack to frame Trump\u2014and all of his supporters\u2014to deprive them of rights and good name.\u00a0 Staging a coup also falls under The Insurrection Act, by the way.<\/p>\n

So, let\u2019s get to \u2018the Act\u2019 itself, shall we?<\/h2>\n

10 U.S. Code \u00a7 253<\/strong> \u2013 Interference with State and Federal law<\/em><\/p>\n

The President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful combination, or conspiracy, if it\u2014<\/p>\n

  1. so hinders the execution of the laws of that State, and of the United States within the State, that any part or class of its people is deprived of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law, and the constituted authorities of that State are unable, fail, or refuse to protect that right, privilege, or immunity, or to give that protection; or<\/li>\n
  2. opposes or obstructs the execution of the laws of the United States or impedes the course of justice under those laws.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    In any situation covered by clause (1), the State shall be considered to have denied the equal protection of the laws secured by the Constitution.<\/p>\n

    Question\u2014What would you call stealing a federal election in concert with seven foreign governments, the CCP, terrorists, anti-American Marxist forces (a.k.a., the Democrat party) and numerous election\u2014and elected\u2014officials at the State level who knowingly participated in the fraud?<\/p>\n

    Could that possibly be deemed as depriving the American people \u2018of a right, privilege, immunity, or protection named in the Constitution and secured by law\u2019 oh say, like electing their own president?<\/p>\n

    Or how about faking millions of ballots, \u2018switching\u2019 votes from Trump to Biden using Leonardo satellites in concert with the Italian government and traitors in the U.S. Embassy to Scytl servers controlled by the CIA in Germany, adding fake names for the false ballots, made up in Pakistan?<\/p>\n

    Would any of that qualify, you think?<\/p>\n

    By going with The Insurrection Act, President Trump takes this out of his own hands, which is bloody damn brilliant.<\/strong>\u00a0 It now falls to the military to quell and bring the traitors, aiders, and abetters to justice\u2014while President Donald J. Trump stays at the helm with completely clean hands until this man says \u201cAll clear, Sir.\u201d<\/p>\n

    Being disloyal is not treason nor does it call for a military tribunal, but helping other disloyals attempt to take down your nation is<\/em> treason and does.<\/p>\n

    Department of Defence Secretary Christopher Miller may have already started the military tribunals to take care of these traitors in my opinion.<\/p>\n

    You see, this won\u2019t go to the dysfunctional and corrupt civilian courts that have so clearly avoided their duty in these acts of treason against the United States\u2014where not a single state or federal court did its duty.<\/p>\n

    These traitors are destined to go before military tribunals for a very quick process, then punished in short order without lengthy appeals.<\/p>\n

    Once determined by the Tribunal to be enemies, these traitors will have no recourse to civilian courts or rights accorded them in the civilian world.<\/p>\n

    There will be no jury of 12 peers, just commissioned military officers of a number set by the judge or tribunal; requiring only 3\/4 votes of the jury to imprison for life\u2014or unanimous for death.<\/p>\n

    What should have the entire Obama\/Biden Administration\u2019s upper echelon on edge, many of the Bush\/Cheney regime squirming, and the murderous Clinton cabal looking for someone to blame, is the report we just received (but have since been told this may be from 2017\u2013the link was just taken down, so if this was earlier, my apologies):<\/p>\n

    Trump will ultimately remain president\u2014even if they do a show \u2018inauguration\u2019 just to allow Joe Biden to complete his and the cabal\u2019s crime\u2014but he will receive an indictment instead of power.<\/p>\n
