Fraud vitiates everything.<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The \u2018Uniform Commercial Code or admiralty law\u201d, or the law of contracts and trade, governs every aspect of our statutory laws.<\/p>\n

We are dealing with fraud at every level of this presidential social \u201ccontract\u201d currently in place.<\/p>\n

1) Imposter Principal to and subject of the contract in the person of the Biden clone\/double <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

2) Fraud in the execution of the election in every State starting with the Democrat Primaries and ending with the blatant theft of the election in the dead of night on November 4th <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

3) Fraud in the litigation of the fraud by Judicial failure at every level <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

4) Fraud by the media in censoring the President and the public\u2019s first amendment right to hear, speak and know the truth before during and after the election cycle <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

5) Fraud in the certification process by Congress using a false flag and threat of impeachment and domestic terrorism to remove transparency from the public purview with the same treasonous actions in the dead of night on January 21st. <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

6) Fraud in the inauguration of a clearly illegitimate candidate. The American people pay their taxes in consideration of their right to vote. They were defrauded of their money and their vote by being presented with an inferior product that is made by China.
