{"id":52083,"date":"2021-02-11T12:30:32","date_gmt":"2021-02-11T16:30:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=52083"},"modified":"2021-02-11T12:30:41","modified_gmt":"2021-02-11T16:30:41","slug":"watch-graham-asks-what-did-pelosi-know-about-capitol-riot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=52083","title":{"rendered":"Watch: Graham Asks &#8220;What Did Pelosi Know&#8221; About Capitol Riot?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Says Democrat efforts to connect Trump to Proud Boys are \u201cLooney Tunes\u201d<\/h2>\n<p><!--more-->Steve Watson<br \/>\nSUMMIT News<\/p>\n<p><strong>Senator Lindsey Graham suggested Wednesday that Nancy Pelosi knew about the pre-planned riot at the Capitol in January.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In an appearance on\u00a0<em>Hannity<\/em>, Graham said \u201cHere\u2019s what I want to know: What did Nancy Pelosi know and when did she know it?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Graham pointed to FBI communications that have revealed authorities knew there was a threat and that agitators were heading to Washington DC to start a \u201cwar\u201d, and had placed pipe bombs in the area the night before.<\/p>\n<p>Watch:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/video.foxnews.com\/v\/video-embed.html?video_id=6231042528001&amp;loc=summit.news&amp;ref=https%3A%2F%2Fsummit.news%2F2021%2F02%2F11%2Fvideo-graham-asks-what-did-pelosi-know-about-capitol-riot%2F&amp;_xcf=\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" aria-label=\"More+Videos\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Graham argued that the FBI revelations disprove the Democrats\u2019 claim that President Trump\u2019s speech and further comments on the 6th of January were the main cause of the unrest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe whole storyline, originally, was Trump created this with his speech,\u201d Graham said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow we know that people had this on their mind before he spoke. So now they\u2019re playing this bizarre game of trying to get Trump in on it before Jan. 6\u2026This is why you don\u2019t want to have snap impeachments,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Referring to the show trial, Graham said that \u201cThe not-guilty vote is growing after today. I think most Republicans found the presentation by the House managers offensive and absurd.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In an effort to prevent Democrat taking his comments out of context, Graham clarified that \u201cWe all know what happened in the Capitol was terrible.
