Part Four of the BolenReport\u2019s <\/b>\u201cCalifornia is Ground Zero\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a> series\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

I am watching the \u201cAnti-Vaxxer\u201d<\/i><\/b> Movement operate all across America and I am very<\/b> pleased.\u00a0 I am seeing stumbling, bumbling, fall-down-and start-over, groups and mini-groups, look carefully at what is going on in US healthcare, get up once again, and go forward with a brand new attack, inching incrementally towards victory, teaching themselves, and their others, how to defeat what HAD appeared to be an insurmountable enemy.<\/span><\/p>\n

I sit here like a proud parent of an infant, watching the determination of that youngster, dirty diapers and all, teaching itself the coordination to walk, embedding the moves necessary to operate into their psyche.\u00a0 With their eye on where they are going.<\/span><\/p>\n

I am watching the evolution of a brand new, up-to-date, Health Freedom Movement\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

I am impressed.<\/b>\u00a0 This one is going to be bigger than the last one, and its opportunities to affect change are almost endless.\u00a0 Currently called the \u201cAnti-Vaxxer\u201d<\/i><\/b> Movement it is anything but something that simple.\u00a0 It is a true Health Freedom Movement and it is headed for immense success\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

California is the key battleground.<\/b>\u00a0 Why?\u00a0 For several reasons, the primary of which, is the simple fact that it was the emerging \u201cAnti-Vaxxer\u201d<\/i><\/b> Movement\u2019s first big DEFEAT.\u00a0 Not only a major DEFEAT, but a resounding walloping.\u00a0 From that walloping grew a national, and international, anger, and a switch in the way the emerging \u201cAnti-Vaxxer\u201d<\/i> <\/b>Movement operated.<\/span><\/p>\n

California\u2019s SB 277 (Mandatory vaccinations for children) is, I think, going to go down in history as the catalyst that began the destruction of the globalist Big Pharma\/China conglomerate\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

And, I think that destruction is well under way.<\/b>\u00a0 Why do I say that?\u00a0 Because California\u2019s SB 277 was supposed to be Big Pharma\/China\u2019s model for legislation all across America vaccine-damaging as many American children as possible, as fast as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

What happened?\u00a0 The \u201cAnti-Vaxxer\u201d<\/i> movement grew up, so-to-speak, overnight,<\/b> and even though Big Pharma\/China had a massive head start and trillions of dollars to bribe Democrat legislators all over America, they only won two more States making, at the end of the day, the score 47 to 3 in favor of the \u201cAnti-Vaxxer <\/i>\u201cmovement<\/b> for States that forced vaccines on children.<\/span><\/p>\n

And the \u201cAnti-Vaxxers\u201d<\/i> were digging change out of the sofa cushions to keep going.<\/b>\u00a0 For amusement the \u201cAnti-Vaxxers\u201d<\/i><\/b> could go down to the harbor, so-to-speak, and watch the Big Pharma\/China money ships unload shrink-wrapped pallets of hundred dollar bills being delivered to Democratic Party legislators in those 47 States, where their money bought NOTHING.<\/span><\/p>\n

So, let\u2019s talk about California\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Can the \u201cAnti-Vaxxers\u201d<\/i><\/b> take back California?\u00a0 Yes, and here is why\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

Understanding the reality:<\/span><\/p>\n

(1)\u00a0 Yes, San Francisco, and other ultra-liberal California \u201cSanctuary Cities\u201d<\/i> have issues with human feces and needles on their city streets.<\/b>\u00a0 It is just a simple fact of liberal life \u2013 we are NOT supposed to talk about and embarrass our elected officials. \u00a0 If you MUST visit one of those places, DO NOT wear open-toed shoes, and LOAD UP on Vitamin C before you go, and for sure DO NOT SWIM in any surrounding bodies of water (yes, that is toilet paper floating in the water)\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

THIS is what California has become.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)\u00a0 Of course there is Voter Fraud in California.\u00a0<\/b> California just might actually be a Red State.\u00a0 But, we will never know until we deal with that issue directly.<\/span><\/p>\n

As we all know the terms \u201cDemocratic Party\u201d<\/b> and \u201cVoter Fraud\u201d<\/b> are long-time synonyms.\u00a0 In California the problem is exacerbated by the simple fact that the governance of the State has been taken over, almost completely, by those devoid of human moral code.\u00a0 It is a State full of those who see \u201cThe Ten Commandments\u201d<\/i><\/b> as \u201csomething for other people.\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

(3)\u00a0 Yes, California has the largest number of homeless, illegal aliens, and H-1B workers taking jobs from Americans.<\/b>\u00a0 It is just the way liberal elites think.<\/span><\/p>\n

We know all this to be true.\u00a0 We, here in California live with it every day.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Yes, these problems, described above, need to be solved.\u00a0<\/b> They seem insurmountable (they are not) and it is discouraging.<\/b> But look around.\u00a0 There is a whole movement in America looking at what is happening and dealing with it.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Democrats are trying to stop us by impeaching our President.\u00a0<\/b> Is THAT working?\u00a0 Nope.\u00a0 We are a steamroller running right at them.<\/span><\/p>\n

But let\u2019s stay focused on what we do best \u2013 Health Care.\u00a0<\/b> Why?\u00a0 Because it is VERY obvious that the American public is awakening.\u00a0 The problems described above are being worked on by our allies \u2013 those that want, and are insisting on, a return to the system based upon Judeo\/Christianity.<\/span><\/p>\n

In California we have been down this road before\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

And we won the war, totally getting our way.\u00a0 It took a while, but we were patient and persistent.\u00a0 A battle had started in California over what is called \u201cAlternative Medicine\u201d<\/i><\/b> in earnest, in roughly 1996.\u00a0 Our ongoing battle lasted until 2003 when we totally revised California law.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

During this seven year process we almost completely destroyed Big Pharma\u2019s \u201cquack buster\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a> operation.\u00a0 The old California Health Freedom Movement was relentless\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n

More, in our anger and demand for justice, we were able to totally remove the existing California Medical Board, and get the Governor to appoint all new members.\u00a0 We sponsored and got passed about five new laws protecting our interests.\u00a0 We forced the Medical board to accept a \u201ctwo year monitor\u201d<\/i><\/b> which in itself forced the Medical Board staff into an objective rather than a subjective process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Is such intensive action necessary right now to protect doctors that issued Medical Exemptions for Vaccines?\u00a0 Yes, it is\u2026<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

I am going to give you here an excerpt and a link<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a> to a 2003 article I wrote (yes, we are talking about seventeen years ago) that outlines what we were doing in the California Health Freedom Movement.\u00a0 When you read this excerpt realize that we arranged EVERYTHING that happened.\u00a0 We were completely ruthless and focused on winning everything \u2013 and we did.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe California Health Freedom Movement is tough. Very tough.<\/i><\/b> It wants real, up-to-date, health care, and it wants it right now. It allows no impediments to its desires. None. Why should we? We\u2019re Americans.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

One of the last alternative MDs prosecuted by the Medical Board of California (MBC) was Bob Sinaiko of San Francisco.<\/i><\/b> That case, and its surrounding activities, literally, broke the <\/i>quackbusters<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span>\u2019<\/span> <\/i><\/b>power in California. They\u2019ve never been able to recover.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

The MBC, itself, was beaten silly over the Sinaiko case.<\/i><\/b> The existing appointed Board, at the time, was entirely removed, and ALL new members put in place.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

The MBC staff, the real source of quackbusters\u2019 machinations, was reviled in the California press where it was shown that they intentionally avoided prosecuting bad doctors, and focused on solo practitioners.<\/i><\/b> The NEW appointed board conducted hearings, and workshops, to get to the bottom of the problems brought to them by health activists. Things have changed.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

We\u2019ve made things BAD for <\/i><\/b>quackbusters<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a> here.<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Alfredo Terrazas was the State of California Attorney General prosecutor in the Sinaiko case.<\/i><\/b> \u201cT-Rex\u201d as he was labeled by the Sinaiko strategy team, hissed in the courtrooms. His presentation was right out of the quackbusters\u2019 playbook \u2013 all of the name calling, short on facts, long on falsehood and misrepresentation.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Sinaiko\u2019s attorney, in an official complaint to California State authorities had pointed to Terrazas\u2019s courtroom antics, where Terrazas had claimed that Sinaiko was \u201cpracticing junk science, voodoo medicine, pseudo-science \u2014 that is to say chronic fatigue syndrome is voodoo science \u2014 selling a bogus treatment, aggressive, loose cannon. He diagnosed Dr. Sinaiko and says he suffers from delusions, paranoia, grandiosity, he has persecutory delusions; if we are not careful, he will mutate his present form of medicine in some other form of quackery. He endangers the public. He is insidious, he uses junk science\u2026\u201d Typical quackbusters\u2019 blatherings.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

The Sinaiko case, of course, starting in 1996, had gone through the administrative hearing process, and on to the OLD appointed board<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Where of course, the <\/i>quackbusters<\/i><\/span><\/a> mentality had influence. They took his license\u2026<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

But in California \u2013 we simply went on to the next step \u2013 appeal.<\/i><\/b>\u00a0 Sinaiko supporters not only raised the money, but they raised public consciousness about the attack on Sinaiko. They made alliances with others groups. Bob Sinaiko has the support, in his case, from not only the California and North American Health Freedom movement, but from the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), the Union of American Physicians and Dentists (UAPD), the California Medical Association (CMA), the Center for Public Interest Law (CPIL), and his patients. Amicus briefs (friend of the court) have been filed by most of the organizations that support Sinaiko.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/i><\/b>quackbusters<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a> didn\u2019t have a chance. They won the first battle, and died in the war.<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Terrazas, in the appeal phase of the Sinaiko case, began to have serious problems.<\/i><\/b> It soon became clear that he wasn\u2019t representing the opinions and policies of the NEWLY appointed Medical Board members, or the people of California. He was in trouble, for his allegation in appeal was\u00a0 \u201cThe standard of care for California medicine was that only \u2018widely accepted\u2019 medicine could be used in California. All else is health fraud, and quackery.\u201d\u00a0 Again -typical quackbusters\u2019 blatherings.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

The first Judge Terrazas came up against openly snorted at his opinions.<\/i><\/b> Terrazas was forced to use his one peremptory challenge to remove the judge from the case. Then\u00a0 <\/span>there came the new Judge \u2013 which didn\u2019t work for Terrazas that well either. Real Judges, outside of the Administrative hearing world, actually act like Judges are supposed to act. When things started to go bad for Terrazas\u2019s case again, he tried to have the second Judge removed. That didn\u2019t work. Then he tried to have all those Amicus briefs barred from appeal. That didn\u2019t work either \u2013 and T-Rex was on a downhill slope.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

What we did in California carried across the nation.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

We completely destroyed Big Pharma\u2019s \u201cQuackbuster\u201d<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a> operation nationwide.\u00a0 It was later replaced with the skeptics<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/a>. <\/i><\/span><\/p>\n
