Edward Griffin<br \/>\nNeed to Know<\/p>\n<div id=\"\" class=\"su-note\">\n<h3 class=\"su-note-inner su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\">The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) canceled their new guidance which stated that employers may be held liable for any adverse reactions if they mandate employees take COVID-19 vaccines as a condition of their employment. OSHA appears to have caved to political pressure and issued a new statement indicating that they will NOT enforce the requirement for employers to record COVID-19 vaccination injuries in workers through May 2022 because they do not want to discourage vaccination. While OSHA was created to protect workers\u2019 rights, instead it\u2019s trampling all over them on behalf of Big Pharma. According to this article, employees are not under any legal obligation to take experimental mRNA shots and employers who attempt to force these shots on their workers are going to get sued.<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"Arial10\"><span class=\"Arial16\">The Occupational Safety and Health Administration threw workers under the bus over the weekend by pulling their new guidance which stated that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.informationliberation.com\/?id=62224\">employers may be held liable for \u201cany adverse reactions\u201d if they mandate employees take COVID-19 vaccines \u201cas a condition of their employment.\u201d<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>On April 20, OSHA released a new <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20210521074344\/https:\/\/www.osha.gov\/coronavirus\/faqs\">FAQ<\/a> on their website stating that if employers require their employees to be vaxxed \u201cthen any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related\u201d (and therefor must be recorded for, at the very least, worker compensation claims).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.informationliberation.com\/files\/osha-guidance-cv-vax.jpg\" width=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>OSHA appears to have caved to political pressure and scrapped their own well-thought-out, pro-worker guidance after just one month so as not to \u201cdisincentivize employers\u2019 vaccination efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.osha.gov\/coronavirus\/faqs\">FAQ now states<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers\u2019 vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904\u2019s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination through May 2022.
