href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/canadian-parliament-coronavirus-cover-up\/\">Canadian parliament erupted over a heated debate regarding the cover-up<\/a>\u00a0of Chinese spies\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/coronavirus-bioweapon\/\">stealing coronavirus from the Winnipeg based BSL-4 lab<\/a>\u00a0to the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China.<\/p>\n<p>The president of the\u00a0Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC)\u00a0had been given until the end of the week to explain why two Canadian government scientists were let go 18 months after being escorted from href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/\">GreatGameIndia<\/a><\/em>\u00a0was hounded by the so-called Fact-checkers operated by NATO\u2019s war propaganda arm \u2013 the Atlantic Council for exposing that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/coronavirus-bioweapon\/\">Coronavirus is actually a Bioweapon<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Now when the Special Committee on Canada-China relations grilled Iain Stewart, the President of PHAC live in Canadian Parliament and demanded explanation on the case the media has silently changed its tune.<\/p>\n<p>Quoting two national security experts inan article titled \u2018<em>Wake-up call for Canada\u2019: Security experts say case of 2 fired scientists could point to espionage<\/em>, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/amp\/1.6059097\">CBS reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt appears that what you might well call Chinese agents infiltrated one of the highest prized national security elements when it comes to biosecurity and biodefence,\u201d said Christian Leuprecht,\u00a0a security expert and professor at\u00a0the Royal Military College and Queen\u2019s University.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>For months, the special parliamentary committee on Canada-China Relations has been demanding PHAC provide answers around that shipment of viruses, the reason that the scientists were fired and whether they are Canadian citizens.<\/p>\n<p>PHAC has said the case involved a possible policy breach, an administrative matter and that the public was never at risk.<\/p>\n<p>However, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/chinese-scientist-smuggled-deadly-viruses-from-canadian-lab-to-wuhan-institute-of-virology\/#Newly_released_investigation_Documents_confirm_GGI_findings\">unclassified investigation documents<\/a>\u00a0as published by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/\"><em>GreatGameIndia<\/em><\/a><em>\u00a0<\/em>earlier show otherwise. The very next day, the recipients (kept secret) replied that the package had arrived safely.<\/p>\n<p>Curiously, for just an \u201cadministrative issue\u201d, important documents regarding the case are redacted by Canadian authorities citing national security.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, Canadian Parliament passed a Conservative motion demanding PHAC turn over hundreds of pages of uncensored documents.<\/p>\n<p>The documents have now been shared with the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians (NSICOP), which is made up of MPs who are appointed by the prime minister and provided national security clearance.<\/p>\n<p>Leuprecht\u00a0believes the documents may reveal\u00a0larger\u00a0security issues at the lab \u2014 and may expose the role of Canada\u2019s allies in the investigation.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis would also explain why you haven\u2019t charged\u00a0them, because once you charge them, then eventually you have to put people on trial. And when you put people on trial, then you have to disclose the evidence that you have. (Public Health Agency of Canada)<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Qiu had\u00a0also brought over Chinese graduate and post-graduate students to work in her lab.<\/p>\n<p>The Globe and Mail recently reported that one of those scientists was Feihu Yan, from the People\u2019s Liberation Army\u2019s (PLA) Academy of Military Medical Sciences.<\/p>\n<p>PHAC spokesperson Eric Morrissette declined to answer questions about\u00a0Yan\u2019s\u00a0work in Winnipeg, saying\u00a0\u201cthe individual was not an employee\u201d of the lab.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cChina has a very active, very aggressive and extremely dangerous bioweapons program,\u201d\u00a0said Leuprecht.\u00a0\u201cSo all the research that\u2019s being generated here could easily be reappropriated by the Chinese authorities to advance rather nefarious causes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>With China\u2019s track record of intellectual property espionage, another expert says it\u2019s concerning that Chinese research institutions were helping to fund some of the work\u00a0done in collaboration with NML scientists.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWhy did our security procedures not identify that this was not a good idea, that these individuals, given their background, should not be given security clearances?\u201d said\u00a0Scott Newark, a former Alberta crown prosecutor, executive officer of the Canadian Police Association, and policy adviser to the Ontario and federal governments.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Qiu and Cheng were last publicly seen at a memorial service for Dr. Frank Plummer, the former head of the national lab who died in February 2020.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/frank-plummer-canadian-lab-scientist-key-to-coronavirus-investigation-assassinated\/\">Canadian scientist Frank Plummer<\/a>\u00a0who headed the NML ended up dead a week after\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/\">GreatGameIndia<\/a><\/em>\u2018s report on the RCMP investigation was published.<\/p>\n<p>Plummer is associated with another key individual to our investigation \u2013 the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/dutch-virologist-ron-fouchier-covid-19-investigation\/\">Dutch virologist Ron Fouchier<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Known as the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/dutch-virologist-ron-fouchier-covid-19-investigation\/#Ron_Fouchier_8211_Creator_of_World8217s_Most_Dangerous_Virus\">creator of the world\u2019s deadliest virus<\/a>, Fouchier isolated the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/dutch-virologist-ron-fouchier-covid-19-investigation\/#Coronavirus_smuggled_out_of_Saudi_Arabia\">SARS Coronavirus and smuggled it out of Saudi Arabia<\/a>, which was then sent to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/frank-plummer-canadian-lab-scientist-key-to-coronavirus-investigation-assassinated\/\">Frank Plummer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/italian-state-media-in-2015-exposed-chinese-biological-experiments-with-coronavirus\/\">secret Chinese experiments were exposed by the Italians<\/a>\u00a0in 2015.
