CHD is calling on anyone who has suffered a vaccine side effect to do three things: file a report on the U.S. government\u2019s VAERS website, report the injury on VaxxTracker.com and also here, on the CHD website.<\/em><\/p>\n By Children\u2019s Health Defense Team<\/p>\n Children\u2019s Health Defense<\/a> (CHD) has joined other organizations around the globe in an effort to encourage, and make it easy, for vaccine recipients to report injuries and adverse reactions to any vaccines, including the new COVID vaccines<\/a> produced by Pfizer<\/a>, Moderna<\/a>, AstraZeneca<\/a> and others.<\/p>\n CHD asks that anyone who suspects they have suffered any kind of adverse side effect, from any vaccine, do all three of the following:<\/p>\n VaxxTracker<\/a> users can click on the option to report anonymously.<\/p>\n \u201cWith vaccines so much in the spotlight now, we have a tremendous opportunity to draw attention to the issues of vaccine safety and vaccine choice<\/a>,\u201d said CHD President Lyn Redwood, RN, MSN<\/a>. \u201cBut we need the public\u2019s help. That\u2019s why CHD has joined in this effort to ensure that vaccine injuries are reported, so they can be analyzed and appropriate actions can be taken.\u201d<\/p>\n VaxxTracker gives people a safe place to report symptoms they believe resulted from a vaccine.
