On January 4, 2021, the honorable editor of the\u00a0British Medical Journal<\/em>\u00a0(\u201cBMJ\u201d), Peter Doshi,\u00a0presented multiple concerns<\/a>\u00a0regarding the Pfizer and Moderna companies\u2019 COVID-19 vaccine testing protocol for determining efficacy. He concluded most assuredly that the public requires \u201cmore details and the raw data.\u201d (1<\/a>)<\/p>\n

Dr. Doshi disclaimed his personal interest in \u201cpursuing the public release of vaccine trial protocols,\u201d and his \u201cco-signed open letters calling for independence and transparency in covid-19 vaccine related decision making.\u201d He reiterated this in his\u00a0February 5, 2021 follow-up \u201cClarification\u201d\u00a0<\/a>replying to skeptics and critics.\u00a0(<\/strong>2<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

As the Editor-in-Chief of Medical Veritas International, Inc.\u2019s\u00a0online journal<\/a>, I have repeatedly done likewise.\u00a0(<\/strong>3<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

In this instant analysis and commentary, I supplement medical-legal concerns that I raised as the only \u2018similarly situated\u2019 plaintiff suing Pfizer and Moderna companies for such alleged \u2018fraudulent concealment\u2019 and urgently needed disclosures. I am proceeding in the U.S. Middle District Court of Florida in\u00a0Horowitz v. Pfizer et. al<\/em>., (2:20cv00955). Therein, I too plead for \u201ctransparency in covid-19 vaccine related decision making\u201d pursuant to the\u00a0absence of the Pfizer vaccine genetic-safety-testing-protocol<\/u>.<\/p>\n

Written on page 72, the Pfizer protocol stated: \u201cGenetics (specified analyses) are not evaluated in this study.\u201d\u00a0(<\/strong>4<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Moderna\u2019s protocol similarly omits genetic safety testing.<\/p>\n

Arguably, these exclusions may be most reasonably construed as reckless, negligent, even malignant. Few, if any, officials listened when I anticipated, accurately predicted, and widely forewarned the emergence of new strains of the subject virus presumably resulting from these companies\u2019 actions. The first hyper-transmissible \u201cvariant\u201d emerged in England a few weeks after Pfizer-vaccine administration began in the UK. This tragedy is now multiplying internationally. Recklessly negligent officials now defend by claiming that these new \u201creassortments\u201d occur naturally, willfully-blind to risks posed by mRNA vaccine (S-protein) \u201cantigen\u201d distribution. These emerging viruses are more transmissible, pathogenic, and threatening to humanity headline news boldly proclaims. All of this unfolding under the influence of Big Pharma, its censorship (i.e., \u201ccancel CULTure\u201d), social conditioning, and civilization\u2019s desensitization.<\/p>\n

Disregarding these concerns, Defendants Pfizer and Moderna manufacture, advertise, and distribute their genetically-engineered products capriciously claiming they are \u201csafe.\u201d These acts, in effect turning humans into \u2018GMOs\u2019, were authorized by certain actors yet to be discovered.<\/p>\n

As Dr. Doshi\u2019s urges, lacking \u201cindependence and transparency in covid-19 vaccine related decision making\u201d threatens everyone.<\/p>\n

Contesting Efficacy and Misrepresentations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Dr. Doshi\u2019s skeptics and critics dismissed his analysis along with the damage done by lacking corporate transparency and concealed data discovery. The\u00a0BMJ<\/em>\u00a0editor\u2019s vaccine efficacy calculation of \u201c19 and 29%\u201d paled by comparison to the more than 90% efficacy hyped by these companies and their \u201cPharmaMedia.\u201d\u00a0(<\/strong>2<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Critics contested observations that false-positive tests were unreliable and confounded efficacy analysts and advertisements. Testing of the Pfizer study population skewed results in favor of false efficacy proclamations.\u00a0(<\/strong>2<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Pfizer<\/p>\n

Dr. Doshi\u2019s analysis also disfavored the FDA\u2019s Emergency Use Authorization (\u201cEUA\u201d) of the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, since he wrote that \u201c[a rough estimate of vaccine efficacy against developing covid-19 symptoms, with or without a positive PCR test result, would be a relative risk reduction of . . . . 19% and 29%. . . far below the 50% effectiveness threshold for authorization set\u00a0by<\/a>\u00a0regulators<\/a>.\u201d\u00a0(<\/strong>2<\/strong><\/a>)\u00a0<\/strong>The efficacy of placebos generally surpass 30%, and sugar pills don\u2019t mutate human RNA and corrupt DNA.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnother reason we need more data is to analyze an unexplained detail found in a table of\u00a0FDA\u2019s review<\/a>\u00a0of Pfizer\u2019s vaccine,\u201d Dr. Doshi identified. \u201c371 individuals [were excluded from the efficacy analysis for \u2018important protocol deviations on or prior to 7 days after Dose 2.\u2019\u00a0 What is concerning is the imbalance between randomized groups in the number of these excluded individuals: 311 from the vaccine group vs 60 on placebo. (In contrast, in\u00a0Moderna\u2019s trial<\/a>, there were just 36 participants excluded from the efficacy analysis for \u201cmajor protocol deviation\u201d\u201412 vaccine group vs 24 placebo group.)\u00a0(<\/strong>1<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cWhat were these protocol deviations in Pfizer\u2019s study, and why were there five times more participants excluded in the vaccine group?\u00a0 The\u00a0FDA report<\/a>\u00a0doesn\u2019t say, and these exclusions are difficult to even spot in\u00a0Pfizer\u2019s report<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0journal publication<\/a>. . . .<\/p>\n

\u201cThere is a clear need for data to answer these questions, but Pfizer\u2019s 92-page report didn\u2019t mention the 3410 \u2018suspected covid-19\u2019 cases. Nor did its\u00a0publication<\/a>\u00a0in the\u00a0New England Journal of Medicine<\/em>. Nor did any of the reports on Moderna\u2019s vaccine. The only source that appears to have reported it is FDA\u2019s review of Pfizer\u2019s vaccine. . . .<\/p>\n

\u201cWith 20 times more suspected covid-19 than confirmed covid-19, and trials\u00a0not designed to assess<\/a>\u00a0whether the vaccines can\u00a0interrupt viral transmission<\/em><\/strong>, an analysis of severe disease . . . seems warranted, and is the only way to assess the vaccines\u2019 real ability to take the edge off the pandemic.\u201d\u00a0(<\/strong>1<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong>\u00a0(Emphasis added.)<\/p>\n

In other words, disregarded viral transmissions through vaccine-induced genetic mutations may be catastrophic to civilization, albeit a great scapegoat from blame and liability as a\u00a0depopulation ploy<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

\"Coronavirus<\/a><\/p>\n

Contesting Safety and Corporate Misrepresentations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The emboldened observation by Dr. Doshi cuts to the heart of this author\u2019s lawsuit against Pfizer and Moderna, et. al. To reiterate, page 72 of the Pfizer safety-testing-protocol states: \u201cGenetics (specified analyses) are not evaluated in this study.\u201d<\/p>\n

So whether or not these vaccines alter viral transmission for better or worse due to genetic or physical alterations in the subject pathogen, other circulating viruses, or even human cells, is unknown but nevertheless alarming. Billions of dollars spent to purchase, distribute, and administer these vaccines may be buying global\u00a0depopulation<\/em>, \u201cthe final solution<\/a>,\u201d even civilization\u2019s extinction, not \u201cherd immunity\u201d for all we know.<\/p>\n

That lacking genetic-safety-studies, and analysis of intertwined viral mutations\/transmissions, may conceal threatening genotypic and phenotypic alterations in circulating viruses, or in host cells, immediately following vaccination, or subsequently over time.<\/p>\n

This \u201cgenetic therapy\u201d is classified by the FDA as a \u201cdrug\u201d and a \u201cvaccine\u201d while stretching credulity. This reported \u2018breakthrough\u2019 in medical science may have, in fact, caused the expected, forewarned, now emerging \u2018viral variants<\/a>\u2019 exhibiting increased transmissibility and pathogenicity.<\/p>\n

Pfizer and Moderna\u2019s officials, like the majority of FDA commissioners, have neglected this science predicting mutagenesis. These facts risk public health and safety and are actionable. Negligence is actionable. This author\u2019s lawsuit models such action. I am petitioning the court for injunctive relief from this dangerous, damaging, and deceptive mRNA vaccine trade. Omissions and misrepresentations made to prompt people to get vaccinated without adequate informed consent is unethical, and in this case unconscionable.<\/p>\n

After all, the plaguing SARS-CoV-2 virus is an RNA \u2018retrovirus\u2019, like that of HIV\/AIDS. Both viruses use reverse-transcriptase (RT) enzyme to replicate.\u00a0(<\/strong>5<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0The RT manufactures new DNA that incorporates into (and arguably corrupts) normal DNA (and the human genome) to produce more virions. Arguably, humans become GMOs. This ultimately kills immune-compromised people.\u00a0(<\/strong>5<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Substantially disconcerting, \u201c[Reverse transcriptases are known to\u00a0mix and match<\/a>\u00a0target sequences.\u201d\u00a0(<\/strong>5<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0As a result, \u201c[c]ertain RNA viruses can produce both homologous and nonhomologous RNA recombinants.\u201d\u00a0(<\/strong>6<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bujarski described the modeling of this process, and explained the \u201cRecombination of viruses\u201d in the\u00a0Encyclopedia of Virology<\/em>. This scholar stated, \u201cthe formation of local RNA\u2013RNA heteroduplexes . . . responsible for targeting the RNA crossovers\u201d occurs as a result of: \u201c(1) bringing the RNA substrates into a close proximity; and (2) slowing down or stalling the approaching replicase enzyme complex.\u201d<\/p>\n

In other words, relevant to the risks at hand from the Pfizer\/Moderna mRNA vaccines threatening civilization, the uptake of the \u2018payload\u2019 RNA targeting human DNA through spike protein (\u201cS protein\u201d) antigens, brings the \u201cRNA substrates into a close proximity\u201d with RNA in cells as well as RNA viruses susceptible to mutations by \u201cRNA crossovers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Add to this alleged reckless malpractice the likelihood that normal cellular RNA may become overwhelmingly altered, even \u2018slowed\u2019 or \u2018stalled,\u2019 disabling the RT complex altogether, and\/or certain normal RT functions within cells, and you have a foreseeable, anticipated, presumably planned, biological apocalypse unfolding.<\/p>\n

Conclusion<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The aforementioned concerns regarding neglected Pfizer and Moderna \u201cmRNA vaccine\u201d genetic safety studies supplement defective efficacy proclamations prudently analyzed and published by Dr. Doshi in the\u00a0British Medical Journal<\/em>.\u00a0(1)(2)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Further discovery is urgently needed to determine if the twenty-four (i.e., 23.5) percent of the FDA\u2019s expert commissioners opposing the Emergency Use Authorization (\u201cEUA\u201d) of Pfizer and Moderna\u2019s \u201cnovel\u201d mRNA vaccines for COVID competently discerned the little-known but substantial (even deadly) genetic risks of this AIDS-science-based biotechnology.\u00a0(<\/strong>7<\/strong><\/a>) (<\/strong>8<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is this author\u2019s and plaintiff\u2019s contention that the risks of these mRNA-corrupting interventions (as stated in\u00a0Moderna\u2019s SEC 8k Prospectus<\/a>\u00a0versus its consumer advertising) outweigh the hastily-studied (\u201cwarp speed\u201d) widely publicized benefits of these products.\u00a0(<\/strong>7<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Furthermore, EUAs require that \u201cNo Alternatives\u201d be available to safely and effectively combat the emergency. The special permit requires that \u201cthere must be no adequate, approved, and available alternative to the candidate product for diagnosing, preventing, or treating the disease or condition.\u201d\u00a0(<\/strong>8<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a justifiably indignant public health scholar, emerging viruses expert, registered medical\/legal expert witness in the federal court system, and internationally-respected consumer advocate, this author encourages officials and governments globally to carefully consider this intelligence; and adapt safer and more effective alternatives to these risky genetic therapies. Most promising are the array of natural anti-oxidants and photodynamic (i.e., frequency-based) therapies. (9<\/a>)\u00a0(<\/strong>10<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Moreover, it is this complainant\u2019s contention that the drug companies\u2019 actions constitute \u2018unfair and deceptive trade\u2019 committed with the intent to defraud the public and monopolize healthcare\u2014here by suppressing such alternative COVID remedies by all means possible, including regulatory agency \u2018capture.\u2019 This way, the companies hold themselves out to the world as providing the only viable defense against this plague, thus securing the EUA and a profitable monopoly over this industry.<\/p>\n

In this context of suppressed information and alternative medicines, and in opposition to the public corruption aiding-and-abetting the aforementioned monopolistic and damaging misbehavior, this author proudly discloses his conflicting interests having penned the best-selling book in this field.\u00a0(<\/strong>12<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

This author heartily endorses \u2018natural alternatives\u2019 to the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines, especially the wide array of low-cost no-risk anti-oxidants. These recommended preventatives include vitamins C, D, E, Zinc, and chlorophyll. These natural remedies share anti-oxidant activity with the harshly condemned hydroxychloroquine. Hydrating, alkalizing, and oxygenating products and services are encouraged by this author; as are photo-dynamic, bio-acoustic, and bio-electric therapies. All the above deliver energizing electrons and \u2018good vibrations\u2019 to patients benefiting natural immunity.<\/p>\n

In this context of conflicting interests, this author also proudly advanced NASA science by supplementing and branding the unique oligo-dynamic covalently-bonded silver hydrosol anti-oxidant labeled OxySilverTM<\/sup>\u00a0that he claims is a safer and more effective alternative remedy for COVID and other infectious or chronic diseases. Like hydroxychloroquine, OxySilverTM<\/sup>\u00a0was speciously libeled by Pfizer\u2019s mass-mediated enterprise, and shunned by the captured FDA in favor of the competing (arguably complicit) drug companies.\u00a0(<\/strong>11<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong>\u00a0OxySilver\u2018s anti-oxidant activity is enhanced by the \u2018528Hz frequency wave\u2019\u00a0(<\/strong>9<\/strong><\/a>)\u00a0<\/strong>and 528nm of photo-dynamic chlorophyll-colored light.\u00a0(<\/strong>10<\/strong><\/a>)<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can fool a lot of people all the time, but not this expert analyst. \u00a0This author joins Dr. Doshi in expressing serious misgivings over the misrepresentations and dangerous omissions corrupting the villains\u2019 premature and false conclusions used to hype and sell their certified mRNA poisons.<\/p>\n
