The Coming Firestorm: Back-to-School Opening and Biden\u2019s Door to Door Constitutional Crisis<\/span><\/h1>\n

As the nation braces in anticipation of a potentially volatile re-opening of the new public school year, parents across the country are already on edge as the quasi-marxist Critical Race Theory (CRT)<\/span><\/a> has attracted widespread opposition. \u00a0 <\/span>In addition, Covid requirements spelled out in the CDC\u2019s newest Guidance<\/span><\/a> for K-12 students can expect to add another intense layer of parental disapproval.\u00a0 <\/span>As if all that were not enough to create an additional firestorm of unpredictable proportions, pretend President Joe Biden has dramatically increased the stakes by announcing an imminent door to door pursuit to inoculate millions of Americans within their own home.\u00a0 <\/span>The prospect of a simultaneous national at-your-front-door mandatory vaccination program represents a massive Fourth Amendment assault that threatens the future of our Constitutional republic.\u00a0 <\/span>As appears to have been the case since Covid was first identified, politics continues to guide public health decisions rather than the science.<\/span><\/p>\n

The immunization effort includes the utilization of a spike protein bioweapon under the guise of what is more commonly referred to as a Covid 19 vaccination which is still classified by the FDA as an untested Emergency Use Authorization in order to facilitate public usage.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As if Biden\u2019s announcement was not enough to cause great clanging alarm bells, WH press secretary Jan Psaki removed any doubt as to the government\u2019s true agenda<\/span><\/a>. \u00a0 <\/span>Her follow up to Biden\u2019s announcement included reference to the creation of \u2018strike forces\u2019 <\/i>which removed any benign appearance from what may be shaping up to be the implementation of a nation-wide militarized deployment. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDr. Fauci has addressed this a number of times and has conveyed that \u2018<\/i><\/span>herd immunity\u2019 is kind of an outdated term<\/i><\/span>. So we had set a goal of reaching 70% of adults by July 4<\/i><\/span>th<\/sup><\/i><\/span> and we reached that goal of adults 27 and older by that date.\u00a0 <\/span>We\u2019ll continue to press to reach it and we will in the next couple of weeks for adults over the age of 18.\u00a0 <\/span>Our work doesn\u2019t stop there and we are going to continue to press to get 12-18 year olds vaccinated\u2026to continue to work with communities where there\u2019s lower vaccination rates.\u00a0 <\/span>That\u2019s one of the reasons we initiated these <\/i>strike forces<\/i><\/b> to go into communities and work with them to determine what they need; to take a localized specific approach that works with elected officials and communities.\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

With only 47.9% of Americans fully vaccinated against Covid (approximately 157.9 million), the government failed to meet Dr. Fauci\u2019s 70% target of vaccinated Americans \u2013 which necessitated the vaccination of children.\u00a0 <\/span>Biden provided no other details on exactly how the deed would be accomplished other than to suggest his \u2018outreach team,\u2019<\/span><\/a>\u00a0 <\/span>later referred to as \u201csurge response teams<\/i>,\u201d will consist of CDC officials, FEMA and other health related agencies as they initially focus on \u2018targeted communities\u2019 in 1000 American counties which had achieved only a 30% vaccination rate.\u00a0 <\/span>As part of the HHS Department, a Community Corps has already been dispatched to provide Covid information to unvaccinated residents. <\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, in a recent CNN interview, US Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra threw kindling on a smoldering fire when he told CNN that it is \u2018<\/span>absolutely the government\u2019s business<\/i><\/span> to know who has been vaccinated.<\/i>\u201d \u00a0 <\/span>Becerra went on to condescend to Americans who pay the bills and who have suffered the consequences of the Federal government\u2019s surrender to Fauci and Big Pharma when he suggested that <\/span>\u201cPerhaps we should point out that the federal government has had to spend trillions of dollars to try to keep Americans alive during this pandemic, so it is absolutely the government\u2019s business<\/i>.\u201d Further totally missing the impending crisis, he suggested that \u201cknocking on a door has never been against the law<\/i>\u201d as Republican governors began to line up in opposition<\/span><\/a> to a door to door visit from the Federal\u00a0 <\/span>government.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Becerra declared that his comments had been \u201cwildly out of context<\/i>\u201d as he later tweeted that \u201cgovernment has no database tracking who is vaccinated\u201d <\/i>which is not a factual statement. \u00a0 <\/span>Each vaccinatee has received a preliminary id card just as the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has sent out multiple solicitations to Colorado\u2019s unvaccinated residents. <\/span><\/p>\n

Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-Co) questioned \u201cDoor to door to vaccinate Americans this year\u2026 door to door to confiscate guns next year?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

CDC Guidance issued on July 9th<\/span><\/h3>\n

Even as children risk a zero chance of dying from Covid and as vaccines are only available for 12 years old and up, the new CDC Guidance<\/span><\/a> says that only fully vaccinated children do not need to wear masks in the classroom. \u00a0 <\/span>In other words, children younger than 12 years will be required to wear masks despite JAMA<\/span><\/a>\u2019s newest study which concludes that masked children risk five times higher dangerous levels of carbon dioxide. The CDC further recommends that school districts maintain a ridiculously unenforceable three feet of physical distance between students in the classroom.\u00a0 <\/span>While on one hand, the new CDC Guidance suggests that all school districts fully reopen this fall even if they are unable to complete its guidelines; in which case the CDC recommends to \u201clayer multiple other prevention strategies\u201d such as screen testing, handwashing, ventilation and contact tracing in combination with quarantine and isolation be utilized. <\/span><\/p>\n

Abandoning Herd Immunity<\/span><\/h3>\n

When Dr. Tony Fauci conveniently abandoned the herd immunity concept as no longer a goal and that a vaccination rate of 70% – 85% was required to conquer Covid, he inexplicably continued to ignore natural immunity.\u00a0 <\/span><\/span>Herd immunity occurs when enough people become immune to a contagious disease thereby limiting further spread of the disease.\u00a0 <\/span>What Fauci ignored is that u<\/span>ndercounting or removing the number of Americans who possess natural immunity is considered a scientific error of omission.\u00a0 <\/span>While infection disease professionals estimate that 60% of the population needs to have been exposed for herd immunity to be reached, John Hopkins has estimated that 80% \u2013 85% of American adults have acquired natural immunity. <\/span><\/p>\n

Fauci\u2019s view has remained critically unexamined by the old guard medical, political and media establishments as his speculation justified the need to include a mandatory vaccination policy for children. \u00a0 <\/span>The failure to acknowledge natural immunity has led to a government policy of indiscriminate vaccinations. <\/span><\/p>\n

In early March, <\/span>a California Department of Public Health<\/span><\/a> report said that only 8.7% of the state\u2019s population had ever tested positive for Covid-19 while at least 38.5% of the population had the coronavirus antibodies. Adjusting for cases between now and then, and accounting for the amount of time it takes for the body to make antibodies, it can be estimated that as many as half of Californians have natural immunity today. The same report found that 45% of people in Los Angeles had Covid-19 antibodies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fourth Amendment<\/span><\/h3>\n

The Fourth Amendment which reads, in part, \u201c<\/span>The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated<\/i>\u2026\u201d was originally <\/i>taken from the British maxim that \u2018every man\u2019s house is his castle.\u2019 <\/i> <\/span><\/p>\n

More than any other amendment, the Fourth is a direct derivative from pre-revolution Colonial America <\/span>when the British parliament enacted the Quartering Act in 1774 which allowed royal governors, rather than colonial governments,<\/span> to \u2018quarter\u2019 British soldiers.\u00a0 <\/span>Colonists were further enraged by having a \u2018standing foreign\u2019 army quartered among a civilian population as a usurpation of American liberty. <\/span>Upon the eve of what became the American Revolution, Thomas Jefferson was tasked with preparing the list of grievances against King George III which became the Declaration of Independence. Those 27 grievances were ultimately culled into the Bill of Rights and adopted into the U.S. Constitution<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As in Katz v. United States<\/i><\/span><\/a><\/span>\u00a0(1967), the\u00a0Supreme Court<\/span><\/a>\u00a0held that Fourth Amendment <\/b>protections extend to intrusions on the privacy of individuals as well as their physical locations<\/span> and that \u201c.. to claim protection of the Amendment depends not upon a property right in the invaded place but upon whether\u2026 there was a reasonable expectation of freedom from governmental intrusion.\u201d<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

While there is little doubt to the least observer that there has been a split among the American people, there is also little doubt that as current events continue to unfold, there is a united well spring of popular support rising against the dictates of a tyrannical government and its corrupt agencies that no longer represent \u201cby, of and for the People<\/i>.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is also true that radical, challenging times like what we are living through now, can bring out the most courageous, the best from each of us individually and that such difficult, profound situations require each individual to rise to their highest, their most authentic potential in the name of truth, justice and integrity.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
