Multinational Pharmaceutical\/Vaccine Cartels Reveal How They are Planning to Expand their Control over Healthcare Bureaucracies and Government Healthcare Policies, Thanks to Bribed Politicians Like President Biden<\/strong><\/p>\n

Frighteningly, President Biden is only one of thousands of other corporate-controlled, vaccinology-illiterate politician who get their (truly dis-informational) advice from their Big Pharma \u201cowners\u201d and Big Pharma lobbyists whose bosses donated a lot of money to their last election campaigns. Today Biden made his protofascist comments trying to ban from social media what his lying advisors convinced him are \u201cdis-information\u201d about the long-term adverse effects from vaccines that have NOT been tested for long-term safety of efficacy. \u201dPower Corrupts and Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely\u201d<\/em> \u2013 Lord Acton<\/strong><\/p>\n

When corporations in capitalism-run-amok societies like the United States are orchestrated primarily for excess profits and achieving ever-increasing shareholder value, ethical considerations and the spiritual and environmental costs to society are routinely disregarded. In such societies, it is considered normal for corporations of all sorts to regard profits, especially short-term profits, as the main criterion for decision-making – and NOT the well-being of the people or the environment.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

As long as they can \u201cget away with it\u201d, sociopathic corporations \u2013 controlled by their cunning multi-millionaire\/billionaire greed-head \u201chumans\u201d – can be expected to routinely use media-propagated\u00a0 disinformation\/propaganda, half-truths, political bribery, black-listing, manipulation of clinical data (in the case of drug and vaccine studies) and deception as acceptable business tactics in their short- and long-term operations as they seek to fatten their \u201cbottom line\u201d and increase \u201cshareholder value\u201d. Of course, none of them have taken the Hippocratic Oath (since essentially none of them are physicians [understand that the occasional Big Pharma CEO may use the prefix \u201cDr\u201d, but they are often PhD\u2019s, or, in the case of Pfizer\u2019s CEO, \u201cDr\u201d Bourla, a veterinarian]).<\/p>\n

Below is a sobering letter written by a cabal of multinational Big Pharma CEOs that was addressed to the conservative Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe (leader of the so-called \u201cLiberal\u201d Democratic Party). I suspect that the letter was not supposed to be read by anybody outside of the cartel\u2019s inner circle. The letter was sent from the multinational pharmaceutical industry\u2019s powerful lobbying and trade association group called the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA)<\/strong> (www.ifpma.org<\/a>).<\/p>\n

But first, read this item from the IFPMA\u2019s website which describes its \u201cideals\u201d:<\/p>\n

\u201cIFPMA represents research-based pharmaceutical companies and associations across the globe. The research-based pharmaceutical industry’s 2 million employees research, develop and provide medicines and vaccines that improve the life of patients worldwide. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201dBased in Geneva, IFPMA has official relations with the United Nations and contributes industry expertise to help the global health community find solutions that improve global health.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The letter below was signed by the 5-person IFPMA Executive Committee<\/strong> which includes the CEOs of the USA\u2019s Eli Lilly<\/strong> & Company<\/strong> ($24 billion in revenue in 2018), Japan\u2019s Daiichi Sankyo<\/strong> ($8 billion in revenue in 2018), Belgium\u2019s UCB<\/strong> ($27 billion in revenue in 2018) and France\u2019s Sanofi-Pasteur<\/strong> ($42 billion in revenue in 2018). The fifth member of the IFPMA executive committee – Director General Thomas Cueni – is not an executive with a pharmaceutical company and likely wrote the letter.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The letter was co-signed by 29 of the most powerful multinational Big Pharma industry executives that attended the \u201cbehind closed door\u201d meeting in Tokyo with Prime Minister Abe<\/strong> (see photo of the attendees posing with PM Abe below). The names of the multimillionaire\/billionaire executives (and their corporations) are listed at the bottom of the letter.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The letter reveals a number of goals that this Big Pharma cartel envisions for the future of medicine as they want it to be practiced \u2013 all of their visions are cunningly designed to promote the cartels highly profitable, potentially addictive and usually dangerous drugs and vaccines.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The most alarming of these goals was their intent to make profitable use of public computer databases, \u201cIoT\u201d<\/em><\/strong> technology (the \u201cInternet of Things\u201d)<\/em><\/strong> and actual fast-tracked, \u201cvirtual clinical trials\u201d in order to \u201creduce drug development time and costs and improve the probability of success\u201d <\/em><\/strong>for new drug and vaccine development.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

(Note: \u201cIoT<\/em><\/strong>,\u201d which was not elaborated upon in the letter to Prime Minister Abe<\/strong>, is defined in Wikipedia as: \u201cthe Internet of Things, a system of inter-related computing devices, mechanical and digital machines, objects, animals or people that are provided with Unique Identifiers (UIDs) and the ability to transfer data over a network without requiring human-to-human or human-to-computer interaction.\u201d<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The occasional bolding and italicization of words and phrases in the letter below are mine and are intended for emphasis, but the words are directly from the letter as it was originally written. (Keep in mind that the only obligation of this group of over-privileged, billionaire profiteers [none of whom are clinicians that have taken the Hippocratic Oath to \u201cFirst Do No Harm\u201d] is to make ever-increasing profits, dividends and share prices for themselves and their shareholders \u2013 by hook or by crook.)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sociopathic corporations and their managers have no legal or moral obligation to the well-being of their customer\u2019s patients, but they present themselves as respectable and their toxic products as safe and effective. They, of course, have financial relationships with expert law firms to defend against any and all lawsuits for malpractice or malfeasance.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

However, the reality is that sociopathic entities of all types \u2013 especially corporations \u2013 must always be regarded with suspicion, especially when they are selling drugs, vaccines, or ideas. Physicians especially must be on guard when dealing with sociopathic drug or vaccine corporations if for no other reason than to honor their Hippocratic Oath pledge to \u201cFirst Do No Harm\u201d.<\/p>\n

Be aware that this group of power-hungry corporate profiteers is actually promoting the normally politically-progressive Universal Health Coverage (UHC)<\/strong> in developed as well as undeveloped countries, so they must have concrete plans in mind to make sure that future universal healthcare-covered patients will be thoroughly screened, thoroughly mis-diagnosed\/over-diagnosed, thoroughly over-prescribed with cocktails of prescription drugs and thoroughly over-vaccinated with cocktails of the 270+ vaccines that are in Big Pharma\u2019s developmental pipelines.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Knowing the sorry level of pharmacology- and vaccinology-literacy among politicians, public health bureaucrats and even most physicians, nurses and other health-caregivers, the futuristic plans of the equally vaccinology-illiterate Big Pharma CEOs could easily come to pass!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With the virtually unlimited political lobbying and Big Media advertising power of Big Pharma\u2019s lobbying and trade associations (that include the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations<\/strong> and the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America [PhRMA]<\/strong> mentioned in this column) their plans appear to be a certainty, unless an effective grassroots education and resistance program is mounted from enlightened – and courageous \u2013 truth-telling skeptics that somehow obtain mainstream media exposure \u2013 a seeming impossibility given the lock on the media that the Big Pharma cartel has acquired.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Please study carefully the following letter with the awareness that similar secret Big Pharma-related meetings with heads of state, politicians and media executives are common occurrences.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Indeed, Republican Donald Trump, who has not done anything substantial concerning his campaign promises to aggressively deal with Big Pharma\u2019s, Big Vaccine\u2019s and Big Medicine\u2019s price-gouging abuses, met \u2013 not surprisingly, behind closed doors – shortly after his inauguration (January 31, 2017), with American Big Pharma executives. It can probably be safely assumed that Big Pharma\u2019s discussion with Republican Trump had already been accomplished with Democrat Hillary Clinton, who had been expected to win the presidency. (Clinton, significantly, was once on the Board of Directors of Eli Lilly & Co<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The group that met with Trump included executives from Merck, Novartis, Eli Lilly, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Celgene<\/strong>, and the head of the Big Pharma-funded drug and vaccine lobbying powerhouse, the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA)<\/strong>. Trump\u2019s conciliatory speech to them can be heard at https:\/\/fortune.com\/2017\/01\/31\/trump-pharma-ceos-meeting-demands\/<\/a>,<\/p>\n

Trump, just like so many politicians before him, has gone soft on Big Pharma\u2019s abuses, promising instead to de-regulate the industry and make it easier for drug and vaccine manufacturers to get their new drugs and vaccines to market. And Big Pharma stocks – and the rest of the stock market as well \u2013 sky-rocketed on the news.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

(Significantly, President Trump, whose youngest son Barron likely has a childhood vaccine-induced Autistic Spectrum Disorder, met with Robert Kennedy, Jr (founder of the Children\u2019s Health Defense) during the 2016 presidential campaign and promised to appoint Kennedy to head a commission to officially investigate the epidemic of vaccine-induced neurological damage in America\u2019s over-vaccinated children. After the surprise election, however Trump then had a meeting with multi-billionaire and Big Pharma Shill Bill Gates and Big Vaccine industry executives and was convinced to renege on his promise.)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

The obvious lessons to be learned include the realities that unelected Big Corporations rule\/control the majority of Big Government politicians in our corrupted capitalist nation and that Big Pharma also has control of Big Medicine and Big Media. Read on.<\/p>\n

The first aspect is we still do not have enough engagement for health systems strengthening to reach the goal of universal health coverage (UHC)<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 ensuring access to appropriate healthcare services with reasonable cost<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 especially, in developing countries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

     <\/p>\n

    We commend the Government of Japan\u2019s (GOJ) continued support for the Global Fund and (Bill Gates\u2019) Gavi Alliance<\/em>,<\/strong> and its leadership in hosting the Gavi replenishment launch<\/em><\/strong> event in August. So far, GOJ<\/strong>, as part of its global leadership on healthy aging, has greatly supported moving towards Universal Health Care, together with the international community, and raised the health agenda as a prioritized topic at the international fora (e.g., United Nations, G7 Summit<\/strong>, or TICAD [The Tokyo International Conference on African Development<\/strong>\u00a0]).<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    In particular, the GOJ<\/strong> reaffirmed the following needs at the UHC Forum 2017<\/strong> in Tokyo:<\/p>\n

    1) to strengthen global momentum towards Universal Health Care<\/strong> (UHC),<\/strong><\/p>\n

    2) to develop and implement a framework for cooperation at the country level,<\/p>\n

    3) to monitor progress continuously,<\/p>\n

    4) to secure sustainable financial resources for UHC<\/strong>, and<\/p>\n

    5) to promote innovation.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Furthermore, G7 Ise-Shima vision reaffirms the importance of immunization<\/u>, throughout the life course, as one of key measures to prevent the spread of infectious disease and address emerging pandemics. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    We, the pharmaceutical companies, would like to support Prime Minister Abe\u2019s strong leadership in these areas. Also, we have been proactively engaged to establish our contribution toward health systems strengthening through our own Initiative (Access Accelerated*) to bring all relevant stakeholders together<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Recognizing that substantial hurdles remain, we need to encourage individual countries to further implement or strengthen actions to promote Universal Health Care.<\/em><\/strong> To this end, we look forward to your continuous support to mobilize country-led processes towards UHC, increase alignment of individual efforts, and accelerate UHC goals globally.<\/p>\n

    1. The second aspect is although many medical products have become available to date for certain diseases, there are still either no treatments for, or ineffective or inadequate treatments for many other diseases.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

       <\/p>\n

      This is a common issue for both developed and developing countries. We, the R&D (Research and Development) based pharmaceutical companies,<\/strong> underscore the value of partnership and believe that partnerships are a fundamental component for fostering innovation.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      The AMR (Anti-Microbial Resistance**) Industry Alliance<\/strong> initiative, our multi-stakeholder coordination platform that addresses a global public health concern of antibacterial drug resistance, is just an example.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      To facilitate innovation, governmental understanding and support<\/u> are crucial.<\/em><\/strong> We are grateful for your commitment to support innovation as one of the five commitments mentioned above. In order to implement the commitment and deliver innovative medicines to patients, we are making all-out efforts to develop innovative medicines.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      It is vital to institute harmonized regulatory systems<\/em><\/strong> as well as an enforceable reward system for innovative technology in each country, in particular the predictable and reasonable protection of Intellectual Property (IP) rights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Although some view the IP system<\/strong> as a barrier to access to medicines, the weight of evidence demonstrates that focusing on areas like pricing<\/em><\/strong> and IP<\/strong> in isolation will not achieve long-term successful health outcomes or better access to new medicines and must be linked to the core healthcare system issues.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

        \n
      1. The third aspect is the need to make the shift to a new healthcare system utilizing various kinds of medical data, especially, taking into consideration the recent advancements of digital technologies like AI (Artificial Intelligence) or Big Data<\/strong>, and to develop legal frameworks that facilitate these advancements, including with respect to data flows.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

         <\/p>\n

        We think the shifts also advance the aforementioned two challenges:<\/p>\n

        1) accelerating progress towards UHC (Universal Health Care),<\/strong> and<\/p>\n

        2) resolving unmet medical needs.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Japan established a National Health Insurance (NHI)<\/strong> system a long time ago, and the large amount of health and medical data collected under the NHI system has the potential to enable the achievement of UHC in response to the aging society through the seamless coordination of preventive measures, early diagnosis and treatment, effective use of precision medicines, and efficient use and optimization of healthcare expenditures. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Furthermore, the shift to a new system would enhance utilization of real-world data for innovative drug and technology development, thereby enabling the R&D pharmaceutical industry to discover and develop innovative medicines more quickly and efficiently.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        For example, use of a public medical information database or combination of \u201cInternet of Things\u201d (IoT) technology and virtual clinical trial<\/u> can potentially reduce drug development time and costs and improve the probability of success. <\/strong><\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        As a result, our innovative products can be delivered earlier to patients in need.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        In conclusion, we continue our efforts to join with others to accelerate progress towards UHC<\/strong>, to resolve unmet medical needs, and to transform to a new healthcare system utilizing various medical data<\/em><\/strong>, so that we can contribute to people\u2019s health globally.<\/p>\n

        Addendum from GGK:<\/strong> Below are few more bits of information from IFPMA that enlarges its plans to rapidly develop and rapidly market a number of dangerous, poorly evaluated, highly profitable drugs and vaccines that will apparently involve the discarding of the gold-standard for human clinical studies that has been a bane for drug and vaccine corporations: the randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, long-term clinical trials. What Big Pharma envisions instead is the use of \u201cvirtual\u201d clinical trials (!) based solely on computer data.
