passing train.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis flooding has to be doing an incredible amount of damage to the NYC subway system,\u201d\u00a0<a A Twitter user aboard a bus on Queens Boulevard shared footage of what looked like a raging river outside the driver\u2019s windshield, adding the bus was fully flooded and multiple cars were stuck in the water.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHero bus driver managed to get us safely through the 3-4 feet of rain coursing down the boulevard, but only seemed to be getting worse,\u201d\u00a0<a immediately respond to The Post\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n<p>A flash flood warning was in effect for all the boroughs served by the subway through the end of the night as the remnants of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/09\/01\/louisiana-still-struggling-in-hurricane-idas-aftermath\/\">Hurricane Ida<\/a>\u00a0barged through the city.<\/p>\n<p>The deluge came just over a week after Hurricane Henri\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/08\/22\/hurricane-henri-already-flooding-nyc-streets-subways\/\">caused flooding in many subway stations and city
