A randomized controlled clinical trial<\/span><span class=\"s3\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> has provided the following relative risk reduction rates [RRR] and absolute risk reduction rates [ARR]. An observational study out of Israel<\/span><span class=\"s3\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> has comparable [RRR] real life results for Pfizer-BioNTech. The ARR varies from 0.46% (Pfizer) to 1.3% AstraZeneca. The number needed to treat to prevent one infection [NNT = 1\/ARR] varies from 77 to 217 persons. Once we know the NNT to prevent one infection we can calculate the NNT to prevent one death [mNNT] from the infection fatality rate [IFR]. This is available from a study<\/span><span class=\"s3\"><sup>3<\/sup><\/span><span class=\"s1\"> in pre-print on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medrxiv.org\/\"><span class=\"s4\">medRxiv<\/span><\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-85432\" src=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.30.20-AM-1024x150.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"94\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.30.20-AM-1024x150.png 1024w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.30.20-AM-300x44.png 300w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.30.20-AM-768x113.png 768w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.30.20-AM.png 1069w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Using the New Zealand population as a demographic and expanding the results to a World model, whilst using the ARR above, yields the following expected outcomes for the Pfizer vaccination programme in New Zealand:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-85433\" src=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.29.45-AM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"884\" height=\"315\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.29.45-AM.png 884w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.29.45-AM-300x107.png 300w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.29.45-AM-768x274.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 884px) 100vw, 884px\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">The infection fatality rate increases with age and is highest in the over 70 age group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Gene therapy does not discriminate by age and affects all ages, especially the large population of the under 20 age group.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Reports are emerging in New Zealand of a greater than expected number of deaths from the Pfizer vaccination programme.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">There are community gathered database reports of 100+ vaccine related deaths, with only one death reported publicly by the government.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">The vaccine appears to be of little benefit with an overall death prevention rate of 0.33 of one percent.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">There appears to be no benefit below the age of 50 and minimal benefit beyond.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Those under 50 and especially the those under 20 years of age should avoid the vaccine due to increased mortality.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Deaths prevented by the vaccine do not exceed deaths caused by the vaccine until over 50 years of age.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">The only group where there is an acceptable risk to reward ratio is the 70+ age group.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Those vaccinated in the 70+ age group still have a risk of death comparable to the non-vaccinated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Hospitalisation rates should be similar for the vaccinated and unvaccinated.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unless, the reported vaccine death cases are grossly under reported, then the vaccine related hospitalisations and deaths would be higher.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Delta outbreak post vaccination hospitalisations and deaths are much higher, so underreporting of vaccine deaths is highly likely.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">The \u2018Death Prevention Rate &#8211; Including Vaccine Deaths\u2019 is sensitive to (rises with) the reported number of vaccine deaths.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p3\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>If the reported number of vaccine deaths increase 100-fold, as suggested by the New Zealand citizens database:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-85434\" src=\"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.31.31-AM-1024x360.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.31.31-AM-1024x360.png 1024w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.31.31-AM-300x106.png 300w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.31.31-AM-768x270.png 768w, https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/Screen-Shot-2021-09-22-at-8.31.31-AM.png 1054w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">The expected deaths caused by the vaccine now far exceed the virus infection fatality rate in the unvaccinated;
