{"id":85827,"date":"2021-09-23T18:13:52","date_gmt":"2021-09-23T22:13:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=85827"},"modified":"2021-09-23T18:13:52","modified_gmt":"2021-09-23T22:13:52","slug":"bidens-covid-tyranny-challenge-by-federal-workers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stateofthenation.co\/?p=85827","title":{"rendered":"Biden&#8217;s Covid Tyranny Challenge by Federal Workers"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><strong>Federal Workers Sue Biden Over Vaccine Mandate<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p><!--more-->ZeroHedge.com<\/p>\n<p>As the FDA bucks President Biden&#8217;s booster jab push, a group of federal workers\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/political\/biden-eliminates-testing-opt-out-requiring-all-public-workers-and-contractors-get\">and contractors are suing President Biden<\/a>\u00a0to try and stop his sweeping federal vaccine mandate, according to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-09-23\/group-of-federal-workers-file-suit-over-vaccination-mandates?sref=i4qXzk6d\">media reports.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.zerohedge.com\/s3\/files\/inline-images\/COVID30_1.jpg?itok=xjX4JhjC\" data-image-external-href=\"\" data-image-href=\"\/s3\/files\/inline-images\/COVID30_1.jpg?itok=xjX4JhjC\" data-link-option=\"0\"><picture><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"inline-images image-style-inline-images\" src=\"https:\/\/assets.zerohedge.com\/s3fs-public\/styles\/inline_image_mobile\/public\/inline-images\/COVID30_1.jpg?itok=xjX4JhjC\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"325\" data-entity-type=\"file\" data-entity-uuid=\"d42aa0f5-e8e1-4b56-b898-7a3fb6c0963c\" data-responsive-image-style=\"inline_images\" \/><\/picture><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit, filed in Washington Thursday, challenges President Joe Biden&#8217;s executive edict requiring all federal workers and contractors to be vaccinated, alongside the August memorandum requiring members of the military to be vaccinated to protect against COVID.\u00a0<strong>Biden has opposed offering honorable discharges for soldiers who are vaccine objectors.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"Advert_desktop__1J5vD Advert_tablet__3QEBr Advert_mobile__1rlLc Advert_placement__1I4yb Advert_align__N0_fw\">\n<aside id=\"in-content-video\" class=\"Advert_verticallySpaced__wnPy3\">\n<div id=\"google_ads_iframe_\/21841313772,21778456762\/zerohedge\/in_content_video_0__container__\"><\/div>\n<\/aside>\n<\/div>\n<p>Among the arguments made in the lawsuit,\u00a0<strong>lawyers claim that Christians are required &#8220;to refuse a medical intervention, including vaccination, if his or her informed conscience comes to this sure judgment&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The federal workers aren&#8217;t the only group suing Biden over the mandate. The RNC has said it plans to sue Biden over the vaccine mandates, with RNC head Ronna McDaniel arguing the mandates are &#8220;unconstitutional&#8221;, and that Biden had promised not to impose mandates when he was elected.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>&#8220;Joe Biden told Americans when he was elected that he would not impose vaccine mandates. He lied. Now small businesses, workers, and families across the country will pay the price,&#8221;<\/strong>\u00a0she said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Like many Americans, I am pro-vaccine and anti-mandate,&#8221; she said. &#8220;Many small businesses and workers do not have the money or legal resources to fight Biden&#8217;s unconstitutional actions and authoritarian decrees, but when his decree goes into effect, the RNC will sue the administration to protect Americans and their liberties.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Other prominent Republican officials have also threatened to sue, with Arizona becoming the first state to sue Biden over the mandate earlier this month.
