Canadian province issues new COVID rules that let gov\u2019t seize private property<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Saskatchewan officials may ‘authorize the entry into any building or on any land, without warrant, by any person in the course of implementing an emergency plan.’<\/em><\/h3>\n

(LifeSiteNews<\/a>)\u00a0\u2013\u00a0A Canadian provincial government enacted\u00a0Orwellian-like\u00a0emergency powers in the name of fighting COVID\u00a0that\u00a0allow for officials to detain or remove people without a warrant\u00a0and seize personal property at will.<\/p>\n

Under\u00a0new health orders<\/a>, the\u00a0Saskatchewan\u00a0minister\u00a0may \u201cauthorize the entry into any building or on any land, without warrant, by any person in the course of implementing an emergency plan.\u201d<\/p>\n

The government is also afforded the power to \u201ccause the evacuation of persons and the removal of persons or\u00a0livestock\u00a0and personal property from any area of Saskatchewan that is or may be affected by\u00a0an emergency and make arrangements for the adequate care and protection of those persons or livestock and of the personal property.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new\u00a0Provincial Emergency Order\u00a0under\u202fThe Emergency Planning Act<\/i>\u00a0was signed\u00a0September 13,\u00a0by\u00a0Premier Scott Moe.\u00a0The orders were\u00a0announced<\/a>\u00a0by the\u00a0Saskatchewan\u00a0Ministry of Health.<\/p>\n

According\u00a0to\u00a0the ministry of health, the new orders are needed to \u201cprovide for health system labour mobility through greater flexibility in scheduling and redirecting health care workers to areas experiencing capacity pressures and in the use of supplementary resources.\u201d<\/p>\n

The new emergency health powers allow\u00a0the government to \u201cassume direction and control of the emergency response of a local authority.\u201d<\/p>\n

They also\u00a0give\u00a0the government\u00a0the power\u00a0to \u201cacquire or utilize any real or personal property that the minister considers necessary to prevent, combat or alleviate the effects of an emergency.\u201d<\/p>\n

As part of this order, the government\u00a0reactivated\u00a0the terms of\u00a0a\u00a0Letter of Understanding\u00a0with the Saskatchewan Health Authority and a slew of provincial unions, including the\u00a0Saskatchewan Union of Nurses\u00a0and Health Sciences Association of Saskatchewan.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Letter of Understanding<\/a>\u00a0spells out how the government can force the \u201ctemporary redeployment of health care\u00a0employees to meet the anticipated increase in COVID-19 health care needs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Every person residing in Saskatchewan is mandated by law to follow the new emergency orders or face severe penalties or possible jail time.<\/p>\n

The new orders came about after the government declared a \u201cfourth wave\u201d of COVID-19 spurred by the \u201cDelta variant.\u201d<\/p>\n

The province with a population of around one million\u00a0currently says<\/a>\u00a0262 people are in hospital due to COVID-19.<\/p>\n

On September 17,\u00a0Dr. Saqub Shahab, the\u00a0province\u2019s\u00a0chief\u00a0medical\u00a0health\u00a0officer,\u00a0issued\u00a0a<\/a>\u00a0mandatory\u00a0interim\u00a0isolation and face-covering\u00a0order as a stop-gap until the province\u2019s vaccine passport comes into effect in October.<\/p>\n

Moe\u00a0recently said his government was \u201ctoo patient\u201d with those who have not had the COVID jabs\u00a0while introducing<\/a>\u00a0a vaccine passport.<\/p>\n

Moe\u2019s words against the unvaccinated also included a line that,\u00a0although he never wanted to \u201cimplement\u201d a vaccine passport,\u00a0his\u00a0\u201cpatience has come to an end\u201d with the un-jabbed.<\/p>\n

Starting October 1, one must show proof of vaccination or a negative test to eat indoors, go to entertainment venues, attend conferences or large events, or participate in indoor fitness centers.<\/p>\n

All Canadian provinces have for a long time had the power to enact such draconian rules,\u00a0which in effect limit people\u2019s rights in a time of emergency, but using a \u201chealth\u201d\u00a0emergency\u00a0to do so is unheard of in modern times.<\/p>\n

The province of Alberta also recently\u00a0declared a public emergency<\/a>\u00a0under its\u00a0Public Health Act.\u00a0<\/i>Like\u00a0Saskatchewan, the government can enter buildings without\u00a0a\u00a0warrant or seize personal property.<\/p>\n

Alberta\u00a0Premier Jason Kenney,\u00a0despite promising his province would be open \u201cfor good,\u201d\u00a0introduced a<\/a>\u00a0COVID-19 vaccine passport\u00a0recently. He\u00a0has also enacted\u00a0new rules banning \u201cunvaccinated\u201d people from gathering in their private homes.<\/p>\n

John\u00a0Carpay, president of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF),\u00a0said that by \u201cvirtue\u201d of the Kenney government limiting the fully jabbed to \u201cindoor social interactions of no more than\u00a010\u00a0people,\u201d the government \u201cacknowledges that vaccinated people are spreaders of viruses.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat evidence does the government rely on for its belief that unvaccinated people are worse spreaders of viruses than vaccinated people,\u201d\u00a0Carpay\u00a0said\u00a0in a statement sent to LifeSiteNews.<\/p>\n

\u201cPremier Kenney has joined Prime Minister Trudeau in scapegoating, demonizing and vilifying the minority of unvaccinated individuals.\u201d<\/p>\n

The COVID-19 injections approved for emergency use in Canada,\u202fincluding the\u202fPfizer\u202fjab for ages 12 and up,\u202fall\u202fhave\u202fconnections to cells derived from aborted babies.<\/a><\/p>\n

All four\u202fhave also been associated<\/a>\u202fwith\u202fpossible severe\u202fside effects such as blood clots, rashes, miscarriages, and even heart attacks in young,\u202fhealthy men.<\/p>\n

The list of FDA-recognized adverse events has\u202fgrown from severe anaphylactic reactions to include fatal thrombotic events, the inflammatory heart condition\u202fmyocarditis<\/a>, and neurologically disabling\u202fdiseases like\u202fGuillain Barr\u00e9 Syndrome<\/a>. Meanwhile,\u202fthe CDC reported\u202fa COVID-19 infection survival rate of greater than\u202f99.95% for those under age 50<\/a>.<\/p>\n
