LifeSiteNews has produced an extensive COVID-19 vaccines resources page.\u00a0<\/i>View it here.<\/i><\/a>\u00a0<\/i><\/p>\n (LifeSiteNews<\/a>)\u00a0\u2013\u00a0A Canadian doctor\u00a0gave a\u00a0striking\u00a0personal testimony\u00a0of how he was\u00a0removed from hospital duty\u00a0in a small Alberta town\u00a0because he used Ivermectin to treat\u00a0three patients\u00a0with severe COVID-19, two of whom\u00a0responded\u00a0well to the drug.<\/p>\n In an October 1 speech on the steps of the Vancouver Art Gallery at a rally in commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Nuremberg Code, Dr. Daniel Nagase said it \u201cshocked\u201d him at how his COVID patients were being treated in an Alberta hospital.<\/p>\n \u201cLet me tell you what happened in Rimbey,\u00a0Alberta, a small town\u00a0a\u00a0couple hours west of Red Deer. It shocked me,\u201d\u00a0said Nagase<\/a>, who has been a doctor for\u00a0more than\u00a015 years and has worked in both British Columbia and more recently in Alberta in small communities\u00a0since 2015.<\/p>\n Nagase\u00a0said that while working at the Rimbey\u00a0Hospital\u00a0on\u00a0September\u00a011-12,\u00a0the charge nurse informed\u00a0him that three\u00a0patients on the\u00a0\u201cCOVID wing had deteriorated overnight.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAll the patients were on\u00a0oxygen and extremely short of breath, and the only medication these patients were on were steroids, a medication that will decrease inflammation but increase the chances of a bacterial infection by suppressing the immune system,\u201d Nagase\u00a0said.<\/p>\n \u201cThat\u2019s right, the only medication the\u00a0COVID\u00a0patients at this hospital were on were immune suppressants.\u00a0One woman who spoke to me said she felt like we just put her in a corner and we\u2019re waiting for her to die.\u00a0\u2026\u00a0I told her, I can\u2019t speak for the usual doctors during the week, but it\u2019s the weekend,\u00a0and I\u2019m on a shift,\u00a0and I\u2019ll do everything I can to help.\u00a0I offered Ivermectin, she wanted to try it because she heard nothing but good things about it.\u00a0All three of my COVID patients who had deteriorated from the night before wanted\u00a0Ivermectin.\u201d<\/p>\n It was at this point Nagase said he was not able to obtain any Ivermectin, as there was none available at Rimbey\u00a0Hospital.\u00a0Asked if the\u00a0nearby Red Deer Hospital\u2019s Central Pharmacy had any, Nagase said they \u201crefused to send Ivermectin.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cRed Deer\u2019s central pharmacist said Ivermectin was useless for COVID. He even had the Pharmacy Director for All of Alberta contact me to tell me Ivermectin didn\u2019t work,\u201d said Nagase.<\/p>\n \u2018God bless that charge nurse\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n It was at this point that Nagase said they checked the local pharmacies, which did not have any Ivermectin.<\/p>\n \u201cAnd God bless that charge nurse, although both pharmacies in town did not have\u00a0Ivermectin, one pharmacist\u00a0who had been a pharmacist in Rimbey\u00a0for 25 years said he would do everything he could to find me some, even if it took all day,\u201d\u00a0said Nagase.<\/p>\n \u201cWe didn\u2019t have all day. My patients were sick.\u00a0So\u00a0I started everyone on the next best thing, Hydroxychloroquine which the hospital did have. I also started Vitamin C, Vitamin D, and Zinc.\u201d<\/p>\n It was at this point Nagase said he also gave his patients inhalers, as well as the antibiotic\u00a0Azithromycin, and by late afternoon the \u201ctown pharmacist finally found some\u00a0Ivermectin.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cHe couldn\u2019t get it from his usual chemical supply, because it was a Saturday. He had to get it from an agricultural supply.\u00a0He checked to make sure that it was the exact same Ivermectin a pharmacist would give to a person, brought it back to his pharmacy,\u00a0and checked it again,\u201d said Nagase.<\/p>\n \u201cHe then called me with the good news.\u00a0I handed Ivermectin to each of my\u00a0three\u00a0patients with their exact dose of according to their weight.\u201d<\/p>\n Doctor forced to leave hospital after being \u2018ratted\u2019 out for using Ivermectin<\/b><\/p>\n Nagase said that it was\u00a0only a day after\u00a0giving his COVID patients Ivermectin that he was given\u00a0the\u00a0notice to leave the hospital.<\/p>\n \u201cWithin hours of\u00a0my patients\u00a0getting Ivermectin, I got a call from the Central Zone medical director\u00a0in Alberta,\u00a0Dr.\u00a0Jennifer\u00a0Bestard. She called me to tell me I was forbidden from giving Ivermectin to patients. I told her she\u2019s never met\u00a0my\u00a0patients,\u00a0she\u2019s never examined them,\u00a0she\u2019s not their doctor,\u00a0she has no\u00a0right to be changing the care of my patients\u00a0\u2026\u00a0without\u00a0their\u00a0permission,\u201d said Nagase.<\/p>\n \u201cShe repeated, Ivermectin was forbidden from the hospital. Even if patients had their own Ivermectin, which I would have happily given over to a relative so the relative could hand it over to the patient.\u00a0\u00a0Patients would not be allowed to take their own Ivermectin. She said it was a violation of Alberta Health Services Policy to give Ivermectin for COVID.\u201d<\/p>\n It was then Nagase said on the next day\u00a0that\u00a0Bestard\u00a0called \u201cthe hospital and gave me 15 minutes\u2019\u00a0notice that I would be relieved of my duties,\u201d said Nagase.<\/p>\n \u201cI told her that it was completely unreasonable. I had an emergency department full of patients who can\u2019t be sorted out in 15 minutes. But nevertheless, an hour later, another doctor showed up to replace me. They didn\u2019t even want me to check up on the patients I gave\u00a0Ivermectin to.\u201d<\/p>\n Alberta Health Services (AHS) banned Nagase from working in\u00a0hospitals. However,\u00a0he still is licensed to practice privately in both Alberta and his home province of British Columbia.<\/p>\n After getting Ivermectin,\u00a0two of three patients were almost completely better<\/b><\/p>\n Nagase said that it was not even \u201c24 hours after getting ivermectin\u201d that two out of his three \u201cpatients were almost completely better.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThey were out of bed walking around and all the crackles I heard in their lungs were gone. All it took was about 18 hours and one dose of\u00a0Ivermectin,\u201d said Nagase.<\/p>\n \u201cThe third patient was\u00a095\u00a0years old. She stayed the same. She didn\u2019t get any worse like she did from the night before.\u201d<\/p>\n Nagase then said that he later found out the doctor who replaced him\u00a0\u201cstopped the antibiotics, stopped all the vitamins, and she even stopped my\u00a0patients\u2019\u00a0inhalers.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cNever mind COVID. No doctor would do that for any patient with pneumonia unless they were. Well, I\u2019ll let you think about that.\u201d<\/p>\n Nagase confirms his testimony with LifeSiteNews<\/b><\/p>\n Some in Alberta<\/a>\u00a0have claimed that Nagase\u2019s testimony was false\u00a0and\u00a0some\u00a0on social media have attacked him for his story.<\/p>\n However, LifeSiteNews spoke with Nagase himself, who confirmed that he was at the Rimbey Hospital on September 11-12, and that the lies about his testimony not being true are \u201ccompletely false.\u201d<\/p>\n He also said that what happened to him \u201cshocked\u201d him\u00a0to the core.<\/p>\n \u201cI didn\u2019t think that kind of thing can happen in Canada.\u00a0That really upset me,\u201d Nagase told LifeSiteNews.<\/p>\n \u201cThere is a lot of really vitriol against me, I\u2019ve heard on social media, but the truth is, I did not upset the apple cart, the apple cart upset me.\u201d<\/p>\n Nagase also said that what bothered him the most was that the \u201cdoctor\u00a0who replaced me\u00a0took away the antibiotics and vitamins\u201d from his patients.<\/p>\n The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA)\u00a0lists Nagase<\/a>\u00a0as not \u201caccepting new patients\u201d on its website and lists contact information for him as well.<\/p>\n AHS\u00a0took to Twitter\u00a0this week\u00a0to counter Nagase\u2019s testimony,\u00a0and in recent days has gone on a propaganda\u00a0campaign\u00a0to claim that Ivermectin should not be used to treat COVID.<\/p>\n In an October 4 tweet, AHS\u00a0wrote that<\/a>\u00a0\u201cwe\u00a0are aware of allegations made in a speech by a B.C. physician who previously held locum privileges with AHS.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIn alignment with @GovCanHealth, @US_FDA ,@CPSA_CA & @AlbertaPharmacy, AHS\u00a0does\u00a0not recommend the use of ivermectin to prevent or treat COVID-19. Other health authorities have taken a similar position, as have provincial regulatory bodies for physicians and pharmacists,\u201d\u00a0wrote AHS<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u2018There is something malicious going on\u2019\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Nagase\u00a0concluded his testimony by saying that\u00a0\u201c<\/b>something malicious\u00a0is\u00a0going on\u201d and asked all of those at the\u00a0rally to\u00a0\u201csee the bigger picture.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThis is more than me having all my assignments canceled in all the small communities I was scheduled to work. This is more than me being canceled for the rest of the year. This is more than the medical director, Dr. Francois\u00a0Belanger\u00a0of Alberta Health\u00a0Services, banning me from hospital practice throughout Alberta just a week after giving\u00a0Ivermectin,\u201d said Nagase.<\/p>\n Nagase said that he sent a letter of complaint to the\u00a0College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta\u00a0about the\u00a0pharmacy director\u00a0\u201cfor an entire province, denying 11 pages of studies showing zero percent mortality for patients given\u00a0Ivermectin.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIn study after study after study, zero percent mortality, zero percent mortality, zero percent mortality with ever. And guess what? This is all contained when inside Alberta Health Services own report on ivermectin, published in February,\u201d said Nagase.<\/p>\n Nagase said that people must remember \u201cevery doctor who stopped patients from having a life-saving medication and what for,\u00a0to boost mortality, to create an ICU crisis, to declare a state of emergency across the entire province of Alberta. All to push a vaccine,\u201d said Nagase.<\/p>\n \u201cWe must remember,\u00a0remember the people of the past and the people of today. History repeats itself. Nuremberg will happen again. We must remember.\u201d<\/p>\n While Ivermectin has been used in many countries around the world to treat COVID,\u00a0such as India, Mexico and El Salvador,\u00a0in Canada it has been oppressed and its use has been discouraged by health authorities.<\/p>\n Its safety as a drug used to treat parasitic infections safety profile for ivermectin is excellent,\u00a0according to<\/a>\u00a0studies.<\/p>\n In\u00a0a recent opinion piece<\/a>, Dr. Elizabeth Mumper wrote, \u201cMy analysis of the medical literature is that Ivermectin has an impressive safety record and there are multiple studies from around the globe suggesting it can\u202fdecrease morbidity and mortality from COVID 19.<\/a>\u201d<\/p>\n Mumper said Ivermectin can\u00a0inhibit\u00a0the replication of many viruses, as well as\u00a0\u201cSARS-CoV-2 replication.\u201d<\/p>\n Studies have also shown,\u00a0according to Mumper,\u00a0that Ivermectin \u201chastens recovery and avoidance of ICU admission and death in hospitalized patients.\u201d<\/p>\n In Canada, the only treatment being touted by health authorities for COVID are experiential vaccines.<\/p>\n As is now widely known, people who have taken the experimental COVID-19 jabs can still contract and spread the disease.\u00a0COVID vaccine trials have\u202fnever produced evidence<\/a>\u202fthat vaccines stop infection or transmission.
