Andy Ngo explains in\u00a0Unmasked\u00a0<\/u>that the BLM organization and Antifa operate in tandem and are run by Marxists who seek nothing less than to destroy America\u2014its governments; its houses of worship; its monuments to historic figures; and its flag and national anthem. \u00a0They also seek to destroy free enterprise and to replace the standard pedagogy in schools with Marxist Critical Race Theory, hoping to breed generations of Marxist revolutionaries to promote violent overthrow. \u00a0These efforts endlessly manifest themselves across the nation in the looting and burning of businesses, government buildings, and churches; robbery; assaults; and murder. \u00a0They are furthered by many Democrat District Attorneys, Mayors, and Governors.<\/p>\n
The violence is part of a larger stratagem. \u00a0With the Biden Administration\u2019s complicity, Democrats controlling cities, counties, and states are aiding the destruction by removing all obstacles to violence. \u00a0They deny police the means necessary to stop rioting, looting, arson, assault, and murder. \u00a0They release those arrested without charge. \u00a0They limit the charges brought against violent felons, so they avoid execution and long prison sentences. \u00a0They accept plea deals that put violent felons back on the streets within months or a term of years far below ordinary sentences. \u00a0They refuse to prosecute violent felons. \u00a0They advocate early release of felons. \u00a0In short, they are systematically undermining the criminal justice system by defeating its primary purposes: \u00a0protection of the public and justice for crime victims.<\/p>\n
Those spearheading the efforts were put in office by voting majorities, many of whom mistakenly thought \u201csocial justice\u201d meant fair treatment. \u00a0Those they elected condemn the United States, the Constitution, and the criminal justice system and favor authoritarian rule. \u00a0PACs and non-profits funded by billionaire George Soros figure prominently in the financing of dozens of these politicians. \u00a0Consider a few choice examples.<\/p>\n
George Soros\u2019s Justice and Public Safety PAC donated<\/a> nearly $1 million to help elect prosecutors committed to avoid prosecution of criminals in Fairfax and Arlington Counties, Virginia. \u00a0Fairfax County Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney Steve Descano recently distinguished himself by entering a plea deal with Oscar Roberto Zaldivar, age 53, who confessed to multiple sex offenses. \u00a0The felonies were heinous, involving sodomy and aggravated sexual battery of a young girl repeated over five years, beginning when she was five and ending at the time of his arrest when she was 10. \u00a0Crimes of this horrific nature ordinarily warrant a life sentence, but Descano entered a\u00a0plea deal<\/a> with Zaldivar for a 17 year and two-month sentence. \u00a0Descano has come undersevere criticism<\/a>, not only for this shameful failure to demand a life sentence, but also for refusing to prosecute all manner of crimes involving theft. \u00a0A recall effort<\/a> is underway.<\/p>\n George Soros\u2019s PAC also funded<\/a> the campaign of San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin (son of Weather Underground parents convicted of murder) who drew national headlines when he announced that his office would no longer prosecute prostitution, public camping, public urination, and other \u201cquality-of-life crimes,\u201d exacerbating lewd and lascivious behavior, drug abuse, trespass, theft, and unsanitary conditions throughout the city<\/a>. Boudin\u2019s unwillingness to prosecute thieves has turned San Francisco into a pre-civilization where hoodlums brazenly pull goods off store shelves<\/a> at Walgreens and steal expensive handbags at Neiman Marcus in broad daylight without any police response, leading several stores to close. \u00a0Efforts to recall Boudin<\/a> are underway.<\/p>\n George Soros\u2019s PAC also gave millions to elect<\/a> George Gascon District Attorney of Los Angeles. Most recently, Gascon\u2019s office registered no objection to the parole of Robert F. Kennedy assassin Sirhan Sirhan, sending no prosecutor to attend his parole hearing. \u00a0Sirhan Sirhan was granted parole<\/a> subject to confirmation by Governor Gavin Newsom. \u00a0Gascon refuses to seek the death penalty<\/a> and will not seek sentencing enhancements in criminal cases. \u00a0Renewed efforts to recall Gascon<\/a> are underway.<\/p>\n George Soros\u2019s PAC gave\u00a0$2 million to elect Kimberly Foxx<\/a> to be Cook County States Attorney. \u00a0She not only refused to prosecute Jussie Smollett, who allegedly staged a hate crime, she also dropped<\/a>(according to a study by the Chicago Tribune) 29.9 percent of all felony charges, including those for murder, causing 25,183 accused individuals to go free.Recall efforts<\/a> are underway.<\/p>\n Restoration of law and order requires that a silent majority become vocal and vote out those responsible for the emasculation of the police and the support of Marxist revolutionaries. \u00a0There appears to be a coordinated effort to elect those who will violate the law by using their offices to aid and abet crime in jurisdictions across the country. \u00a0Those who finance and engage in that coordination should be investigated and, if they have violated criminal laws, should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.<\/p>\n Jonathan W.
